Liliana Davis was interrupted by her, stunned for a moment, and then started to laugh.

First a light laugh, then it got louder and louder.

The sound of knocking brought the two women in the washroom back to reality.

"In the future, don’t contact Nathan anymore!"

Throwing out the sentence coldly, Liliana Davis turned around, walked to the door, and opened it.

Seeing Kris Cooper standing outside, she was startled for a moment, and after two seconds, she nodded slightly at him and swiftly walked out of the bathroom.

Knowing she went to the bathroom, Sally Dalton wasn’t worried, but she went with Nathan because it was taking too long and she was concerned.

The three of them walked towards the banquet hall together. Walking behind, Nathan Leafcastle turned his face to look at the hallway, only to find Kris Cooper standing at the entrance of the women’s bathroom.

He stopped, raising an eyebrow.

"Nathan?" Sally Dalton turned her face and called him, "Come quickly, let me introduce you."

"Okay!" He stepped forward, walking over to Sally Dalton’s side.

Inside the washroom.

Kris Cooper squinted, his gaze shifted to see Vera Wave standing inside the bathroom. He didn’t care that it was a women’s bathroom and immediately rushed in.

"What did she do to you?"

Vera Wave shook her head gently, "Nothing."

Though she said so, her obviously pale face and somewhat lonely eyes clearly indicated that something must have happened in the bathroom just now.

Kris Cooper was about to ask further, but other women were already entering the bathroom. Seeing Kris Cooper, they were immediately stunned.

"Mr. Cooper?!"

"Apologies." Nodding towards them, Kris Cooper supported Vera Wave out of the bathroom and led her to the end of the hallway. Only then did he speak again, "What exactly happened?"
