Chapter 610: Chapter 608: Foreseeing the Future

The emergency meeting of the Sethiyan Federation had turned into a large-scale kidnapping scene, Spencer II’s private soldiers controlled the venue, and at this moment, the Federation’s military was engaged in battles with independent forces across various states, unable to respond in time, let alone the fact that Spencer’s Shadow Government controlled the majority of the Federation House of Representatives members and had also infiltrated much of the military’s top brass. The Second Spencer inherited these resources and allowed the radicals among them to dominate the discourse, aligning with their interests.

But proposing a direct confrontation with Wei Tianyang was seen as suicidal by others, Spencer II had already disclosed his plan; he wanted these nations’ armies to act as cannon fodder, to lure Wei Tianyang into appearing by releasing the White Mist, temporarily sealing his superpower, and then sending his own people to reap the benefits.

No one wanted to lay down their lives, especially not for a plan that entailed the lives of tens of millions.

Regardless of whether or not the leaders of these countries were willing, just the number of regular soldiers from over a hundred countries combined exceeded ten million.

Ten million people rushing to Heiside State, just the sheer number of people far surpassed the population of Etolia alone, how could such a large number be managed?

In this world, no country had ever been able to mobilize so many people for a large-scale transfer, especially in this era of disconnected networks, the likelihood of ten million people arriving simultaneously was minuscule.

Soldiers arrived in tens of thousands incrementally, just gathering them would take years... that would equate to delivering them to Wei Tianyang for slaughter, but then again, even if ten million arrived at once and launched a major attack on Etolia, Wei Tianyang could annihilate them in an instant since He had teleportation abilities and instant ’clear-screen’ attacks. No matter how many came, it wouldn’t be enough.

Spencer II’s demands were outrageous, but now, these presidents were trapped here, unable to leave whether they agreed or not.

"We cannot lend you our armies to squander, and besides, we don’t believe He will fall for it, if your drugs really work, why not simply release them into the city of Felda? Afterwards, you can just mobilize your people to attack Pei Guode Hotel, why bother with such complexities?" the female president challenged.

"I need 100% certainty, Madam. You all might be aware, we only have one chance to act against Him," Spencer II stated.

"Do you have 100% certainty?" the female president asked.

Spencer II gave a small smile and said, "I assure you, this great sacrifice will be worth it, for He shall perish by my hand."

"Why are you so sure? What evidence do you have?" the female president questioned.

Spencer II remained silent, a smile playing on his lips, remembering that a few days ago, he had found the hidden Ezekiel—his father’s keeper.

This old woman was advanced in years but still sharp-minded. She had previously lost her prophetic ability and her mental state had been worrying, yet somehow, during these times, she had regained her sharpness, seeming as if reflecting the last light before sunset.

Spencer II had confined her in an underground bunker, and regarding his killing of his own father, Ezekiel showed little emotional disturbance; she did not care whom she served.

Yet, she seemed anxious, constantly dreaming as if trying to discern some hints about the future.

The last time Spencer had found her, Black Medicine had no further room for enhancement, and the super soldiers with external black organs had already formed the force they comprised now.

Over forty super soldiers wearing power armor, each possessing six types of trinity-level superpowers—such strength could have annihilated any small or medium-sized country and overturned a superpower’s regime twenty years ago.

But today, their opponent was a god among men, and even with such formidable power, they seemed somewhat fragile.

"Tell me, Ezekiel, can you see His fate?" Spencer II asked.

"Your expectations of my abilities are beyond rational, Black Medicine is inside my spinal cord, why not extract it and inject it into yourself to see firsthand?" Ezekiel responded.

"I am not a prophet, that is not my role," Spencer II replied.

"Why are you so persistent and urgent? Don’t tell me you want to be a hero," Ezekiel asked.

"A hero? No no, heroes are but tools of politicians. I want to end Him, I want to replace Him!" Spencer II declared.

"Then you’re likely to be greatly disappointed, for in the future I’ve foreseen, you’re not there," Ezekiel said.

"The future can be changed—if I kill Him, then you’ll be able to foresee a new future," Spencer II declared.

Ezekiel looked at him thoughtfully, his eyes shimmering with a faint violet light, the silence like the magic of time, making the atmosphere in the room much heavier.

"You’ve seen that red vision, and now it has come to pass. Heisai State has already fallen into His palm. Tell me, Ezekiel, have you seen His decline and end? Or ours?" Spencer II asked.

Ezekiel sighed, "I have seen some visions, and they are disturbing. I saw the sky filled with red clouds, indescribable entities returning within them, a giant eye staring at the earth. I also saw a black giant with a single horn and four red eyes, struck down, his body torn apart, organs spilling out, lying in that red desert."

"He can be killed! I knew it..." Spencer II exclaimed.

Ezekiel didn’t speak, she just observed Spencer II’s reaction.

"Ezekiel, you saw His end! Why are you not pleased?" Spencer II asked.

"I cannot trust what I see in dreams, for there’s always some discrepancies. Moreover, if He can be defeated, then we might face even harsher challenges," Ezekiel said.

"Don’t be so pessimistic. By then, I’ll be there. I will replace Him and become the new god of mankind!" Spencer II declared.

He had gotten what he wanted, just as he now wanted to get what he wanted.

Coming out of his reminiscence, Spencer II declared, "He can be defeated, and He will be defeated! That is a future already destined; I am merely going along with the trend, making it happen."

"You are a bit too confident..." the female President said.

"Humanity has waged countless wars; this one will be the last and the greatest. My only demand on you all is to organize millions of troops to fight a Pseudo-God. Think about it! After it’s done, you all will be remembered in history, you all will become heroes," Spencer II said with a smile.

As soon as he finished speaking, several presidents stood up.

Spencer II looked at them.

"This is not something that can be decided hastily; we need to go back and consider it," a Caucasian President said.

"Are you the President from Earth Sea? Does your country have two hundred thousand in its army?" Spencer II asked.

"Mobilizing everyone—active, reserve, and retired—we should have over three hundred thousand," the Caucasian President replied.

"Then go back, go back to your nation, and bring your army here," Spencer II said.

He was not worried about these people lying, as he had already given them the choice and made the consequences clear: bring the armies or face reckoning afterward.
