As Ariel left the guest room, she took a path she did not know about but did not realize it because of how jumbled her thoughts were.

Suddenly tripped over someone’s foot and landed in their arms.

"Were you so desperate to fall into my arms?" They asked and she opened her eyes to see it was one of the twins. Though she couldn’t tell which it was, she knew he was dangerous.

"You tripped me." She accused him, trying to get out of his hold but he held on to her tightly.

"That’s a harsh thing to say to someone who saved you." He said.

"Theo." Someone called and they both turned their heads to see the other twin approaching. Since this was Theo, that one would certainly be Leo.

"Let go of me." Ariel struggled.

"Where is my thank you?" He asked with a grin. She couldn’t tell if this was his method of flirting or if he was just being the freak he was but it was utterly disgusting and frightening.

"What are you doing?" Leo asked Theo.

"I’m messing around." Theo responded. "Doesn’t she look like the perfect plaything?" He asked with a mischievous grin.

"Hm, you’re right." Leo said and stood before them. He gently caressed Ariel’s face.

The look in his eyes, which resembled that of a hungry lion, shook Ariel a bit. These guys were dangerous. They weren’t even hiding the fact that they desired her.

But for what reason did they desire her? Was it because she was the lady next to Raymond?

Raymond did say she would face danger from time to time because of him. So this was what he meant? Well, if this is it, she could handle this much.

Theo held her cheek, turning her face to meet his and said,

Then, she spotted White at the end of the hallway and relief coursed through her but to her dismay, White turned around and left. Did he not see her?
