His soul-Chapter 598: Family’s name
One thing that Selena never imagined before when Gina became Massimo’s wife was the privilege she got as a sister-in-law of a Massimo del Cano. Being Massimo del Cano’s sister-in-law meant that she also had special privileges from Massimo.
Currently, at Massimo’s house, Fransio William, the mayor of Seville with his wife and children, and a girl named Jessica, whom Selena calls the future daughter-in-law of the mayor of Seville, had humiliated her in the restaurant this afternoon.
"It is a great honor for me and my family to be able to visit your residence, Mr. Massimo," said Fransio William, the new elected mayor of Seville with a happy face.
This afternoon when Massimo’s men led by Martin forcibly picked him up at his house, Fransio looked so angry. But after knowing who the person who specifically invited him was, Fransio’s smile broadened, he couldn’t believe that a person as big as Massimo del Cano would pick him up specially like this time.
Massimo smiled a little. "I should be honored that you have come to my home, Mr. William. I really had no idea that the city of Seville had a new mayor."
Fransio pursed his lips. "I became mayor of Seville after the previous mayor was removed from office, sir."
Massimo, who actually already knew the reason for Fransio William’s appointment as mayor, only smiled when Fransio explained at length his reasons for becoming the new mayor of Seville.
"I managed to become mayor after going through a fairly complicated election, sir. It was a process that took a lot of energy, time and thought," said Fransio, explaining what Massimo already knew.
"Corruption within the government is unforgivable, sir."
"Yes, you are right Mr. Massimo. And that’s why my first program after being elected was to clean the corruption in the Seville government office," said Fransio while puffing out his chest, trying to brag about his work program on Massimo.
Martin, who was tired of hearing Fransio’s boasting, cleared his throat and only Massimo understood the meaning of Martin’s small sigh, Massimo who was as disgusted as Martin was still a little more patient than Martin. He was still waiting for the right time to bring down the person who was boasting in front of them.
And not only was Fransio boasting at length, his wife, Mrs. Monica, also spoke incoherently about her son who had just graduated from one of the best universities in Spain. Mrs. Monica boasted of her son who was considered capable of becoming the future leader of Seville to replace his father and Massimo again only smiled slightly at the words of the husband and wife until finally an opportunity came when Gina, who had just finished putting Regis to bed, joined Massimo in welcoming the forcibly invited guest.
"I didn’t know you had a wife as beautiful as Mrs. Georgina, Mr. Massimo," said Mrs. Camila honestly, since Gina’s arrival the middle-aged woman had not blinked at her.
Gina, who is wearing a little make-up tonight, does look so beautiful, plus a calf-length dress that fits her body so well makes Gina look so stunning.
"You’re amazing too, Mrs. William," Gina said softly, responding to the compliment of the guest who was still staring at her from head to toe.
As if corruption wasn’t enough, Fransio William also still has such a disgusting basket case. Behind the glasses he was wearing, the new mayor who rose in a sly manner kept stealing glances at Gina even though Massimo was talking to him. Even though Gina is currently wearing closed clothes, Massimo still feels uncomfortable. He felt uncomfortable having a bad boy enjoying Gina’s beauty that belonged to him.
Brak..
Suddenly Massimo put the wine glass that had been in his hand so rudely on the table, breaking the eye contact of Fransio and his son Julio William who had inherited his father’s character so perfectly.
"Oh yes, I forgot to ask who this beautiful lady who has been silent for a long time is," said Massimo quietly as he narrowed his eyes at Jessica, who had changed her sitting position, trying to get his attention.
Julio immediately put his arm around Jessica’s shoulder. "This is my lover Mr. Massimo, Jessica. She is a beauty vlogger who is quite active in Seville."
"Beloved?" Gina immediately responded to Julio’s words quickly. "Isn’t it according to the news that you two have..."
"Not yet." Fransio immediately cut Gina’s words quickly. "They’ve only been dating for two months, so whatever news is circulating it’s not true."
"Oh, so it’s only been two months, huh.." Selena who had been waiting for her turn to join Gina and Massimo finally appeared, her cold smile immediately turned to Jessica and Julio who were sitting close together.
"Y..you.."
"Yes, it’s me. The person you have accused of having an affair with your future husband who is the son of the new mayor of Seville," said Selena loudly, cutting Jessica’s words.
Sensing something was wrong, Fransio immediately stood up, following Julio who had already stood up first. "What does all this mean, what happened? Why did a bar girl suddenly come in and join our gathering, Mr Massimo?"
"Bar girl?" Gina repeated Fransio’s words in a tone that went up an octave, hearing her sister being insulted in front of her eyes made Gina angry.
"Madam...
"The girl you call this bar-girl is my sister, Selena Flor Sanders," Gina said loudly before Fransio William wanted to interrupt his conversation.
"S..sanders," Julio and his mother repeated Gina’s words at the same time. stammered.
"Right, we’re both Sanders. We are both daughters of Julian Sanders, the biggest hotelier in Barcelona," Gina said again, boasting her family’s big name. "And my sister has just today fallen victim to the arrogance of your son’s lover, Mr. William. Ah no, your future daughter-in-law to be exact. Because she already claimed to be your son’s future wife when she publicly humiliated my sister, humiliated Selena Flor Sanders."
Massimo, Martin and Selena immediately turned to Gina at the same time. The three of them couldn’t believe they heard Gina speak so loudly to other people, remembering how gentle Gina had been when she behaved in everyday life made them all unable to believe that Gina could speak so rudely.
Fransio William’s face immediately went pale, as did Julio and his girlfriend Jessica who this afternoon was as wild as a desert lion when humiliating Selena.
" What does all this mean, madam? I..I don’t understand," asked Fransio stuttering.
"That’s right, madam, why do you suddenly say that? What happened to make you say that Jessica is our future daughter-in-law," Mrs. Monica William panicked at her husband’s words, trying to protect her son.
Gina folded her arms across her chest. "Show me all the videos, Martin."
"Okay, madam. "

Fransio William and his family could only stay silent when they saw Jessica, Julio’s lover, humiliate Selena at the restaurant this afternoon. Jessica herself did not think that the girl who had been humiliated was a Sanders, and had bowed her head in resignation, even though she was in Seville but she had heard the name Sanders several times. And now she stupidly humiliated a Sanders so arrogantly this afternoon.
"How, so what can you explain with the video, Mr. Fransio William," said Gina coldly. "My lovely sister was publicly humiliated with such a disgusting accusation. Just so you know, your son is not my sister’s taste."
Julio’s face immediately turned red when he heard Gina’s words that were so spicy, his ears also felt hot.
"Julio," Fransio growled coldly. "What does all this mean? How can Jessica accuse Miss Selena Sanders of being your mistress and humiliate her in public like this? How can you be held accountable for all of this, huh!"
Julio shook his head. "I don’t know, Dad. For God’s sake I didn’t know Jessica would accuse and humiliate Miss Selena Sanders like that."
Feeling blamed Jessica immediately gripped Julio’s arm tightly. "I wouldn’t be like that if you didn’t start, Julio. You know I’m doing this because I love you, right?"
"Starting what? What have I done? I didn’t do anything, I only met Miss Selena once and that too by accident," said Julio coldly, trying to refuse to be blamed by Jessica.
Jessica shook her head. "You can’t lie to me, Julio. I have proof, I have solid evidence for your closeness to her." Even though she’s been cornered, Jessica is still stubborn and doesn’t want to admit her mistakes. She didn’t even want to pronounce Selena’s name properly, her ego was still too big to apologize.
"Show me the proof then!" snapped Julio loudly.
Jessica immediately took out her cellphone from her bag, after being busy with her cellphone for a few seconds, Jessica finally found what she was looking for. Excitedly, Jessica held up her phone in the air to show the photo she had to everyone present, including Gina, Selena and Massimo.
"See for yourself, this is a very clear photo. You talked to her in front of the coffee shop one week ago," Jessica half shouted.
Julio, who couldn’t clearly see the photo that Jessica had just shown, tried to snatch the cell phone from her, but Jessica, who was quick to respond, immediately walked away from Julio, trying to keep the cellphone in her hand.
"Jessica," Julio growled warningly.
"No, I will not give you my cell phone. You will definitely destroy the evidence that I have," Jessica strongly refused.
"If you are afraid that the evidence you have is damaged, you can show it in a safer way to us, Miss." Massimo, who had been silent for a long time, finally spoke
