His soul-Chapter 446: Move
The Sanders Residence, Four days later.
Julian smiled silently as Massimo’s men put Gina and Massimo’s suitcases into the house, it seemed that Julian didn’t regret his decision by asking Massimo and Gina to live with him. The arrival of his daughter and son-in-law really made a different atmosphere in his big house.
"Be careful, Darius. The pink suitcase contains my wife’s make-up and skincare."
"Take it straight to the second floor, to our room."
"Just put it in front of the walk-in closet, Daisy will arrange it later."
Unable to bear to hear Massimo’s chatter, who continued to give warnings to his subordinates, Gina suddenly landed a small pinch on her husband’s stomach which made Massimo let out a small scream in surprise.
"Honey..."
"Watch yourself, Massimo. Daddy and Diego are here," Gina whispered quickly.
Massimo turned his gaze to Julian and Diego who were still standing not far from where he and Gina were, with confident steps Massimo approached his father-in-law who had a straight face.
"Thank you for this quite lively welcome, Dad," said Massimo quietly with his sweetest smile.
"Dad?"
"Dad!!"
Diego and Julian spoke simultaneously repeating Massimo’s very unexpected words.
Massimo smiled in amusement at the expressions on his father-in-law and Diego. "My wife, it was she who asked me to call you ’Daddy’, Julian. Actually I was amused but since my wife asked I couldn’t refuse, but if you have any objections to me calling you by that name then I can call you as usual."
"G-gina asked you to call me that?" repeated Julian again.
"Yes, my wife asked for it."
Julian immediately turned his gaze to Gina who was taking a stuffed cat from the car, the doll that was a gift from Patrick on her birthday four years ago had become a must-have item on bed when Gina slept. That’s why Gina didn’t hesitate to bring it from New York.
"You don’t need to call my Daddy by that name, Massimo. My Daddy."
"It’s ok, Diego. If Gina asked for it then Daddy can’t stop it." Julian interrupted Diego’s words with a slightly trembling voice.
"But Dad ..." Diego’s words stopped again when Massimo surprisingly put a hand on his shoulder.
"Daddy doesn’t mind if I call him ’Daddy’, Diego. So you don’t have the right to stop him, brother-in-law," said Massimo sarcastically, Diego deliberately called him brother-in-law.
Diego’s face immediately turned red when he heard Massimo call him brother-in-law, Diego knew where Massimo was talking. Diego was sure Massimo would have known that all along Gina had called him ’brother’, so the man deliberately called him brother-in-law.
Seeing Diego’s face, who was holding back Massimo’s anger, he chuckled. "I hope that in the future we can become a harmonious family," Massimo provoked again. "Isn’t that right, Daddy?"
Julian laughed out loud at Massimo’s words, surprisingly Julian even patted Masimo’s back many times. "Of course, that’s how it should be. Now go to your room, it looks like you and Gina are very tired after the long journey from Almeria."
"Don’t worry, Dad. My energy and stamina are still awake, I can even make Gina scream loudly in bed after this," Massimo said quietly without shame.
Julian, who was still carried away, only shook his head slowly and was not angry at all at Massimo’s slightly vulgar words. "You, go help your wife. Looks like Gina has a hard time carrying the dolls."
Hearing Julian’s words made Massimo immediately turn his gaze to Gina, his eyes widened instantly when he saw that Gina’s small body seemed to have difficulty carrying the big dolls that bothered him so much when he was in bed. Half running Massimo over to Gina, the man easily snatched three big dolls from Gina’s arms.
"Massimo...."
"If you can’t take this doll, you can shout and ask me for help, Gina. Don’t try to be strong if you can’t," said Massimo curtly looking at Gina who looked surprised because his three favorite dolls were taken by Massimo.
"Don’t throw it away, I can’t sleep with those dolls."
Massimo snorted in annoyance. "Isn’t your favorite doll just that ugly cat doll, then why do you have to bring these three other ugly dolls?"
"Ugly you say, it’s a cute stuffed pig.!"
"Real pigs are ugly, let alone dolls," laughed Massimo, not wanting to lose.
"Massimo," warned Gina growling.
Massimo, who was too lazy to apologize, chose to walk up the stairs to go up to the second floor where their room was. Feeling that Gina’s former room was too small, Massimo then asked Julian for a bigger room to be used as his bedroom with Gina. Julian who didn’t mind then gave him a bigger room on the second floor, and as soon as he got a new room Massimo immediately ordered his men to decorate his new room with all the technological sophistication he knew, Massimo even installed soundproofing in his room. Massimo, who knew Gina very well, decided to put a silencer on so that the three of them were doing Gina’s bed activities so they wouldn’t feel anxious if anyone heard her voice.
Massimo was really doing very well and Diego could do nothing but let Massimo do whatever he wanted. Although Diego had previously removed the CCTV camera from Gina’s room, but Diego still felt insecure, he felt that Massimo’s presence at the Sanders family’s house would get him in trouble. Because of that Diego deleted Massimo and Gina’s intimate videos from all his devices after previously making definite copies, Diego still wasn’t willing to part from Gina’s beautiful body in the video.
"Receive Massimo well in this house, Son," whispered Julian softly to Diego who still hadn’t taken his eyes off Massimo and Gina who were walking hand in hand on the stairs.
Diego smiled coldly. "I still can’t erase what happened five years ago, Dad. I’m afraid Gina will go through something like that again, Massimo is a terrible man, Dad. Gina is too precious to him."
"Five years have passed, Son. Gina herself has also forgiven her husband, shouldn’t we also do the same thing. We can start from scratch..."
"No Daddy, how could I forget that terrible incident. The big incision in his hand at that time and the words the doctor had almost given up on treating Gina are still vivid in my head, Dad. How could I ever erase all those horrible memories?" Diego’s breath rose and fell as he spoke, it was clear how angry Diego was at the words of his stepfather who asked him to accept Massimo.
"Diego..."
"I am only a stepson in this family, but I love you very much. Daddy and my sisters, is it wrong if I do my duty as an older brother who wants to protect his younger sister?" Diego said again without pause. "I just don’t want my sister to go through the same thing again, Dad."
"Diego ..."
After saying that Diego then left in front of Julian, running quickly towards the wide open front door. Not long after that, Julian’s sense of hearing could clearly hear the roar of Diego’s favorite car driving away from the front yard.
"Sorry Daddy. Daddy’s still too weak to fight Massimo..."
