Gina did not let go of Massimo’s arm during Rosa’s interrogation by her father and Diego, Gina forbade Massimo to join in on the conversation so as not to make Rosa more depressed. Rosa and Alexandre arrived just as Martin and his men were about to get into the car.

Together with Alexandre, Rosa explained the reason for not coming home since last night.

"All problems are clear, Uncle. Rosa’s good name is clean in the hospital, after being investigated by the hospital’s internal team, it turns out that the nurses have often treated many customers, Uncle," said Alexandre quietly, trying to give a brief explanation to Julian.

"Because I want to work in Almeria, in the same city as Gina," answered Rosa firmly, the corners of her eyes darting to Massimo who had been keeping a smile on his face.

"What?!" Julian, Selena and Diego shouted at the same time.

Getting an overreaction from her family made Rosa finally explain her decision to live and work in Almeria, while Rosa spoke occasionally Alexandre squeezed her fingers tightly enough that her knuckles turned white. Being around Massimo and his men made Alexandre a little depressed.

"Okay, if that’s your decision Daddy will let you work in Almeria, honey," said Julian wisely.

"Daddy!"

"Your sister is old enough to make her own choices, Selena." Julian cut off Selena’s words gently. "Besides, Rosa is not alone in Almeria, Gina and Massimo will look after her."

"Rosa will live with Gina?" Diego loudly immediately asked his father.

"Of course not," said Massimo loudly. "Our house can’t accommodate other people, but if Rosa insists I might consider it as long as she’s ready if she has to see me and Gina...hmmpp."

Massimo’s words stopped when Gina suddenly covered his mouth with both hands. "Don’t talk nonsense."

Massimo smiled seeing Gina whose whole face was as red as a tomato, teasing Gina in front of her whole family turned out to be more fun.

"Hurry up and go and don’t you dare talk nonsense, I want to talk to Rosa first," said Gina again.

Massimo took Gina’s hand and slowly lowered it from his mouth. "What do you want to talk to him about?"

"A woman’s secret, you don’t need to know!" Gina curtly answered Massimo’s ever-excessive curiosity.

Massimo’s wrinkled brow slowly returned to normal, a smile also immediately spread across his face. "Okay, but don’t take too long, Roxy is waiting for us."

"Roxy, who is Roxy?"

Massimo kissed Gina on the lips quickly.

"The pilot of our private jet, dear. She’s a former US Air Force fighter pilot."

"Wow."

"And she’s a woman, a mother of three to be precise."

"What?!"

Massimo chuckled amused at Gina’s surprised expression. "Don’t be so surprised, that female pilot out there."

"I-I know, but she’s a former US Air Force fighter pilot, Massimo. Why did she get to work for you? Oh no, I mean when did you recruit her?"

"I’ll tell you everything on the plane, now join your family. I have to talk to Martin too."

Gina nodded her head quickly, silently writing down the promise Massimo had just made and intending to collect it later on the plane. Not wanting to waste time, Gina then rushed to the sofa where her family gathered. After Gina left, Martin, who had been silent for a long time then approached Massimo.

"Is everything ready?"

"Yes, sir. Miss Rosa’s apartment has also been prepared," Martin replied in a low, half-whispered voice.

Massimo nodded slowly. "Good and everything is perfect, right?"

"Yes sir, Miss Rosa doesn’t even know."

"Then what about Alexandre? That young man who had a crush on my wife?"

"Doctor Alexandre doesn’t even know you’re behind all of Miss Rosa’s defamation, sir," said Martin again.

"Good, the less people know about this matter the better. Rosa has the goodness of Barbara Sanders over Selena, that’s why I have to keep her by my wife’s side. Even though Diego hasn’t made any moves yet but I’m sure the young man must have a hidden plan, that’s why I must be prepared," Massimo said quietly without taking his eyes off Diego who was laughing because of Gina’s words, Massimo knew that there was a big plan that Diego was carrying out without his knowledge.

"I will keep an eye on Diego’s movements, sir."

"But you have to be careful Martin, there can’t be the slightest mistake. He’s currently my stupid mother-in-law’s confidant, don’t make Diego suspicious. He’s the daughter of Vanessa the snake woman. undermined the Sanders family and made my wife suffer even since she was not born," said Massimo coldly, discussing Vanessa who is currently enjoying her life with her gigolos, making Massimo angry.

"Yes sir, I will act very carefully," Martin promised solemnly.

Massimo smiled with satisfaction, he gently tapped Martin on the shoulder and led him out of the living room where Gina and her family were talking. Massimo wanted to reminisce by wandering around the grounds of the Sanders house where he had lived for more than five weeks when he disguised himself as a servant. The disguise that aims to get the agreement letter of his grandfather and Yohanes Sanders leads him to meet Gina, the only woman who keeps him alive.

And because of Gina too, for the first time in his life in thirty-eight years Massimo helped someone when in fact he hated him so much. Massimo was willing to lower his ego which was still annoyed with Rosa because he had lied to her before when she asked about Gina’s whereabouts by helping her, if it weren’t for Gina, of course Massimo wouldn’t have gone that far. Especially now that he doesn’t know how far Diego is moving, Massimo’s goal is still the same as when Yohanes Sanders left the world six years ago, which is to keep the legacy for Gina safe.

The fall of one of Barbara Sanders’ best resorts on Vanessa made Massimo have to be more careful, the stupid Julian Sanders never thought twice about doing something. Now that Massimo knew why Patrick Davidson had arrested Gina, he didn’t believe in Julian’s abilities.

"Relax dear, I will keep yours safe. All you need to do is obey me, be a good wife for me," Massimo said in his heart when he looked at Gina from the garden next to the house which was directly connected to the living room where Gina and her family were talk.
