When Hannah Lowell heard this, she was so mad she clenched her fists and hit Joshua a few times, "You brat, what nonsense are you spouting! I’m doing this for you, for the good of this family."
As she spoke, she started crying with grievance, "Kiana was so cute and pretty when she was little, she looked like a little doll. Back then I thought no man in this world deserved her. He hated himself even more for being unable to protect his sister now.

Joshua understood all this, but he just couldn’t stand by and watch Kiana get bullied by Ethan Sinclair.
