Chapter 1292: Chapter 1227: Green Leaf

"Can I also become a Blue Elf?" Huang Yi was slightly tempted; it was somewhat like an evolution, but without consuming any evolution points.

"Yes!" Qing Yun nodded earnestly, "But you won’t completely turn into a Blue Elf. You’ll just be sharing a Blue Elf body with Green Leaf for a while. If Green Leaf decides to leave you in the future, then you won’t be able to become a Blue Elf anymore."

Huang Yi thought for a while, suddenly recalling his Barbarian God Simulacrum and the replica of the Barbarian God at the Barbarian God Temple. An idea struck him, and he nodded. "Alright! I agree, but instead of planting Green Leaf on me, I’ll plant it on my companion."

With that, he waved his hand, summoning the Barbarian God Simulacrum.

The barbaric and menacing body of the Barbarian God Simulacrum suddenly appeared in that beautiful Immortal Realm, looking completely out of place.

"Ah! The Barbarian God! The Barbarian God is here! Run!" Qing Yun shouted in fright upon seeing the Barbarian God Simulacrum.

On the other side, Lanlan quickly turned her head. When she saw the Barbarian God Simulacrum, she was so scared that she tossed away the snail she was carrying on her shoulder and bolted towards her small mushroom house, slamming the door shut.

"Don’t panic!" Huang Yi chuckled, "This is just one of my companions, created in the likeness of the Barbarian God, but it’s not the real Barbarian God."

"Really?" Qing Yun nervously put her little hands in front of her and looked again at the Barbarian God Simulacrum. Seeing it standing obediently and motionless, she slowly lowered her guard.

Lurking in the mushroom house, Lanlan cautiously creaked open the door and peeked outside. Once she confirmed it was safe, she opened the door again and ran back to where she had discarded the snail.

"Where is Green Leaf’s Swan Mushroom? I want to plant it on my companion now," Huang Yi asked as he glanced around.

"Over there! Under the White Cloud Fruit," Qing Yun pointed to a strange plant not too far away.

The plant, about as tall as Huang Yi, was covered in thumb-sized white fruits, each drooping with dew, looking crystal clear and adorable.

In the shade beneath that plant, there indeed grew a small Swan Mushroom, with only a cap poking out, round and bulging, seemingly no different from other Swan Mushrooms. But in reality, it was a Swan Mushroom formed from a deceased Blue Elf, with a tiny soul slumbering inside.

"How do I transplant it?" Huang Yi, with Qing Yun, squatted in front of the plant, staring at the Swan Mushroom.

"Just gently pull it out and place it on a wound; it will take root there!" Qing Yun instructed.

Huang Yi carefully cleared the soil around the Swan Mushroom with his fingers, gently pulling it out. He then stood up, turning to the Barbarian God Simulacrum, and said, "Create a wound on your arm."

"Alright, Master!" the Barbarian God Simulacrum responded gruffly, using its fingernail to create a wound on one of its arms, blood immediately gushing out.

Huang Yi gently placed the Swan Mushroom onto the wound.

Soon, the stem of the Swan Mushroom turned crimson, its roots slowly growing and merging into the flesh, eventually becoming a part of the Barbarian God Simulacrum.

By then, the Swan Mushroom began to rapidly grow and morph, slowly forming a small human shape, resembling a developing human embryo, becoming a child at a visible pace.

In just a short while, the Swan Mushroom transformed into a Blue Elf, complete with a nose and eyes, although its lower body remained as a single root attached to the arm of the Barbarian God Simulacrum, not yet becoming legs, which would take some time.

At this moment, the Blue Elf finally opened its eyes, stretched out its hands confusedly in front of its face, muttering, "Could it be... I’ve been resurrected?" 𝐟𝐫𝕖𝗲𝘄𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝕧𝐞𝚕.𝕔𝕠𝐦

"Ah! Green Leaf, you resurrected! Long time no see!" Qing Yun immediately raised her hand excitedly, greeting the resurrected Blue Elf.

"Green Leaf, you’re alive! I’m Lanlan, and I caught a snail. I’ll treat you to snail tonight!" Lanlan yelled loudly from the ground.

"Hey! Qing Yun, Lanlan, long time no see, I’m alive again!" Green Leaf laughed happily.

Qing Yun pointed at Huang Yi’s massive body and then at the even larger Barbarian God Simulacrum, "It was this kind-hearted person who planted you onto his companion. Otherwise, you’d have to wait ten thousand years to be resurrected!"

"Ah?" Green Leaf finally realized, looking down at its feet, and saw that indeed, it was attached to a fleshly body.

It couldn’t help but look up at the Barbarian God Simulacrum!

The next moment, its small body shuddered violently, and it cried out in panic, "Barbar... Barbarian God! Oh my god! Save me! Someone, save me!"

With that, it hurriedly twisted its body, seemingly wanting to run, but its entire lower half was already attached to the Barbarian God Simulacrum, unable to break free no matter how hard it tried.

It thrashed its small body, flailing its little hands frantically, like an ant on a hot pan.

"Don’t worry, this isn’t the real Barbarian God, it’s just a companion I created in its likeness. It won’t harm you," Huang Yi gently said.

"Yes! I won’t harm you!" the Barbarian God Simulacrum echoed naively.

"Really?" Green Leaf paused for a moment, stopping its struggles, turning to look at Qing Yun.

Qing Yun also nodded, saying, "Yes! They’re here to help you!"

Green Leaf then patted its chest, saying, "That scared me. I thought people from the Barbarian God Temple were coming to punish me!"

Saying this, it awkwardly looked up at the Barbarian God Simulacrum, "Sorry to trouble you! My legs will take a while to grow, so I’ll be attached to you during this period. But I won’t let your efforts go unrewarded. I have something to give you."

Then, it turned to look at Qing Yun, "Help me get the green leaf from my house!"

"Alright!" Qing Yun replied, nimbly jumping off Huang Yi’s palm and running into a mushroom house.

In no time at all, he reappeared, carrying a lush green leaf in both hands.

The leaf was like it was made of jade, glowing with a gentle light under the sun, clearly not an ordinary leaf.

Qing Yun jogged all the way and placed the green leaf at Huang Yi’s feet.
