He Became A Monstrous Genius After Obtaining A Time Dilation Artifact-Chapter 437. Leaving for the Frontlines
"So guys, this is where we will be staying till we depart to the Frontlines tomorrow."
Kailen stood inside the villa given to him by the Long Hai training hall after he became a gold ranked member of the two training halls.
He was currently showing Lian Yu and the others around the villa.
Currently, they were in the large luxurious living room of the villa, boasting a large lounge and several other refreshing areas.
"I reserved the other parts of the estate for the members of the Atrexia and Sword Tribunal Societies, since I was not informed beforehand that they will be travelling to their various homes across the empire to see their families and loved ones before we head to the frontlines tomorrow."
Kailen mused to himself inwardly.
"Since they won’t be joining us, there is therefore no need to inform them about it."
The group went on to comment about the fact that they were shocked about Kailen becoming a gold ranked member of both training halls.
This was an achievement that was extremely surreal and unprecedented . Even veterans rarely had the chance to become a gold ranked member of a training hall. But Kailen was a gold ranked member of two training halls.
This added extreme weight to his influence.
After they ate, spent some time chatting about ordinary stuff, the group retired to their various rooms.
Currently, Kailen was lying on his bed alone.
It was time for him to read through the benefits he would enjoy as a member of both training halls.
"To think a while ago, I was thinking of clearing the towers of the Long Hai training hall to become a higher ranked member of the Long Hai training hall. But right now, I’m a gold ranked member of both training halls. Life is really unpredictable.
As I expected, being a member of both training halls really has its perks. Not only do I get estates located at the headquarters of both training halls in the Astral Empire, I will have access to villas at various branches of both training halls across both low tier civilisations, mid tier civilisations, and even high tier civilisations!! This will be extremely helpful.
Also, I can mobilize 400 rank 1 beginner stage galactic level lifeforms wherever I go, whether in low tier, mid tier, or high tier civilisations.
My clearance to information too is now at a level where I can have access to certain detailed information about the universe that certain elites may not even have access to. This means that the powerhouses behind these training halls are definitely not ordinary."
Kailen quickly went through some detailed information about the universe that his high clearance allowed him access to.
[The vimodials are expanding their influence across the universe. News just came in that four galaxies in the Andromeda empire, a mid tier civilisation, were completely wiped out.
What is the Universe Alliance doing about the threat of the vimodials?
Will the universe be overrun, and completely destroyed by them?]
Kailen’s heart almost leaped out of his chest when he read the news.
"No wonder these kinds of information are only available to individuals with only a high clearance level. The kind of confusion, panic, and chaos this news will cause amongst citizens of various civilisations cannot be underrated.
It seems I need to really grow stronger quickly, else my loved ones and myself will die before we even realize it.
These vimodials are really dangerous. Four galaxies wiped out in a mid tier civilisation, where dao level lifeforms are extremely numerous, is no joke!" 𝑓𝘳𝑒𝑒𝓌𝘦𝘣𝘯ℴ𝑣𝘦𝑙.𝘤𝑜𝑚
Kailen sighed as a look of urgency appeared on his face.
One would think he would anxiously wake up to train.
But Kailen didn’t do that.
He went to bed.
He understood that inasmuch as an awakener at his level didn’t need sleep for physical reasons, it was necessary so that he didn’t put extreme mental strain on himself.
There was a time to train, and there was a time to rest.
The night flashed by in a moment, and morning came.
The twin suns illuminated the atmosphere, as they cast their glows on all beneath.
Rays of sunlight peered through Kailen’s windows as he woke up with a mild groan and a yawn.
He scratched his eyes, then walked off the bed towards the bathroom to freshen up, inasmuch as he could have used universe energy to freshen up.
He simply preferred the refreshing nature of taking a warm shower in the morning.
After this, he donned a casual long coat, white sneakers, some jeans, and headed out.
When he arrived outside of the villa, in a large field, several spaceships were parked there.
The members of the Atrexia society and the Sword Tribunal Society, who had gone to their various homes across the empire to see them before they went to the Frontlines, had all arrived.
They were all in various uniforms as they continued chatting amongst themselves.
There was nothing like segregation between the two societies, as they were extremely united because of Kailen and Zarek’s friendship.
Kailen’s eyes swept across the two societies when he got to where Zarek, Lian Yu, and the others were standing.
"You overslept," Arnold said.
"Can’t help it. All work and no rest makes one a lazy something or whatever they say," Kailen replied.
"Tell that to the captain. You are the reason why we haven’t left."
The moment Everlong chimed in and gestured to Kailen to look in a particular direction, Kailen saw a towering figure in some sort of military uniform standing in an extremely large spaceship.
The man looked extremely intimidating with his towering figure, as if he was unapproachable.
He was like five meters tall, with some sort of extremely large axe strapped across his chest.
Even though the axe was in an axe sheath, Kailen could feel the killing intent radiating from the large axe.
"A person from the giant race huh. This captain is extremely terrifying. Anyway, looks like his opinion of me is not bad. Not the kind of reaction you were expecting huh, Everlong?"
Kailen said as Everlong and the others stared at the Captain in shock.
This Giant captain had given them an extremely cold shoulder earlier, going on and on to give them some cliché military pep talk about the fact that right now, no matter who they were before their enrolment into the military, they were now soldiers and that they would not get any special treatment.
So why was he nodding respectfully towards Kailen?
Zarek explained.
"The higher ups at the Frontlines may not pamper Kailen, but he’s a prodigy who has done enough to earn their respect. His achievements cannot be overlooked, and most of all, a rank 7 supreme stage galactic level lifeform has taken a liking to him.
Anyone in their right mind, even the higher ups of the military, will not treat him like a normal prodigy.
He definitely won’t be pampered at the Frontlines since the military is the military, but he won’t be treated like an ordinary soldier either."
Everyone, including Kailen, nodded at Zarek’s words.
It made complete sense.
The man nodded with a respectful gaze towards Kailen, then turned to look at the rest of the recruits as he said coldly,
"It’s time to depart."
