Harem Legion: Queens of the Apocalypse-Chapter 107 One Man, Too Many Women
"What do you take me for?" Magnus’s face darkened, clear frustration in his voice. If he really did as they suggested, wouldn’t he just become their plaything?
Liana sensed his mood go sour and jumped in fast, "Come on, Emily, he’s still a kid. Don’t tease him like that. Let’s focus on figuring things out."
Still a kid? Can’t take a joke?
Liana was trying to help, but Magnus didn’t feel any better hearing that.
"Let’s head back. Some folks are starting to notice us."
The three walked back to the sleeper car. Emily leaned back and sighed, "We shouldn’t make exceptions like this... once it spreads inside the Ice Regiment, we’re in trouble."
Magnus lit a cigarette in silence, mulling it over. "I actually think it’s fine. Giving them a little sense of home may not be a bad idea."
"You think it’s fine?" Emily gave him a sharp glance, "You really thought this through? You know how disgusting this can get?"
"Disgusting? Really?" Magnus looked between the two, confused. "How so?"
"You seriously don’t see it?" Emily was so angry she fumbled for words.
Liana said flatly, "Magnus, think about it. We’re all living together here. Sure, they’re being discreet now, but if this spreads - we won’t get a moment of peace in this car. Think of the noise!"
What noise? It’s not like those sounds are unbearable... Magnus muttered to himself, but he didn’t dare say that aloud. He already saw the glares waiting if he did.
No solution in sight, they sat in silence. Soon, footsteps crunched nearby - two figures approached from the darkness. One of them was Victoria, smiling wide as always, holding a girl by the hand.
"There you are, Magnus."
Victoria flashed a grin and nudged the girl forward. "Let me introduce you all. This is Fiona Martin. She used to be a nurse at Ironvale General Hospital."
The three stared at the newcomer in surprise - something was already clicking in their minds.
Victoria gave Fiona a little push, "What are you spacing out for? Say hello."
"H-hi, everyone... I’m Fiona," Fiona said, her voice soft, a little uneasy.
Fiona... Scott’s wife. He died refusing to sell her off, only to be broken by her one sentence - "I want to live." Afterwards, he walked away and took his own life. No one knew how she ended up with Victoria.
Pretty girl. Kind of like a porcelain doll. That was Magnus’ first impression. That name though... it definitely rang a bell. 𝕗𝗿𝕖𝐞𝐰𝗲𝕓𝐧𝕠𝕧𝗲𝐥.𝚌𝐨𝚖
"She’s staying with me from now on. We’ll bunk right above you, Magnus." Victoria’s eyes twinkled. "You’re not gonna mind, right, Captain?"
"If he doesn’t mind, I sure as hell do!" Emily rose to her feet, face cold as ice. "Victoria! Don’t push it! I don’t care what you do - just don’t do it here! Liana, find them a different car. I’m not having that kind of mess where we sleep."
"Mess?" Victoria raised a brow, still smiling sweetly. "Come now, Miss Ward, let’s not get too dramatic. I just thought Fiona had a nice figure, maybe give our dear Captain a little something extra. Where’s your mind going? You think we’re already doing things? Heh, didn’t think you had that kind of imagination."
Emily’s face went pale with anger. Beside her, Liana’s tone turned sharp and cold: "Victoria, leave Magnus out of your plans from now on."
"You think I don’t care?" Victoria shot back. "Did anyone else care if I didn’t? A thousand women in the team, not one willing to share the bed with the commander. No wonder Magnus is acting weird lately - guess killing people helps him blow off steam!"
Killing to vent pressure?
Emily and Liana froze. Magnus killed thirty-five people just this morning - they knew that much - but it never occurred to them he was doing it for stress relief.
Could Victoria be right?
Seeing doubt on both their faces, Victoria looked smug and kept going. "I already asked Fiona. She doesn’t mind being with our Magnus. Look at her, that body - second only to mine. Face is pretty too. She used to be the belle of Ironvale General Hospital, married before, knows how to please a man. Can either of you say the same?"
"That’s enough, Victoria." Magnus stood up, gaze flicking thoughtfully to Fiona. "I’m not under that kind of pressure." With that, he stepped out of the vehicle.
The four women left behind wore different expressions. Victoria hummed carelessly, pulling Fiona along with exaggerated closeness. Emily and Liana both looked displeased.
After a long pause, Liana sighed and asked, "Emily, just be honest - do you like Magnus? If so, maybe you shoul - "
"I don’t!" Emily cut her off abruptly, but then sighed. "If this keeps up, we might as well talk to Charlotte about speaking with Emma’s circle...and Sarah too. We can’t control everything. Sometimes it’s better to just turn a blind eye."

Magnus wandered through the bunker, noticing several glances thrown his way. He sighed and headed to the Humvee, lit a cigarette.
Emma. Fiona.
His mind turned to the two.
Emma, from his past life - what exactly had she gone through in the Anomaly Zone? Was it anything like his own? But she never awakened a second time. Why?
Then Fiona. At first he thought he’d misheard, until she introduced herself again. If she hadn’t, he really would have thought it was just a coincidence.
Fiona... wasn’t she Cliff’s wife? How the hell did she end up here?
In the last life, she’d been under the command of one of Cliff’s officers. Cliff took a liking to her and forcibly claimed her. It sparked a brutal fallout - the officer rebelled with over 800 men, nearly killed Cliff in the process.
Everyone knew that story.
But now, she’s in his squad. To be fair, she was attractive - delicate features, curvy build - but to Magnus, she was maybe on par with Liana. Still a step below Sarah, Emily, and the others.
So what was it about her that could make two men fight to the death? That officer almost died for her. Magnus didn’t get it.
Later that afternoon, Sophia returned to base with the supply convoy - five full truckloads of steel materials. Magnus helped unload. The other women rested inside the bunker, all in decent spirits. Along the way, several of the younger ones teased him. He took it in stride, smiling faintly, keeping quiet.
"Commander!" a young woman ran up. Magnus turned. She looked familiar, scanned the area quickly, then tugged him aside, whispering, "Commander, my lady...Isla she wants to see you alone."
