Zhai Rongyu parted his lips, but upon seeing how serious Ruan Chanchan looked, he shut his mouth close. After hesitating for a while, he nodded and then tore open the animal hide that was covering Rong Xian’s abdomen. As soon as the hide was pulled away, a hideous wound the size of a forearm appeared. Blood was oozing from it, and one could see Rong Xian’s intestines hanging out from the wound.

Upon seeing the wound, Zhai Rongyu couldn’t help but gag, as the sight was simply too hideous, and what made it even worse was that the wound was on his prince.

Ruan Chanchan was used to seeing all kinds of injuries; thus, she was not bothered by it. What was more, she had purchased the {Extremely Skilled Surgeon} pack, which was why she was even more unshakeable by the sight of it.
