Zhihu said that they chose to launch drip coffee because they wanted to retain the original flavor of the coffee beans while allowing consumers to carry and drink it whether at home, at the office, or travelling, thus covering more scenarios.
The overall design style of the coffee is very simple, and very "Zhihu." Zhihu launched three types of drip coffee: Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, American Nut Era, and Italian Black Chocolate Storm, named Alpha, Beta, and Gamma respectively. In each box of coffee, Zhihu randomly includes an audio card from Zhihu’s reading club.
In terms of raw materials, Zhihu claims to use 100% Arabica coffee beans controlled by Q-grader quality, and adopts a fully automated imported production line.
