Chapter 190: Chapter 161: Saint Tier Comparable to Deities, the Might of the Dragon Race

A Legendary Level Giant Dragon?

Lince’s breakthrough this time was destined to deliver an even greater shock to these Dragon Species and Dragon Descendants!

Because Lince didn’t have a Dragon King Level Bloodline at all.

It was a Mythical Level Bloodline—and not just any ordinary one.

It was the Ancient Dragon God Bloodline!

Each of his breakthroughs accelerated his growth in size!

All of this was simply to return him to his rightful place.

Think back to the Space Dragon Lince had seen in the "Elegy of the Gods" cinematic.

Its terrifying size was comparable to the Moon.

The process of such a behemoth, such a terrifying existence, returning to its rightful place was destined to be beyond the imagination of any mortal creature.

And so, under the countless gazes fixed upon the Demon God Hall, Lince’s body continued to grow.

Three thousand meters.

Four thousand meters.

Five thousand meters.

...

"Dragon God above!!!"

"Melany, are you certain this is the rate of growth a Dragon King Level Giant Dragon is supposed to have?"

The Saint Tier Dragon Species and Dragon Descendants were already dumbfounded.

One of the Sea Beast Dragon Species couldn’t help but cry out!

Snake Dragon Melany was also stunned!

But as he watched the Giant Dragon, whose body was still growing at a terrifying rate, his jaw dropped, and he stared dumbfounded at the scene.

But soon, his face flushed bright red!

This flush wasn’t born of fear or terror, but from sheer, overwhelming excitement! 𝗳𝚛𝗲𝕖𝕨𝕖𝗯𝚗𝚘𝕧𝕖𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝕞

At the same time, the Sea Beast Dragon Snake roared with excitement:

"Everyone! I believe I have indeed made an error in judgment!"

"His Highness... he..."

"No! Everyone, we should address Him respectfully as Your Majesty!!!"

"Yes, He is a living Majesty! A true Dragon God is reawakening in the mortal realm!"

"His Majesty, the great Dragon God, is reawakening!!!"

"It all makes sense!!! HAHAHAHA!!!!"

"No wonder these Demon Beasts were so obedient to His High... Your Majesty and relinquished the Demon God Hall!"

"No wonder Red Dragon Crimson also looked so surprised, yet remained completely composed!"

"I imagine, Lady Crimson, you must have been aware of His Majesty’s true nature, correct?"

As he spoke, the Sea Beast Dragon Snake turned to Red Dragon Crimson, his eyes gleaming with excitement.

"What!!!"

"A Dragon God? The great Dragon God is actually reawakening in the mortal realm???"

"How is this possible???"

"How is this possible!!!"

Every last one of them, even the Dragon Species and Dragon Descendants from the Elf Race, now wore expressions of absolute terror!

From the very beginning, all the Dragon Species and Dragon Descendants had been wrong!!!

So the Giant Dragon revealing his true form before their very eyes was actually a Dragon God in the flesh? Not some so-called scion of the Dragon Race?

How could this be?

The god of the Dragon Race has returned?

Then what about the other Deities? The god of the Elf Race? Where on earth are They?

At this moment, even the normally composed Dragon Species of the Elf Race were thrown into a complete panic.

They might have been able to keep their composure after offending a dragon scion, even one from the Dragon Race with a Dragon King Bloodline.

But offending a Deity?

And this Deity was the Dragon God, no less?

This was enough to make them lose their composure completely!

And so, at this moment, the gazes of all the Dragon Species and Dragon Descendants turned to Red Dragon Crimson.

As she felt the desperate gazes of all the Dragon Species fixed on her...

Crimson felt a little helpless.

’She was helpless because, while she did know Lince’s true Bloodline, she never imagined its power could manifest with such terrifying might before he even reached Saint Tier.’

’As expected of the legendary Ancient existence.’

But amid her helplessness, Crimson also felt a secret thrill.

’This feeling of being the center of attention is actually quite nice.’

Moreover, to display her own special status—and by extension, the closeness of her relationship with His Highness—

She immediately suppressed her emotions, forcing an indifferent expression as she spoke slowly:

"Snake Dragon Melany, His Highness is His Highness. Do not speak recklessly."

"You need only know that the one before you now is His Highness. As for the title ’Your Majesty,’ that depends entirely on His Highness’s whim."

"Furthermore, as for matters concerning His Highness and this summons, you need only consider it all a trial, nothing more."

"I will say no more. Be silent and observe the ceremony. A day will come when you will understand everything."

After speaking with detached composure, Crimson raised her head again to watch Lince, who was still transforming high above in the heavens.

And what of the surrounding Dragon Species?

They had gotten the answer they sought.

But instead of putting them at ease, the answer filled many of the Dragon Species and Dragon Descendants with even greater terror.

’I didn’t act disrespectfully toward His Highness earlier, did I?’

’Oh no, we didn’t pledge our allegiance to His Highness immediately. That won’t be a problem, will it?’

Different Dragon Species and Dragon Descendants had different worries.

But following this worry, most of their faces lit up with wild joy.

’We’ve hit the jackpot!!!’

’We’ve really, truly hit the jackpot!!!’

If they could have let loose and laughed, at least a hundred High Tier Dragon Species would have been roaring with ecstatic joy.

In contrast, what of the Dragon Species and Dragon Descendants of the Elf Race?

The High Tier Dragon Descendant Elves were, one and all, in a state of utter panic.

And the four Saint Tier Dragon Species were not much better off.

They were trying to think of a way to remedy the situation, but at the same time, a reckless thought crossed their minds.

’With the Dragon Race Code in effect, so what if he’s a Dragon God?’

’We Dragon Species and Dragon Descendants haven’t truly offended Him. Surely a being like Him wouldn’t stoop to the level of us mortal creatures, right?’

Even as they had these thoughts, the four Saint Tier Dragon Species began ordering all the Dragon Descendant Elves to descend to the plaza below.

Even if they weren’t going to pledge allegiance to the Dragon Race...

They had no right to remain hovering in the sky in the presence of a true Dragon God!

To do so would be an act of true blasphemy.

Thus, the Elves quickly descended to the plaza and, one after another, assumed postures of reverence, as mortals would before a Deity.

Seeing the Elves’ actions...

This naturally drew a fresh round of sneers from the other Dragon Species.

Their earlier arrogance and current deference were truly a laughable sight.

However, the Dragon Species and Dragon Descendants were in no mood to pay much attention to the Elf Race at this time.

Because, at this moment, their gazes were all excitedly focused on the terrifying Giant Dragon high in the heavens.

And now, Lince’s body finally surpassed the seven-thousand-meter mark.

In just a short time, his body length shot up to eighty-five hundred meters.

But just then, Lince’s explosive growth seemed to hit a snag, though only for an instant.

As Lince suddenly broke through to Tier Nine...

Suddenly, the heavens and earth roiled as winds scattered the clouds, lightning flashed, and thunder roared!

Above the ten-thousand-meter peak, the higher reaches of the sky should have been cloudless.

But as Lince broke through to Tier Nine, the sky at nearly thirty thousand meters above them suddenly went dark!

An endless storm of Magic Power erupted.

At the same time, thunder and storms came rolling in!

In a mere instant, the daytime sky was plunged into darkness.

Even with the pillar of light from the Divine Descent, the surrounding darkness seemed to absorb the light, confining the pillar’s radiance to a single line connecting heaven and earth.

Such a phenomenon was beyond imagination, shattering the perceptions of all mortal creatures.

"This is?"

"The manifestation of cosmic laws... a tribulation of elemental baptism?"

"Isn’t this the phenomenon for breaking through to Saint Tier? But isn’t His Highness’s aura only at Tier Nine right now?"

"His Highness’s Power can no longer be judged by mortal Tiers. Though he is only at Tier Nine, he must have already reached the very limit of the Saint Tier to trigger the celestial phenomenon of an elemental baptism."

"This???"

The Dragon Species and Dragon Descendants were utterly flabbergasted, feeling they had already had more than enough shocks for one day!

At this moment, words failed to express what they were witnessing.

And so, as they watched...

Between heaven and earth, vast amounts of Elemental Power, mixed with roiling pillars of Magic Power, surged madly into Lince’s draconic body.

Thunder and Rain, all of it was Elemental Power irrigating and baptizing Lince.

And so, in the next moment, Lince’s body surged in size once more!

He smoothly broke past the ten-thousand-meter mark.

At the same time, as he was infused with different Elements, the form of Lince’s draconic body was constantly changing.

One moment a Black Dragon.

The next, a Green Dragon.

Then, a Steel Dragon.

...

His constantly shifting form made it seem as if his physical body was being stretched and pulled by the void itself as he grew.

His appearance would become irregular for a moment, only to quickly snap back into a proper draconic shape.

At the same time, all the Dragon Species discovered that the surrounding Space was now filled with a terrifyingly oppressive presence!

Even though Lince was not consciously exerting his will or actively releasing any Dragon Might...

...the very Space of the heavens and earth was filled with an inexplicable pressure.

This pressure was tangible; that is, the gravity in the area had increased!

Occasionally, the Dragon Species even noticed the surrounding Space rippling like the surface of water.

The ripples spread outward, just like on the surface of a pond.

This bizarre scene filled the Dragon Species present with immense fear.

They even discovered that their own Magic Power was showing faint signs of going out of control.

Fortunately, however, it was all still within their ability to control.

The Dragon Species continued to stare at the sky.

Their expressions were frozen like statues, their gazes fixed and unmoving.

Meanwhile, the Giant Dragon’s body continued to swell.

Eleven thousand meters.

Twelve thousand meters.

...

Finally, amid the continuous, terrifying transformation, the spectacle at last came to a close.

The Giant Dragon’s growth became increasingly slow until it finally stopped.

By this point, the Giant Dragon’s body had reached a terrifying length of over twenty-six thousand meters.

Are you kidding me!!!

And that was just his physical body!

In all of recorded history, no mortal creature had ever witnessed such a terrifying behemoth!

A physical body over twenty-six thousand meters long.

Just how terrifying would his form be under Elementalization???

This already far exceeded the comprehension of any Dragon Species.

The pillar of light disappeared.

The elemental baptism disappeared.

Everything finally faded, leaving only the terrifying Giant Dragon, its massive shadow blanketing the sky above the Demon God Hall.

Lince awoke.

And at the same time, he finally understood.

He finally understood how the status of a Giant Dragon Overlord was earned.

According to the rules of the Demon World, Deities could not easily descend into the mortal realm, making Saint Tier the strongest Power there.

’And the Dragon Race... just how powerful would an Ancient Dragon Species like himself be upon reaching Saint Tier?’

’If a Deity paid the great price for Descent into the mortal realm, wouldn’t I be able to tear them apart with my bare hands?’

’To rival the Power of Deities with the Power of a Saint Tier!’

’This was the terrifying nature of the Ancient Dragon Race!’

Finally!!!

Lince felt he had finally taken a crucial step!
