Game World's Awakening-Chapter 211: The Nurotaur, Soac.

Jenna hugged Elliot tightly as soon as she saw him arrive... The feeling of having lost him and suddenly having him in front of her overwhelmed her, and she cried deeply.
Elliot wasn't much different, although he managed to endure the feeling and didn't cry. His mind had grown stronger in recent days.
Perhaps it was the pain of betrayal that shielded his heart, or perhaps it was simply that he had completed his revenge... and that a curse would help him complete it even further soon.
But knowing that Jenna was okay was a relief to his wounded heart.

"Mr. Ilsen, it seems that things have turned out well for you." Elliot smiled as he took a sip of coffee that Ilsen himself had served him.
"Things are going very well, Young Master." Ilsen was very respectful this time. "The Secretary of Government was taken prisoner to the capital and will be tried on multiple counts of treason. Even the City of Fire was severely affected these days, as my allies there did what they had to do."
"I have read and heard the news." Elliot nodded. "That is why I came to congratulate you before leaving. I hope Loen will be a better city under your leadership from now on."
"I am sure I will make Loen a great city. When you return, I will make sure your visit is memorable."
"I will be waiting for you."
Although drinking wine in such a situation was what most people would do, this pair of peculiar "companions" chose to drink coffee instead.
Celebrating with coffee was perhaps a delight in life that they couldn't enjoy all the time.
Besides, Elliot couldn't take anything else that would cloud his vision, because Ilsen wasn't the only one who wanted to thank him and say goodbye.

"Kid, are you sure you won't regret your decision?" Steward asked, looking at Elliot on the roof of the Angelic Wave building.
Next to him were Jenna, Andrew, Anna, and... a god.
When Steward saw him, he almost died of fright and was on the verge of kneeling down to worship him, although he was obviously not allowed to.
Now that he was talking about this, he had a lot of guts.
"I'm sure it's for the best, Mr. Steward," Elliot replied. "I don't often regret my decisions. I'll come back to visit you when I have time."
Steward smiled. "I understand. It's better this way. Some people think you're dead, so if you disappear for a while, people will forget you and think you died."
"Well, I've recently met with several people, and if no one says anything, I suppose that will be possible."
"Haha, I'm sure they'll keep quiet." Steward bowed to them. "Thank you for making the names of Angelic Wave and the Runic Kingdom great. I'm sure we'll meet again." He thanked them sincerely before saying goodbye.
When they disappeared from the rooftop, Steward felt lonely... those little ones who had been hanging around his offices and territories for so many months would no longer be there.
A strange feeling of loneliness struck him... he had never felt it before. Perhaps he had become too accustomed to them.
"This is only the beginning. With their talents, I'm sure I'll soon be able to see them on the big screen." Steward smiled and entered his lonely building.
A week's vacation would naturally make the building feel deadly quiet, further increasing his sense of loneliness.

"Why do you want to stop here?" Mikael asked, looking at a huge mushroom-like mountain in front of him and a vast forest below.
Elliot, Jenna, Andrew, and Anna were by his side.
"We have some unfinished business around here," Elliot said with a chuckle. "By the way, Mr. Mikael. Do you know anything about the Race types?"
Mikael looked at him as he descended to the ground. "Race types? You mean Race Type 1, Type 2?"
"Yes, that's right."
"Well, I'm aware of that. I think I know the same as everyone else. Type 1 races are those born with a very high learning capacity. They are very intelligent by nature, like us humans. Type 2 races acquire intelligence as they grow stronger. They are naturally powerful, and every step they take in cultivating their strength makes them more intelligent."
"Dragons and griffins fall into category 2."
"Is there more?" Elliot asked.
"Some believe that Type 0s are beasts that are not intelligent, that move by instinct. But according to the system, those are Type 3s. They very rarely acquire intelligence."
"And Type 0?"
"Those are special." Mikael had to get serious this time and watched Elliot take out a key. "What's that key for, by the way? Is there a dungeon here?"
"You'll see in a moment." Elliot smiled and walked toward Mushroom Mountain.
Mikael sighed. "According to my research, the Clerics who cursed the Clarks belong to this category. Type 0, they don't gain intelligence as they grow... in fact, they may not even need to grow. They simply exist."
"Huh?" Elliot turned to look at him. "What are they?"
"Gods." Mikael shrugged. "What else could they be? If they don't grow up but have overwhelming intelligence, only a god can be like that. And one of a very high category."
Elliot nodded... Curious.
"What category do you think the Nurotaurs belong to?" he asked.
Mikael paused briefly before continuing to walk behind him. "That race... I don't know if it can be considered a race, really. But there are historical records of it in many places, both in the ruins of this world and in the dungeons."
"I can't give you an answer, but if I had to say, they might be type 0..."
Elliot nodded. 'That seems plausible,' he thought.
When they reached the Mushroom Mountain, he used the key.
Suddenly, the earth shook slightly and a door appeared in front of them, in the mountain.
Mikael frowned... That door had divine energy.
Elliot and Jenna quickly entered through it, followed by Mikael, Anna, and Andrew, who were slightly stunned.
But once inside, Mikael's hair stood on end and his divinity was unleashed to counteract one that was coming from the front. The divine power collided fiercely...
One of them retreated.
Then, a figure appeared in front of them.
"Nurotauro..." Their eyes widened. What was a Nurotauro doing in the vicinity of such a small town?
The Nurotauro and Mikael stared at each other for a moment.
"They're back," said the Nurotauro Soac, turning his attention to the two young men in front of him. "Much faster than I expected."
