Celestia’s POV:

I got back to my feet and faced the Siren Queen. What does she mean by she wasn’t honest with me?

"I should have told you about this before, but I despised you so much in the past. Now that I see you are really in love with Theo, my impression of you has changed! I would like to apologize to you for not trusting before," she said.

So she is not going to be cold to me anymore?! I was pleased to know that she acknowledges me finally!

"The truth is," Cynthia paused and lowered her gaze to the ground. "Theo is doing this for you!"

"I don’t understand," I said out confusedly. "How could Theo be doing this for me?"

Cynthia was about to give me a reply, but she fell silent as a firebird appeared in front of us precisely at that moment.

"Celestial, why is your pet here?" she questioned me.

"This is not Tangerine! My pet is female, and this one is a male," I blurted out to her.

The firebird was hovering in front of me by fluttering its wings. When I looked down at its yellowish claws, I noticed a parchment tied to it. 𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒆𝙬𝒆𝒃𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝙡.𝒄𝓸𝒎

This is definitely not a message from my father! He never uses parchment to send out messages. He uses scrolls! I impatiently took out the parchment from its claw.

Even before I unwrapped the parchment, I had a feeling that this is not going to be good news. I unhurriedly unfolded it and read the message.

’The forest of light is on fire!’

My instinct proved to be right. This isn’t good news! The forest of light is on fire?!

Slowly I recalled the vision that I had on the battlefield during the battle with vampires.

"My vision has come true," I screamed out. " I have already seen this happening!"

"No, don’t come to conclusions already," Cynthia interrupted. " This is an anonymous message! You can’t trust this piece of parchment."

"But I saw this in my vision! How can this be untrue?" I argued with her.

"Celestia," she said my name in a very sweet tone. Her lovely voice was so soothing to hear that I almost forgot why I was anxious in the first place.

"You can’t trust this message! This is not real! The forest of light is fine, and you don’t have to worry about it."

I smiled at her and replied, "I won’t trust this message."

Sometimes I don’t understand why I get anxious for no reason. I should try to change myself!

"Yes, you should change yourself, Celestia," Cynthia agreed with me as she read me thought. "Now you go upstairs to your room and don’t come out until I call you!"

"Okay," I bowed my head to her slightly to show my gratitude for erasing my anxiety. "I will be in my room until you call me out."

I stayed in bliss until the afternoon. Everything seemed normal to me after that. Cynthia is great! She is a better healer than Daviana. She healed me just with her voice?! Who else can perform such miracles?

I realized that I was still in my dusty warrior suit. I should change from this dress! I opened the closet door in my room and searched for the short gown. But there wasn’t any short gown in there.

I sighed to myself and picked out the bright red long gown. This gown will look pretty on me even though it will be uncomfortable to wear!

I stripped down from the warrior suit and put on the red gown immediately. I stood in front of the mirror and admired the elegance of the dress. It was strapless and plain without any design. Still, it was perfect!

As I kept on watching my reflection in the mirror, I remember something. This is the same dress that I was wearing in my vision. Is it a coincidence? After that, the reality hit me like lightning.

The forest of the light is really on fire! Why wasn’t I able to realize this truth? Something blocked my mind and subdued my thoughts! That Mean Queen Cynthia had used her alluring power on me!

How dare she could do this to me? I so wanted to teach her a lesson for manipulating my mind. But I don’t have that much time to waste. My favorite place in all the three realms is on fire!

I should go there now and try to save my forest from burning down entirely. I was ready to open the portal, but a white mist appeared in front of me, and Cynthia emerged from it.

Why is she here now? I was in no mood to fight with her!

"Celestial, you are about to make a huge mistake. Don’t go to the forest of light!"

"Step out of my way," I screamed at her. " Theo sees you as his mother! That is the reason why I don’t want to hurt you. But if you stand in my way now, then I won’t hesitate to slay you."

Cynthia was intimidated by my words. She should be! Still, she was not moving out of my way.

"Please listen to me! If you go there now, then no one can save your life. It will be the end of you and-" she stopped babbling after that.

I understood what she was trying to do! A while ago, she manipulated me with her voice. Now, she is trying to do the same with her false words. But I am not going to fall for it anymore!

"I am not lying or manipulating you," she cried out as she heard my thoughts. "I am telling you the truth! Theo is out there trying to stop the terrible tragedy that is about to happen. Please believe my words!"

I wondered what she even thinks about me. Do I look like a dumb weakling to her? I am the Dawn! No one can harm me!

"This is the last time I am warning you. If you don’t step aside now, then I will make you feel sorry for disobeying me," I roared at the Mean Queen.
