Forever Destined to the Silver Shadow-Chapter 125: No one should mess with the Dawn
Celestia’s POV:
"Father, would you have said the same thing if Darius was in Theo’s place?" I challenged him with my question.
"Celestia! I am trying to be a good father to you, but you are making it hard for me. Don’t even dare to raise your voice against me in the future," he fired at me. After that, he got into his chamber.
He never answered my question? Instead, he yelled at me and left. It shows that everything Theo said about him is right. He is partial, and he doesn’t care if anyone who is not a Fae exists or not.
It looks like I have to save Theo on my own! I wasted my precious time speaking with Father Oberon. I immediately turned on my heels and walked towards the staircase.
My friends were still following me. I got impatient and froze on my path. " Why are you still coming after me? Just now, the King said that he is not going to aid me. You all can leave now," I said without turning back to them.
"No, Celestia," Edwin said and came in front of me. "We are going to aid you even if the King disapproves."
Something is not right here! Edwin’s moments and his words were so calculated. He thought so much before speaking out each and every word.
"Edwin, I am asking you for one last time! What is happening here? Why are you acting strange?"
He chuckled nervously and said, "I am not acting strange. I am normal!"
"No, you are not normal. All of you are acting strange," I shouted and scanned all of their faces for a second. "Are you all high on firewater?"
"Firewater?" Edwin gasped. "How can you even say that word in King Oberon’s castle? Firewater is the drink of the devil."
This is useless! Speaking anymore with them is entirely useless. "I am leaving now. Please don’t come after me," I warned them and climbed on the staircase.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I got back to my room and slammed the door shut. I am going to get Tangerine and leave this damn castle. No one is my ally here! They all act like my friends, but in reality, they must be scheming something against me.
I don’t care about them anymore. I am going to leave now and never come back here. Even Amelia was a better friend to me than these people.
I took Tangerine’s cage and said to her, " It is time for us to leave now."
As I stared at her golden-brown eyes, I recalled something that I saw in the vision. The words Theo said echoed in my mind.
’Please don’t be late! Or else they will succeed in separating you and me.’
But who will succeed in separating Theo and me? I assumed before that it was Lilin. But Lilin doesn’t want to separate us both. She intends to retrieve the Demon warriors and trap them back in the doors of the damned.
So it can’t be Lilin! Who desires so badly to separate Theo and me? The answer was obvious. It is my father and Darius! Theo was talking about them the whole time.
Does this mean that Father Oberon has imprisoned Theo? No! That can’t be true. Theo went to Shadow Realm. How could my father have caught him?
I am just overthinking through this! I placed the Tangerine’s cage on my bed and tried to clear my head. I wish that I could talk to Amelia or Daviana now! They both are great advisors.
At that moment, I heard some noise outside my room. I went to my door, and I held the doorknob. Who is lurking outside my room?
"Ouch! My leg," I heard Laris cry out. "Vivian, you stamped my leg."
"Can you all be quiet now? She might hear us," Ember shushed him.
Why are they not leaving me even after I told them to do so? Maybe my suspicion is correct! My father has something to do with Theo’s disappearance.
He must have instructed my friends to distract me from knowing the truth. That must be the reason why they were so keen on taking me out to the Northern Mountains. It also explains the strange behavior of my friends.
And Darius was the one who woke me up from the vision yesterday! He knows that it is wrong to wake up a person who is in a vision. Still, he did it as he didn’t want me to see the truth.
This is more than enough to conclude that my father has imprisoned Theo somewhere. But where? I recalled everything that I saw in my vision again.
He had iron chains around his body. My father ties up his prisoners with spell bonded iron chains. And the place was so dark. He is in the dungeon downstairs!
Holy Aiden! I can’t believe that my father would do something like this. He yells at me constantly and criticizes Theo always. I can forgive that, but what he did now is so wicked.
I am not going to let him get away with this. All the respect that I had for my father and Darius vanished away. Even Demons don’t play shrewd games like this!
I got out of my room and faced my fake friends. They all were standing outside my door and blocked my way.
"Step aside now," I shouted at them. But none of them obeyed me.
"I am sorry, Celestia! We can’t let you go," Edwin declared.
Now Edwin is behaving like himself. This is the classic version of Edwin! If my father draws a line, he never crosses it.
"My friends, I am already furious now. You all better not instigate me more. I still see you as my friends, so I don’t want to hurt you all."
I waited for a few seconds to see if they were backing out or not. When no one did, I decided that it was time for combat.
"Who wants to face me first?" I asked them.
No one stepped forward. I guess that it is time to strike at all of them. Only then will they learn a lesson that no one should mess with the Dawn!
