Floating Islands: SSS Gacha Lord-Chapter 404 - Every Shadow will be Erased
Atlas took a slow breath before opening the highlight of the night, the Rank S pull.
He stepped back slightly as the ticket hovering in the air began to tremble visibly. The bright red color shifted, slowly turning into a vivid green.
"Green?"
A strange sense of hope stirred inside him. Could this be what he was thinking?
The green energy spread outward, flowing into the surroundings. From the floor beneath Atlas’s feet, grass suddenly began to grow at a rapid pace, followed by small flowers blooming all around.
"Is this a duplicate of Lyrassa?"
The swirling energy at the center gathered into a single point, moving faster and faster, until at last, a form emerged.
A crystal sphere appeared, floating in the air, wrapped in a soft green aura, with petal-like shapes resembling flower petals surrounding it.
"A weapon?" he said quietly.
[You have received Rank-S Weapon: Spirit Petal Codex (Legendary Grade)]
"Spirit Petal Codex?" Atlas murmured the name softly, and at once, someone came to mind when he looked at the item.
He turned around and saw Lyrassa standing there, holding Cael in her arms.
"Your signature weapon?"
Lyrassa smiled and gave a gentle nod. "My lord, that’s my bonded relic, the companion that has stayed with me for more than three hundred years. It answered your call for help."
Atlas nodded quietly, then glanced through the skill information bound to the Codex.
[Petalburst Cast: Unleashes a volley of spirit petals that seek out enemies on their own. Each petal strikes with light but consistent damage.]
[Spiritlink Root: Creates a spiritual bond between nearby allies. Any excess healing received by one ally flows through the link, distributing recovery evenly among all connected targets.
[Verdure Ascension: Greatly increasing regeneration and movement speed for the entire team. The battlefield itself responds, amplifying recovery effects for the duration.]
The relic clearly elevated Lyrassa’s abilities, expanding both her damage output and her healing influence across a wider range. It was a weapon of remarkable value.
Atlas nodded once more and spoke to everyone present. "Tonight has granted an extraordinary item to Lyrassa, who has also brought Cael safely into the world today. This is a blessing worth celebrating."
The night’s celebration ended with loud cheers echoing throughout all of Gacha Haven.
A truly incredible gacha pull session, wasn’t it? More rank S pulls paired with their signature relics would always be welcome news.

There were still at least five battles remaining before the current Lord Battle season concluded, and all of them would be full-scale confrontations.
Atlas found himself once again on the small floating island where he and Bolin usually faced each other to announce matchups and finalize battle arrangements. The next battle was scheduled to begin later that very day.
The five lords selected for this final category were Atlas himself, bearing an SSS-Rank system ability, and four others, each possessing SS-Rank system abilities.
[1. Atlas, SSS-Rank (Ultimate Gacha)]
[2. Arveline, SS-Rank (King’s Rebirth)]
[3. Thryssia, SS-Rank (Law of Dominion)]
[4. Lumea, SS-Rank (Spectral Legion)]
[5. Nysera, SS-Rank (Eclipse Dominion)]
These five were considered the strongest lords available, each commanding a powerful army that Atlas could rely on in the upcoming battles.
However, there was a clear problem.
All five lords in this category had already revealed their abilities in the earlier rounds. That meant the opposing side had ample time to study them and understand both their systems and combat styles.
Worse still, because Atlas was currently leading in score, Bolin was granted the right to decide which lord on his side would challenge which lord from Atlas’s lineup.
This placed Bolin in a highly advantageous position. He could freely assign lords with system abilities and combat strengths specifically chosen to counter any lord Atlas fielded in this round.
Worse still, three of the lords in Bolin’s lineup had already reached Rank Three. Atlas had also received intelligence suggesting that the remaining two were strong enough to rank up to Rank Three at any time.
In short, this would be a battle against lords whose armies all averaged above level one hundred and fifty.
This was truly a situation stacked entirely against him. Every condition favored the enemy. Atlas was fighting from a position of complete disadvantage.
Bolin spoke less than usual this time. Instead, he calmly reached out and picked up the shining coin resting on the virtual table between them.
Bolin said coldly. "This is not a game anymore. This is the real battle. Your forces will be crushed, your lords will fall, and what you call hope will die right here. I will make sure your defeat is absolute."
Atlas looked at him without flinching.
"I am honestly impressed you still have the energy to spew such meaningless nonsense," Atlas replied flatly.
Bolin merely smirked, then flicked the coin across the table toward Atlas. It slid to a stop beside Nysera’s coin.
From the lord Bolin had chosen, Atlas immediately understood that this time, the man was not holding back at all.
"So, that lord chooses to fight in the dark?" Bolin said with a mocking tone. "Hiding behind shadows like a coward. Fitting. When the light fades, so will his courage."
On the massive floating screen in front of Atlas, two distant islands began drifting toward one another. As they closed in, a war zone rapidly formed between them.
The battlefield was enormous. Land rose as if pulled from the clouds themselves, shaping into wide, flat terrain. Natural features emerged across it, forests, elevated ridges, and even a large lake.
This would be a full-scale, all-out war on neutral ground.
There would be no surrender here. The battle would end only with the death of one lord.
"You really think the Light Element is something special, don’t you?" Bolin said coldly.
"Let me shatter that illusion. Light means nothing to me. I call it as easily as breathing. If I desire it, I can even pull the sun itself into this battlefield."
A chilling smile slowly formed on his face.
"When the light floods this battlefield, every shadow will be erased."
