Flash Marriage: She becomes Mrs. CEO after the Failed Dowry Talk-Chapter 780: To Leave or to Stay
Jasper Sinclair entered the room without rushing to put Nora Northwood down.
He walked across the room and placed Nora on the master bedroom’s bedding, then propped his hands on either side of her shoulders, carefully observing her slightly intoxicated appearance.
"Jasper, don’t go."
Nora’s eyes were hazy, having already discarded any thoughts about Jasper’s amnesia.
She lifted her arms, wrapping them around the man’s neck, pulling him towards her.
As their eyes met, Jasper’s heart skipped a beat without reason; such a Nora he had never seen before.
His gaze grew darker, words spilling from between his lips as he asked her, "Who am I?"
"Husband."
Nora’s soft, tender voice stretched infinitely, mingled with a hint of gentle sweetness.
Jasper got the urge, asking her to call him again.
"Husband, kiss me..."
Honestly, what man could resist such a plea?
Jasper had completely lost his reason, his lower abdomen achingly tense wishing to dominate the person beneath him.
He thought it, and acted upon it.
As he captured Nora’s pink lips, he couldn’t suppress the joy and excitement in his heart; soon, the mingling of lips and tongues ensued, making anyone blush with embarrassment.
Jasper’s actions grew fiercer, wanting to become one with her.
Two rapid breaths intertwining and entwining.
After several repetitions, Nora completely collapsed onto the bed, unable to muster an ounce of strength.
Jasper tucked the quilt corners in for her, pondering if she was always like this when intoxicated.
Night had deepened, the room imbued with a romantic ambiance.
Jasper gently encircled Nora’s waist, careful not to exert too much force, his gaze tracing the contours of her body, the heat rising within him.
Realizing he shouldn’t continue looking, he reached up to turn off the last bedside lamp, preparing to sleep.
A night of sweet dreams. 𝗳𝐫𝚎𝗲𝚠𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝘃𝚎𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝗺
...
The next day.
When Nora woke up, she felt like her bones were about to fall apart.
She wasn’t an inexperienced little girl; over the past two years, she had been frequently molded by Jasper, naturally understanding what this feeling entailed.
Upon seeing Jasper next to her pillow, she angrily shouted, "Jasper Sinclair!"
Jasper, having fallen asleep later than her, exerted more physically—he woke to her call, his brows still furrowed.
"Sleep a little longer."
Clearly, he hadn’t grasped the current situation.
Nora could no longer sleep; immediately, she slapped the man’s bare shoulder twice, "Get up right now!"
Having been hit, Jasper reluctantly opened his eyes, and pulled her back into his embrace.
"Awake now?" he asked.
Nora fell into a momentary stupor, realizing she had blacked out from drinking the night before. She asked back, "Why are you in my room?"
"Of course, you allowed me to come in."
"You’re lying!"
Nora was so agitated that she cursed; the man below her still wore an amused expression, infuriating her.
She propped her elbow on the bedding, trying to get up from Jasper’s body, but he didn’t give her the chance, flipping over, pressing their skin closer together.
Nora felt the warmth that didn’t belong to her, her face flushed beyond recognition, trying to push him off, "Get down, stay away from me!"
"Nora, listen to your voice; are you really telling me to leave, or inviting me to stay?"
Her tone hovered between a little girl and a young woman, one of the most alluring sound timbres to a man.
