After the morning meeting, Yao Zhiqing personally took Bai Qianyu on a tour of the company and led her into Bai Yiran’s office.

"Yiran, you’re Qianyu’s sister, so I’ll leave her to you. See if you can assign some of the simpler tasks to her, and also arrange a better workstation for her."

Bai Yiran stood up and felt awkward looking at Bai Qianyu, but there were some things she couldn’t show in front of Yao Zhiqing.

"Don’t worry, President Yao, Assistant Bai and I have always gotten along well." Bai Qianyu lied with a straight face.

"Alright, I’ll get back to work then." Yao Zhiqing left Bai Yiran’s office.

Bai Yiran watched Yao Zhiqing’s back, not believing that after being her teacher for four years, Yao Zhiqing wouldn’t know about her relationship with Bai Qianyu. It was obvious she was trying to reconcile the two sisters.

"I don’t see what’s so good about it!" She was in the middle of the office, where everyone could see her every move, leaving her with no privacy.
