Alice Conley glared at Dorian Howards, "You’re really good at winning people over, aren’t you?"
"Your parents are pretty nice, very easygoing people," Dorian smiled lightly, then glanced at Alice again, "I didn’t expect you to like patterns like pink kitties."
Her face involuntarily turned red. Clearly, she wasn’t even wearing her cotton pajamas anymore, but the way he said it made her feel as if he could see right through her.
"Do you want chocolates or not!" She stood up abruptly and said.
"Yes!" He replied directly.
"Then let’s go now to buy chocolates!" she said, planning to buy the chocolates as soon as possible so she could get rid of him sooner.
The two of them left the Conley Family’s house and got into Dorian Howards’ car.
"Where should we buy them?" Dorian asked.
Alice reported the name of a shopping mall. This mall was newly opened in J City. She had done some homework yesterday and found online that there’s a chocolate shop in this mall, a foreign brand opening its first store in the country. The taste is pretty good and it has some fame in the chocolate world. The prices are mid-to-high range, so you won’t see these in regular supermarkets; you have to go to a special counter and pay by weight.
When Alice and Dorian arrived at the chocolate counter and looked at the dazzling array of exquisite chocolates, Alice felt like spitting blood.

"Is it a lot?" Dorian stroked his chin, "I didn’t know I would meet your relatives, but my ATM limit for cash withdrawal wasn’t much, so I took some cash and wrapped it in red envelopes, initially thinking I’d just give you 100,000, but worried you’d not accept if it was too much."
