"Yes, actually the order to summon Fourteenth Rank beings was issued by the Dukes, but they have already consulted with Your Majesty. They used us people from the Royal Capital to extend the invitation, no overstepping was involved."

As Fisher’s group’s carriage gradually approached the Royal Capital, the Black Snake guiding them surprisingly didn’t lead them towards the Royal Capital, but rather pointed them in the direction of Master Tao’s camp, leaving Fisher quite puzzled.

The camps of the Elf Dukes surrounding the Royal Capital were already intimidating enough, not to mention now being directed straight to one Duke’s camp. Fisher could clearly sense something was wrong within the Royal Capital or the entire Tree Continent.

"Later we might meet the Elf Dukes. Their ranks are not low. Is there a possibility that they could see through your disguise?"

Helair looked at him, instead of retreating, she leaned in, mischievously blew wind into his ear, and similarly whispered,

"Don’t worry. These elves absolutely cannot see through my disguise."

"...that’s impressive?"

"Yes, that impressive. As long as I don’t make a move, I won’t be exposed. So unless we reach a dead end, don’t rely on me too much, it’s best for everyone."

Fisher stepped back speechlessly, scratching his ear which had been made itchy by her playful blow.

He even wondered if it was possible that this fellow might not expose herself even in front of an Elf Duke unless she acts only to fulfill her infinite lazy ambition all day long, and that’s why she told him this?

However, this fellow does seem very adept at disguise.

Fisher’s peripheral glance caught her micro-protruding false bust formed by her Light Halo, but unexpectedly she quickly noticed it.

The smile on her face deepened, as she deliberately raised her head and puffed out her chest with a mischievous expression of "pretty big, isn’t it?" causing Fisher a headache and the urge to try the "abstinence actions" Hooked Kiss had taught him just now.

"We are envoys previously sent to Wutong Country to carry out mandates, please inform Master Tao that I have led the Phoenix back."

Ignoring the wicked Angel, Fisher and his group’s carriage drew closer to Master Tao’s camp, and the leading Black Snake stepped down from the carriage first ahead of them, swam towards the front. Fisher followed suit but a bit slower in pace, watching the Black Snake advance towards the camp gate to report.

Master Tao’s troops consisted of various demi-humans, yet not many high-ranking ones, most even lower than Dragon-man Species. Only after the Black Snake’s report, did a mysterious servant with a long white cloth covering her entire face walk out from the central camp.

On the white cloth on her head was intricately embroidered a branch with blooming pink peach blossoms. Fisher wasn’t sure if this servant was a human or demi-human, but instinctively felt her Rank wasn’t low.

"I understand. Please follow me. Master Tao is currently not at the camp, discussing matters with other Dukes outside, possibly returning a bit later. Please have them dine first."

"Understood."

The Black Snake turned back to look at those who had also dismounted, signaling them to hurry along; the servant, although veiled, seemed able to see them. She seemed to perceive someone among them with Zeroth Rank, she paused briefly, gazed into the void at the dismounted Tangze Asuka and Mikhail, and remarked,

"The Dukes only summon Fourteenth Rank beings; how did they allow them to bring slaves?"

"Well..."

The Black Snake moved closer, whispering some explanations into her ear, after which the servant hesitated a moment yet nodded to let them enter the camp, seemingly waiting for Master Tao’s return to make a judgment call.

"I am not a slave..."

The following Tangze Asuka overheard the servant’s remark, was about to mutter something but suddenly recalled last time’s trouble from her words. Not wanting to drag her companions into trouble again, she hurriedly covered her mouth, keeping silent, cautiously glanced around, and relaxed only when assured no one heard her speak.

Hooked Kiss noticed her little movements, aware of her thoughts, faintly smiled while shaking his head.

Fisher and his group entered the camp, and to their surprise, as wafts of peach fragrance tickled their noses, upon lifting the tent, a dense peach grove suddenly emerged within, its boundaries seemingly endless, filled with vibrant flora and fauna, flowing streams, resembling a paradise.
