Daddy, You Got The Wrong Mommy-Chapter 166: Personally Giving Away My Son
Upon hearing Elara’s words, Damon Hawke’s dark eyes fixed steadily.
"Elly, are you jealous? Because of Samantha?"
She wasn’t the flower that understood him.
Who could it be then?
Samantha?
She definitely misunderstood him because she saw Samantha.
"Mr. Hawke, I’ll say it again, you and I are just superior and subordinate. Jealousy? Does that even apply?"
Elara’s hand exerted a slight force, her lips curved in mockery.
Pain!
Damon Hawke frowned, looking at Elara’s mocking smile, let out a soft sigh and held her hand.
"Elly, I did date Samantha before, but that was in the past, now she and I..."
"Mr. Hawke, you don’t need to explain to me, your relationship is none of my business."
Elara interrupted him, placing the egg in his hand.
"It’s late, I’m tired, please leave."
Her attitude returned to indifference and distance.
Damon Hawke looked at her steadily, then slowly got up.
"Elly, whether you believe it or not, everything I said is true."
Time can prove everything, now he has only her in his heart. 𝑓𝓇𝘦ℯ𝘸𝘦𝑏𝓃𝑜𝘷ℯ𝑙.𝑐𝑜𝓂
Watching Damon leave her room, Elara slammed the door shut and leaned against it.
Everything he said is true?
How could he still have the face to say such things after deceiving her with two identities?
In her heart, he already has no credibility at all!
The next day.
Dominic Hawke woke up, looked at the unfamiliar surroundings, remembered where he was, and his eyes were suddenly full of joy.
He’s at Mommy’s house!
So happy!
A message came in on the small phone beside him.
He got up, picked up the phone, and took a glance.
The message was from Bea.
Opening it, it read, "Brother, are you awake yet? Is Dad still there?"
Such simple words full of urgency.
Dominic grinned, his little finger moved.
"Bea, I just woke up. I’ll go out and check if Dad’s still here."
Dad stayed overnight yesterday, he should still be here, right?
Dominic was just about to get out of bed when the door was gently pushed open, someone peeped in.
"Charlie, you’re awake?"
Elara was about to come in and wake her son up and smiled warmly when she saw Dominic was awake.
"Mommy, good morning. Is Dad still here?"
Dominic greeted Elara and asked.
Elara’s smile paused slightly before it became broader again, "Yes."
She’s displeased with Damon, but it’s best not to show it in front of the children.
After all, her eldest son was raised by Damon.
The father and son’s relationship must be very strong.
If she keeps a stern face, the child will surely feel bad.
"That’s good."
Dominic sent a message to Bea, "Bea, Dad is still here."
"Then I’ll come up right away, and we’ll swap!"
Bea’s message revealed impatience.
Dominic blinked and replied "Okay" with a nod.
Although he wanted to have breakfast with Dad and Mommy, he had already spent a night with them yesterday, now the privilege should go to his brother.
"Charlie, who are you messaging? Is it Bea?"
Elara handed Dominic his clothes, glanced over, and asked.
"Yeah, brother wants to swap identities with me."
Dominic didn’t hide it, speaking truthfully.
Elara chuckled, feeling inexplicably sentimental.
The younger son probably also yearns for fatherly love, right?
Is it really right to stop them from reunifying openly with their father?
"Mommy, I’m heading out."
Dominic wore his clothes, afraid Bea was anxious, said urgently.
"Okay."
Elara helped the little guy tidy up his clothes, rubbed his little head.
Dominic left the children’s room and saw Damon seated at the sofa working.
A tall figure in a white shirt and black pants radiating his usual elegance.
"Dad, good morning."
Dominic greeted him.
"Morning."
Damon looked up at him.
Dominic heard the doorbell ring and hurried to open the door.
Damon’s gaze followed in that direction.
At the door, Bea, wearing a mask, dragged Dominic over.
A small figure flashed by, causing Damon on the sofa to squint slightly.
This is Bea?
Why didn’t he come in?
"It’s breakfast time."
Elara, seeing Damon staring at the door, coughed lightly and said.
His attention was brought back, watching Elara walk toward the kitchen, he curled his lips and followed.
Outside the door, the two little ones were switching clothes.
Leia Quinn, who just arrived, stared at them speechlessly.
Damon, the old fox, how did he end up staying overnight?
Her foolish friend might unconsciously have her heart captured again.
"All set, auntie, brother, I’m going in now."
Bea was full of excitement, said to both before impatiently rushing into the house.
Dominic watched eagerly, finally let Leia hold his little hand toward the elevator.
"Charlie, come with Aunt. Have you brushed your teeth?"
"Not yet."
"..."
Inside the house, Bea dashed into the dining room like a little missile.
"Mommy."
Bea affectionately greeted Elara.
Elara brought breakfast to the table, knowing the current son was her younger son.
She responded with a hum and curved her lips slightly.
Her gaze instinctively fell on Damon.
Damon was scrutinizing Bea.
Why did his son feel different after going out?
"Charlie, what did you do just now outside?"
"Uh, Bea came up to greet me."
Bea blinked, smiled broadly at Damon.
"Why didn’t he come in?"
Damon squinted slightly, perplexed.
"Because he caught a cold, didn’t want to infect Mommy and you."
Bea racked his brains for excuses, looking into Damon’s deep eyes, felt he was running out of lies to tell.
He quickly changed the topic, "Dad, this breakfast Mommy made is very delicious, you should eat while it’s hot."
Dad, Mommy, and him having breakfast together!
This morning was extraordinarily special!
Damon’s focus shifted, he began to eat.
Elara, silent, sat beside Bea, feeling her son’s joyful expression, her emotions were complicated.
Throughout breakfast, Bea occasionally chatted with Damon.
Damon responded to every question, though his eyes could not hide the confusion.
How come the son’s personality changed so much?
Is it because he came here that he became more lively?
After breakfast, Elara checked the time and urged Bea to grab his small backpack.
Bea acknowledged and went to the children’s room to pick up his and Dominic’s backpacks.
"Mr. Hawke, you may leave now."
Elara cleaned the dishes and spoke calmly.
"I’ll drive you."
Damon took his briefcase and offered.
"No need, Kiki’s car is downstairs, she’s waiting with Bea in the car."
Elara calmly refused.
Damon frowned, watching Elara take the backpack from Bea’s hand, thought himself unnecessary.
He felt like he just handed his son over!
