Chapter 303: Chapter 271: Turning Point

The battle in the sky presented a peculiar spectacle.

Two massive Black Giants stood at the forefront like the most loyal bastions, enduring the wrathful attacks of the God of Blade.

The bone blade formed from this Holy Spirit’s arm had surpassed the realm of ordinary iron, capable of effortlessly slicing through space with each swing. Even a casual strike could easily split a Black Giant’s massive body in two!

However, what would be a fatal wound for most creatures had minimal effect on the Black Giants.

As Biochemical Modified Beasts constructed from pure elemental energy, they had extremely high resistance to purely physical slicing attacks.

The severed parts showed no gushing blood, only flowing scorching energy and swiftly self-repairing surface textures.

Often, just as the God of Blade’s bone blade sliced through, the split body would heal in a flicker of energy, as if a ripple on water had been temporarily opened.

"Roar!"

A Black Giant suddenly lowered its head and opened its giant mouth toward the densely packed Holy Expeditionary Army below, not to roar, but to ravage devour!

In an instant, the heat within a fan-shaped area below was sucked out, and the air temperature plummeted to unimaginable levels.

Thousands of Holy Mission troops turned into ice sculptures with various postures without time to scream.

Then, the Black Giant raised its head, spitting out a scorching white torrent with a diameter of several meters, mixing the absorbed immense heat energy with its own destructive elemental energy toward the God of Blade!

The God of Blade’s eyes flashed with disdain, and his bone blade casually slashed.

The energy beam that could melt through mountains was precisely split like a physical object, and the diverted beams skimmed past his divine body, evaporating distant clouds.

During their entanglement, a group of Third Level Wizards hovered far away, continually launching various witchcraft attacks toward the God of Blade.

Although these individual attacks did not inflict significant damage to the God of Blade, their accumulated effect was not to be underestimated.

But every time he wanted to eliminate the Third Level Wizards who were constantly casting annoying witchcraft, a twisted force field would ripple from the Black Giant’s body.

That was the Black Giant’s inherited talent from the Yeti: Time Deceleration Domain!

Within this domain, the God of Blade’s lightning-fast attacks became "slow" and "clear," giving those Third Level Wizards ample time for casting witchcraft to relocate or counterattack.

The Time Reversal Domain had minimal effect on the God of Blade directly, yet it worked remarkably well on his unleashed attacks.

The combination of Black Giant and Third Level Wizards greatly constrained his actions, as if he was trapped in a quagmire, possessing immense power but struggling to wield it effectively.

Meanwhile, on the ground, Jeming was also entrenched in a fierce battle.

Without the Black Giant, the strongest shield, he faced the Holy Expeditionary Army’s tidal waves and occasional ambushes from the Holy Spirit alone, feeling the pressure increase sharply.

The "Great Light Appearance" behind him continued to pour out firepower frantically, but the scale on the core’s three energy disks decreased visibly.

Finally, after an overload barrage cleared a large area, the light on the disks dimmed completely – Energy depleted!

"Trouble..."

Jeming clicked his tongue, quickly switching his combat style, relying on agile movements and various instant-cast witchcraft to maneuver.

Fortunately, over time, more official Wizards emerged from the Space Gate.

They formed battle lines, jointly casting large-scale combined witchcraft, finally stabilizing the ground battlefield and freeing Jeming from fighting alone.

Just as Jeming panted, considering how to break the aerial stalemate or find an alternative energy source for the "Great Light Appearance,"...

Buzz!!!

A deep rumble that shook the entire world resonated from the Space Gate’s direction!

Every creature present watched in astonishment as the originally one-kilometer-wide circular Gate of Space’s edge was forcefully expanded outward as if stretched by an invisible giant hand!

Within mere moments, its diameter surged to nearly two kilometers!

This sudden change brought a momentary deathly silence to the battlefield.

The fervent expressions of the Holy Expeditionary Army, who had been gaining an advantage, instantly froze, turning into terror.

Meanwhile, all the Wizards erupted in thunderous cheers!

They understood this meant Master Dionysius Spencer had finally solidified and expanded the passage on the other end!

More powerful Biochemical Beasts, War Golems, and well-organized Wizard Legions surged through the suddenly doubled Space Gate like a flood!

The reinforcement’s arrival immediately turned the tide of the ground stalemate, forcing the Holy Army’s defense line into constant retreat.

However, this "surge" lasted less than half a minute before it abruptly ceased.

The Holy Mission troops paused, with a flicker of renewed hope.

Could it be... another issue with the passage?

But the joyful expressions on the Wizards’ faces grew even stronger, with a fanatical fervor bordering on reverence.

Jeming distinctly felt an indescribably immense will attempting to traverse from the other side of the Space Gate.

This will’s presence was so vast that even the expanded Space Gate seemed "narrow" by comparison.

Its crossing process resembled a giant whale slipping through, causing intense spatial ripples and brief "lag."

Finally, that will successfully "squeezed" through!

Without a specific form, upon its emergence, it transformed into an imperceptible and immaterial wave that instantly swept across every corner of the Divine Continent!

Mountains, rivers, cities, creatures, even energy flowing through the air...

Everything seemed stripped of its secrets under this wave.

Jeming was intimately familiar with this wave, having experienced it several times on the Elorcia Plane—it was the powerful means unique to Destiny Mages for scanning the entire plane’s information flow!

The wave quickly receded as fast as it arrived.

Immediately, a calm yet supremely authoritative voice resonated directly in the soul of every Wizard on the battlefield, as clear as if whispering:

"Plane scanning complete. Confirmed that the highest energy level in this realm is Fifth Level, with no signs of Sixth Level or above."

"Orders as follows: Eliminate all resisting forces, occupy this realm."

"Everyone... kill them all."

The voice of Dionysius Spencer, calm and almost indifferent, as though ordering servants to clean a room, taken for granted, yet inconsequential.

But to all Wizards, these words blew through like a winter chill, dispelling all hesitation and probing, setting the final bloody tone for this transdimensional war.

The spirit of all Wizards transformed, even the Biochemical Beasts and theoretically mindless construct legions became more murderous.
