They nodded their heads and proceeded to do so.

The young masters cupped their hands and congratulated each other.

The other young masters also did the same and they left the house together.

"It’s alright." Lin Xuan Qi waved his hand and gestured for Huo Fei Li to quickly catch up with the other young masters.
Huo Fei Li nodded his head, turned around and started to chase after young master Heng and the others.
After they were gone, Lin Xuan Qi finally had the time to slump in the rocking chair and relax.
As he rocked to and fro, he began to think about the expansion of the factories.
For this, he would want to purchase the land of the factories himself instead of relying on the Sima Family.
He wanted the added benefit of being unbeatable within the compounds and also to have more control over it.
Right now, things were going fine with Sima Long and Sima Ye around.

It was best for him to have some preparations.

Lu Ting shrugged and sat down at the chair that Yue Xin had pointed at.
She couldn’t complain about their wariness with her.
It was, after all, a fact that she had wanted to get close to Lin Xuan Qi initially so that she could do it with him.
So, Lin Xuan Qi and Lu Ting sat apart, while Yue Xin and Liu Shi Shi looked at them as they sipped their tea in silence.
Thankfully, the awkward silence didn’t last too long.
Lin Xuan Qi was right about Sima Long and Sima Long arrived shortly after.
Sima Long scratched his head when he saw the strange situation in front of him.
"Good morning, brother Lin." He said and turned around to Lu Ting, "Morning to young mistress Lu too."
"Thank goodness you are here." Lin Xuan Qi had never felt so happy to see Sima Long again.
He stood up, patted Sima Long’s back and said, "Let’s get going and be done before lunch.
"There’s still so much for us to do before we go back to Hong Feng City."
Lin Xuan Qi instructed the guards to carry some of the wooden chests with the gold ingots onto the horse carriage, to be used for paying for the retail shop.
He figured that it shouldn’t cost much more than the house but it was better to be safe.
And fortunately, his backup plan of letting Sima Long pay for the retail shop was no longer required.
After it was done, they proceeded to leave and head towards the potential retail shop under the lead of Lu Ting.
