And the water from the kidney was able to diminish the fire and the metal that was coursing through his body nourished the earth from his spleen.
It was a complete cycle of the process and he felt that his dantian had expanded with at least two times the Five-Element Qi when he started the process.
Lin Xuan Qi didn’t stop and he went through four more cycles before he stopped.
After breathing out slowly, he directed all the Five-Element Qi back into his dantian and his dantian bloated before it slowly subsided back to its normal form.
Lin Xuan Qi stood up and held the Five-Element Stone in his hand.
He could sense that there was more of the Five-Element Qi inside it.
