James Black was merely teasing Jane Sampson, watching her run around with a playful demeanor, he followed leisurely from behind, a smile playing at the corner of his mouth.

He was somewhat surprised that she would come at noon.

Also unexpectedly, this year’s Valentine’s Day gift from her was so unique.

James Black looked down at the fiery red roses in his arms and chuckled to himself. These flowers paled in comparison to Jane Sampson’s dazzling presence. However, the two additional cards in the bouquet made James Black’s eyes twinkle slightly.

James Black took the cards out of the bouquet and carefully put them into the pocket of his coat as if he was hiding a rare treasure.

After running for a while, Jane Sampson was out of breath. She stood at the front and when James Black reached her side, she instinctively took his hand, leaning half her weight on him, lazily letting him lead her as they walked.

The two of them headed back to the dormitory, encountering quite a few of James Black’s teammates along the way. Seeing Jane Sampson there and James Black holding a bouquet of roses, each of their faces reflected various degrees of lightheartedness.

When Jane Sampson saw James Black open the door, she went in first to squat by the doorway and change her shoes. James Black followed her inside, closed the main gate, and reached out to pull up Jane Sampson who was squatting in front of him.

"What are you doing?" Jane Sampson asked, looking at James Black, who was tugging at her, a little exasperated after only getting one boot off.

"I have two questions for you," James Black said, "First, what is the Hug Card for?"

"Just like it says, whenever you give me this card, regardless of when or where, I have to hug you immediately," Jane Sampson replied.

"How should it be done?" James Black asked as he opened his arms, "Show me so I can see if you’re doing it right in the future."

"???" Jane Sampson scratched the back of her head, "Hmm~ Let me demonstrate for you then."

Jane Sampson kicked off the other boot on her foot, stepping forward towards James Black on the shoe surface.

She too opened her arms and directly hugged James Black’s waist, her whole body pressed against him, her head resting on his chest.

After a few seconds, she tilted her head up to look at James Black.

"It’s a hug like this," Jane Sampson said.

"How long do we hug?" James Black asked, "At least a minute?"

Jane Sampson didn’t know why James Black had so many unexpected questions for her, but hearing him say this, she thought for a moment and then nodded, "Mm, at least a minute."

"And what about the Kiss Card?" James Black raised his eyebrow, "If I take out the Kiss Card, no matter when or where, do you have to kiss me?"

"Yes." Jane Sampson nodded.

"How to kiss? Where to kiss? How long to kiss? Show me," James Black said, even bending down for Jane Sampson’s convenience.

"Do I have to demonstrate this too?" Jane Sampson suspiciously glanced at James Black, feeling like he might be up to something mischievous.

But upon closer inspection of James Black’s expression, he truly seemed to be genuinely curious, so Jane Sampson nodded again, and with an "Mm," she tiptoed closer to James Black’s lips.

Jane Sampson thought to herself, just kiss the corner of his mouth lightly, and that’s it.

Unexpectedly, as soon as her lips touched James Black’s, the hands that were hanging at his sides immediately embraced her, one arm wrapped around her waist, the other hand clasped on the back of her head, pressing her tightly against himself.
