Chapter 110: Chapter 118: Resource Allocation

Fortunately, Olivia Chip realized she had probed too deeply and moved to stand next to Peter Gingery’s sister to continue asking.

In this circle, personal matters are never allowed to be pried into, even among the best of friends, no one would truly reveal too much of their heart.

Jane Sampson remembered Athena Bell telling her that almost everyone in this circle lived wearing several masks.

After waiting outside the door for a few minutes, Daniel Taylor came out with Jane’s mobile phone in hand and returned it to her, still smiling, and told everyone to go back to the hotel to rest, as filming would proceed as usual tomorrow.

Daniel Taylor stayed in the hospital for his medicine, and Jane and King waited in his ward until Rock Bell arrived at the hospital before they left. King took a car to bring Jane to the hotel first, and by the time she had taken a bath and lay in the Bed, it was already twelve o’clock in the evening. Opening her mobile phone, she accidentally came across the photo of the little lovebirds holding hands that Peter Gingery had sent her. Jane looked at it for a few seconds, then suddenly curved the corners of her lips into a self-mocking smile.

In this world, everyone can find happiness.

Perhaps she is the only one who will not.

Jane Sampson did not disturb Peter Gingery, and after charging her phone, she went to rest.

This time’s costume fitting photo shoot was an indoor filming on the seventh floor of Daniel Taylor’s company, divided into two studios, one side was the male and female leads and a few key roles, and the other side included several supporting roles as well as Jane, the minor role suddenly added by Daniel Taylor.

The character Evelyn Woods did not have a romance plotline, so she had no interactive shots with the male lead, Peter Gingery. However, she did take a few "siblings" photos alone with Matthew Chip.

After all, the content of the role was set in stone, so even if Daniel Taylor wanted to give Jane special treatment, there was only so much he could offer.

Jane was the first to complete her mission. After finishing the shoot, she eagerly went to the photographer’s side. The photographer was a young boy and easy to talk to. Hearing Jane’s request to have a look, he promptly moved a chair for her to sit on and then showed her a few photos.

"You actually photograph very well. Let me tell you quietly, when taking your pictures, I hardly need to care about your angles," said the photographer, his voice very low as he glanced toward Matthew Chip, who had just walked out, and whispered, "Even though you’re a minor role and Matthew Chip is a key villain in the script, truth be told, in your shared photos, you always seem to steal the spotlight a bit."

Jane scratched her head, not sure whether this was good or bad news for her.

After all, being outshone by a minor role might not please Matthew Chip.

The photographer was a chatterbox; he didn’t care whether Jane understood or not and began talking about post-production color correction as Jane tried hard to pick up the critical words in his speech, when suddenly, Daniel Taylor’s voice came from behind.

"Nicely taken, quite photogenic."

He was like a ghost, when exactly he came in, neither noticed.

"Then, for the twitter announcement, nine pictures, reserve one solo photo of you, one group photo of you two siblings," Daniel Taylor said, and after saying that, he slid his hands into his pockets and walked toward the other studio.

Daniel Taylor came quietly and hurriedly left again, Jane hadn’t even gleaned any meaning from his words yet, just wondering why Daniel Taylor wasn’t still in the hospital but instead was here at the company?

The photographer beside her got excited first, "Two out of nine pictures! My God! This resource allocation is outrageous!"
