After choosing the school for Jena, the ladies retired to their respective rooms. Amy was overwhelmed with happiness as Jayson was on the road to recovery and Jena is going to start kindergarten soon, she just couldn’t ask for more. Everything is just falling to its right place, everything in her life right now is just perfect.
She went straight to the bathroom to clean up as soon as she went to Henry’s room that both of them are sharing. Henry stayed in his study to sign the documents needed for Jena’s new school.
Amy stayed in the bathtub filled with warm water and lavender oil to unwind for her legs and feet are tired after walking in the mall for hours. Her eyes became heavy and drifted off to dreamland after feeling her muscles relax.
After some time she was woken up by the sound of water splashing behind her, when she look behind, it was Henry taking a shower. Amy stood up from the tub to dry herself up upon noticing wrinkles of her skin on her fingers due to being submerged in the water for a long time.
"How long have I been sleeping?" She notices the air-filled neck pillow wrapped around her, and she smiled knowing that Henry put it on her to prevent her from drowning.
"Long time, I was planning to wake you up after I am done here," Henry blurted without looking at her.
Wrapped in a towel she hummed at his reply as she went to the connected walk-in closet to find some night clothes to wear. She was rummaging through the drawers when droplets of water started dripping in front of her straight to the clothes in the drawer.
She immediately knows that it was from his wet hair when Henry’s arms snaked around her waist from behind and she giggled when he brushed his chin with a newly grown scruffy beard on her shoulders. "Hey, that tickles, you should shave those."
"Then I won’t be able to tickle you anymore," Henry said with a hoarse voice as he switch from brushing his chin to kissing her soft skin. He started from her outer shoulder going to her neck then her ear.

"It’s been two days, does it still feel sore?" He murmured as he slid his two fingers into her folds and started rubbing her nub.

From impish kisses, his assault turned into a seductive one as he captured her lips. He sucked her lips alternately before plunging deeper. She returned the same intensity that he is giving her. Their tongues played with each other, tasting and feeling one another.
Henry pulled away just far enough to look at her flushed face. He placed his hand on her face rubbing his thumb on her skin gently. Amy stare back at him wondering why is he looking at her like that.
"I love you, Amy," he kissed her forehead not waiting for her to reply, as he once again seizes her mouth with his passionate kiss, and this time his hands moved from her face to her neck and settled on her chest.
