Chapter 262: Give Life

"B-Brother! W-What did you do?!" She frantically shook her head at him. "N-No, Bro! Go back! Go back to your body!"

"Yaoyao?" Pei Roujin showed a shock expression because of the unexpected response from his sister.

He thought he could make her smile again just like how the girl clings to him everyday.

Was she not happy that he’s here? But he can now stay with her. There was no need to blindly look at her. There was no need for her to beg him, to call for desperate help because no one could see her.

Why does she look very unhappy upon seeing him here?

Pei Roujin tries to walk closer and squatted down to comfort her anxiety but Pei Rouyao just unexpectedly keeps on pushing his shoulders away while frantically shouting.

Qin An was a bit startled at her firm voice. "Why?"

"Brother is doing everything he can to accompany and save Yaoyao."

"Because this is my job."

"No." she shook her little head. "Even if that’s really your job, you save them in another way. I think that’s a form of saving too."
