The fourth vestige to be sold by the Seven Stars Spring Dealership as a signature product was similarly a weapon-type vestige. It was the king of all weapons, a sword.

Much like the spear, the sword was also able to fire projectiles and support the user in controlling their stellar energy.

To account for saber users, there was an alternate version to the vestige; a saber.

Apart from the gauntlets and the Grand Punisher —which were peak Grade 3 vestiges— the other three vestiges, including the blades, were all Grade 4 vestiges.

Being Grade 4, their rating and value rose to another level; after all, such vestiges were quite rare in Baylands city-state.

The highest level vestiges on the Groeten continent were Grade 5 vestiges, which required the hands of a Tier 1 Grandmaster vestige-smith to be made. But basically all the Grandmasters had relocated to the Bernin continent, or Belfargos territory to be exact. As such, Grade 5 vestiges could only be found in the hands of City Lord Manors and top forces on the continent. The ones accessible to the 'common man' were Grade 4 vestiges, but they were still in limited supply. After all, Tier 1 Masters weren't so common in Baylands city-state either.

The Seven Stars Spring Dealership's recent announcement that they would be selling new sets of Grade 4 immediately attracted attention from the crowd. It also made people re-evaluate the store behind it —the Seven Sparks Forge.

It was already common knowledge that the Forge was backed by a Grandmaster vestige-smith. However, that was all the public knew about it; the level of the workers below the Grandmaster and their numbers were all a mystery. But with the reveal of three Grade 4 vestiges and two peak Grade 3 vestiges that would be on sale and resupplied, many began to guesstimate that there were probably two to three Tier 1 Masters as well.

"Let's proceed onward."

Altimo, who had paused earlier to let the crowd study the displays while simultaneously being awed by the new information, resumed his walk.

"The fifth vestige to be launched is the 'Eye of The Night'. It's an accessory type vestige with protective features. It can also passively improve one's stellar energy manipulation. Similar to the gauntlet, it is a peak Grade 3 vestige."

A luxurious necklace appears on the display for the public's perusal. It was lined up with seven gems that were encased in a silver-like protection. The gems were unique materials that possessed a mind-calming feature. With the runes inscribed on them, it aided stellar refiners in manipulating their energy better.

The necklace came in pink, blue and turquoise colours, with the colours being represented by the gems. Despite the differences, they all still had the same properties.

The sixth vestige was also announced. It was a battle suit that was powered by the Springfield processor. Although it could use another stellar processor, for compatibility reasons, the Springfield was the most suitable choice. It was also currently the best stellar processor in existence within Baylands city-state, as the Yotsuga was still under production.

"That brings us to our finale." Altimo smiled.

At this point, he has stepped out of the corridor and into the exhibition hall.

Within the exhibition hall, there were a few display pedestals and cases with some items placed on them. These items were, unsurprisingly, vestiges. Ranging from the SS vestiges from months ago, to the new products that Altimo had recently introduced, they were all placed around the hall for exhibition.

At the end of the exhibition hall were two pedestals propping up solid black glass cases. The casings were opaque, preventing anyone from being able to see what was inside.

Altimo walked towards the end of the hall with the attention of the guests on him.

At this time, not just the three hundred guests were invited into the hall, but also members of the press.

"Before we unveil the final two products, I'd like to invite a special guest to give us a short speech. Please welcome, the chairman of the board of directors for the Seven Stars Spring Dealership as well as the company's founder, Mr. Lucas Saunters."

The crowd burst with a complimentary round of applause as Lucas made his way towards the stage. He had already been briefed by Altimo that he would need to give a speech during the event, so Lucas wasn't surprised or resistant to the invitation.

"I don't have much to say about anything. I don't have a story to tell either. However, I will make one thing clear."

The atmosphere suddenly felt heavy once Lucas paused.

Staring at the crowd, he continued,

"I don't like snakes."

Some in the crowd felt his "speech" to be strange while others saw his threatening behaviour as disrespectful. Before anyone could think much about those words, Lucas went on.

"Contrary to rumours, the Seven Stars Spring Dealership's services and products would be open to everybody who is willing to afford it. I might have enemies, but those are my personal issues and not that of the business."

Everyone was surprised by this announcement; those who were allies to Novanio Tech and the Oder family even felt relief. Since the dealership won't put them in a ban list, they wouldn't need to spend more than necessary to purchase the vestiges on the black market.

"Outside of that, we intend to upgrade the technological level of Baylands city-state and boost it to the same level as the top city-states on the planet. To achieve this, we seek your cooperation in various possibilities and fields.

"For instance, with the Seven Sparks Forge at the lead, we will soon begin the research and development of spacecrafts. However, to achieve this, the support of a sare shuttle company is vital."

Those into the hover car and sare shuttle industries had bright light in their eyes at those words.

The Seven Sparks Forge, a store backed by a Tier 1 Grandmaster vestige-smith, was going to begin partnering with more industries. Who didn't want to be a part of this development?

The spacecraft industry was just an example and there could be more coming in soon.

On the other hand, some people managed to gleam interesting information not just from the statement, but the example used.

To be able to build a spacecraft, one of the most vital components was a suitable stellar processor to be used in creating a network array for control and operation of the vessel. So far, only the Versailles Group possessed a capable stellar processor, but it was still in development.

If the Seven Sparks Forge wanted to begin researching spacecrafts, they would either have to purchase stellar processors from the Versailles Group in the future, or develop theirs. The first option was unlikely, if not impossible, considering the current relationship of the two companies. That left only the second option.

What was also interesting was that, based on the wording Lucas had used, it seemed like the Seven Sparks Forge would begin research into spacecrafts in the near future —or to be specific, the coming few months. This was roughly the same time the Versailles Group's new factory would be completed, making it impossible to begin relying on their processors for spacecraft development right away.

This could only mean that between the period from now till then, the Seven Sparks Forge would have developed a new stellar processor... or they might have already done so.

Thinking this way, those in the group who had reached this conclusion glanced at the two pedestals. One of these was going to be a stellar processor capable of powering a spacecraft. The other was probably going to be an impressive vestige that would stun the public, but everyone's interest was more on the yet-to-be-revealed stellar processor. Nobody conceived the idea that the Seven Sparks Forge and the Silverine Factory had developed two stellar processors.

This was understandable since the signs and rumours showed that the vestige-smith backing the Forge was probably not a specialist at stellar processor development even if he was a Grandmaster. Being able to design one was already an impressive feat.

"More information on the fields of cooperation as well as the details would be revealed on the Seven Stars Spring Dealership's website for public perusal. Without wasting anyone's time, I'd like to hand back over to the MD to finally reveal the final products."

Another round of applause sounded as Lucas departed from the stage while Altimo appeared forward once again.

"I'll now be unveiling our seventh product."

The crowd held their breaths, but not many people were interested. In fact, the majority believed that the last product would be the stellar processor. So while the seventh was also surrounded with some fanfare, it was still given less attention.

The black colour on the glass casing slowly wiped off, making the glass return to its transparent nature. As the case became fully transparent, its contents were revealed to the public.

A square-shaped thin 'board' was set up facing the direction of the crowd. The item didn't exceed a 3 inch length and width. A white panel was used to cover the front, but some parts of the 'board' weren't protected by the panel, exposing a layer of intricate designs underneath.

On top of the panel was a blue carving of a mystical creature which looked to be a dragon. The dragon bared its fangs and claws ahead, while its eyes seemed to stare in the real world that laid in front of it.

Whether it was the aesthetics or design, the new product was amazing. But it struck the crowd speechless.

This was because no one ever thought that the seventh vestige was going to be a stellar processor.

"I present to you all, the Rain Dragon Z1."
