Biocores: The Legendary Weapon Designer-Chapter 82: Noah’s Arch

All the parties were seated in the private room, Aquila and Neil on one side.

Lithaa and Magnus were in the center, while Akron and Nioh were on the other.

Althea was standing behind Nioh, like a guard.

Uncle William walked in and served drinks to each party while the status quo was in place.

" So what is this all about" Akon spoke first.

" Calm down little boy, let us proceed with introductions. Since the five Nobles are united again." Magnus began. " Nioh this is Aquila Aeros, daughter of the Windbreaker Monarch, and Neil Rivers the son of Rain Monarch."

"You already know Lithaa the daughter of the Titan Monarch and I will reintroduce myself as the heir of the IronWall Monarch."

"To the rest, this is Prince Nioh son of The Absolute Monarch." He said with a grin.

A look of bewilderment appeared on their face. Nioh was of royal descent.

"You have got to be kidding right?" Aquila could not believe it.

"The shock on your face is priceless.! I hope you have that on tape Uncle William" Magnus declared.

"I can’t believe the anomaly is a Glev. Their bloodline is really declining." Niel exclaimed.

" What would be the consequence if snap his neck in half," Nioh asked casually.

"Diplomatic incident, War?" Lithaa answered sarcastically.

"Since the cat is out of the bag, there is no need to conceal it any longer. I am NIoh Glev son of the absolute monarch." He declared changing his posture into a more royal one.

"Good now that we have established that none of you can kill the other, let us move on to the next topic."

Magnus stood up and pressed a button. A few holographic screens appeared in the room. Nioh reached for the closest one and began to swipe left and right.

"This is live footage of the Noah Arch," Magnus declared catching everyones attention.

"The ancient Capital? The old rampart of humanity, during the biocore apocalypse.?" Neil repeated just to confirm.

" Precisely the old city that was the fort of the remnant of humanity during the dark times. The location had been lost for centuries. A team of Pathfinders found the location and sold the information to me" He explained.

"Noah’s Arch was a prosperous city, that protected humans, before the discovery of Sanctuary-type biocores. It was a manifestation of humanity, ingenuity, and technology. But the mystery of how such a prosperous place was destroyed overnight remains."

"What are those?" Nioh pointed at the little dots on the perimeter surrounding the region of the Arch.

"Always so precise, Deaf Boy," Magnus commented.

He pressed another button and the images of private soldiers or members of a militia

"I present to you the first images of the terrorist organization, Intra."

As soon as he mentioned the words the aura in the room turned grave immediately.

As menbers of the royalty they have all been privy to secret informations and Intra as an organization stood at the top of the kill list.

Nioh took control of the screen and began to work some magic, his finger glided like a pianist until he isolated the faces of the culprits, and their activities.

"This is Aphrodite and Hermes from the Intra, notorious faces. If you have read any files" Magnus explained

"Have you figured out what they were doing in there?" Niel asked.

"Since the attack on Biohive 81 ten years ago. The council of monarchs, had dedicated a task force to starve all their resources. Since all banks and illegal activities even remotely suspected of collaborating with Intra were shut down. They eventually have to find new revenue sources. I think we just figured out how Intra has been sustaining their activities all these years." Nioh answered while typing even faster.

"Tomb raiding"

"Yes! What are we waiting for to share the intel with the council?" Niel asked all excited

"Is he always this dumb?" Nioh questioned feeling exasperated.

" It comes with being Noble, rigid and stupid," Lithaa confirmed

Akron and the rest chuckled.

"If Intra has managed to survive this long it is clear they have spies in high places. The minute this information is leaked they would disappear in the wind." Akron explained.

"So what do we do?"

" Interceptm Conquer and Capture."

" None of us can take Veterans like Poseidon and Ares."

"Yet.!"

"What do you mean"

"Looking at the restrictions, surrounding the Noah Arch it is going to take them about a Year or so before they can completely remove it. That would be our perfect window to strike."

"A year"

" That would do for a perfect graduation gift."

"I have always wanted to take on the older generation."

"I want to stop you there. Right now the only advantage we have is the surprise elements. These people are devout monsters and killers. Nothing guarantees the conditions right now will be the same in a year.

If you think you are going to become stronger, So will they. They have taken on the government for so long how do you think they would prepare for such a big mission? This is not a walk in the park. Those people are mass murderers" Nioh warned.

"As he laid the facts, this is a high stakes, high rewards mission. If you don’t feel prepared to lay your life on the line you better leave right now,"

After a brief silence, everybody refocused.

"Good I Vote for Nioh to be the leader of this mission." Magnus declared.

"I second" Akron and Althea replied simultaneously

"Your voices don’t count" Aquila declared "I vote against"

"So do I" Neil replied.

"The departing vote is yours Lithaa"

"All of you shut up" Nioh interrupted. " I will not be going into a mission led by inept people. Since Magnus is the one who made the discovery the Leadership will be his. All the good will be shared in equal proportion among the rest of the teams, but I will require dibs on the loot. Because I will be deploying the offensive strategy and we are the harvester."

Everybody seemed okay with the arrangements as presented.

" Good, then let us meet up again in six months. The general rank for a member of the Pantheon Circle of Intra has been evaluated at 7 stars and above. That is approximately the strength of a warden. If within 6months I can’t come up with a warden killing strategy. We can all give up. Oh, one last thing only we are aware of this plan, shall a leak happen, I will brand you all members of Intra and make it a mission of mine to kill you." Nioh threatened with is aura leaking in the room before exiting abruptly.
