Victoria’s POV

Jackson got into his work early and I was left alone again at home. I sat on our sofa and tried to call Sheila on my phone.

"Hello, Sheila?"

"Hello, Victoria, how are you?" she asked me.

"I’m fine. Are you busy today? I don’t have anyone with me today. Jackson has gone to work. "

"Well, right now I baking cupcakes but I’m almost done. Don’t worry; I will be there after this. "

After our phone conversation, I immediately picked up the book I was reading yesterday. I remember that I fell asleep last night, fortunately, I have a caring husband and he did not get upset because of my sudden sleep from last night. I’m almost on the middle page of what I’m reading. The novel I am reading now is about a secretary and a billionaire having intimate feelings for each other but what the secretary did not know was that the man she loved was a dominant man and he wanted her to be a submissive slave for him. I turned to myself when I heard the doorbell. I immediately stood up and opened the door. When I opened the door I saw Sheila carrying a cupcake.

Sheila came in and sat on the couch while I went straight to the kitchen and brought her something to drink and eat.
