Yi Luowa and Tong Airui exchanged a smile, holding hands as they went up to the second floor.

Tong Airui immediately pulled the curtains closed. Yi Luowa pouted, "What are you up to? So scared of me seeing something?"

"Nothing much, you’ll see in a while." Tong Airui pointed at the gift box on the coffee table. "Aren’t you going to open it? Mom left a present for you before she went out."

Yi Luowa knew he was changing the subject and gave him a sly smile. "Mom treats me so well; she even remembered my birthday."

"You’re her daughter-in-law; of course, she treats you well." Tong Airui folded his arms and glanced at the bed covered with roses, looking conflicted. "I spent the whole afternoon setting that up. It’d be a pity to ruin it, but if we don’t, we won’t have anywhere to sleep tonight."

"We can sleep in the guest room." Yi Luowa placed her hands on the edge of the bed and looked at the flowers regretfully.

"I just want to sleep here." Fourth Master was being a little stubborn.

Yi Luowa pursed her lips, gesturing for him to come over. "We’ll each grab two corners and transfer them to the floor. Problem solved."

Tong Airui chuckled, "I thought you’d insist on sleeping in the guest room."

"You treat me so well; I have to let you have your way once in a while," Yi Luowa said as she stood at the foot of the bed, grabbing two corners of the blanket.

Tong Airui cooperated with her, and together, they moved the bedding to the floor.

Hmm! What’s on the bed?

Yi Luowa stared blankly at two small, transparent fabric pieces lying on the bed.

Tong Airui picked up the two small fabric pieces with a grin. Beneath them was a transparent pair of underwear.

Yi Luowa burst into laughter, "Are you seriously planning to wear that for me?"

"We’ll both wear it, so it’s fair," Tong Airui said with a laugh, holding both pieces of lingerie in his hands. "I’d love to wear it now, but our stomachs are still empty."

Yi Luowa looked at what he was holding, laughing until her stomach hurt. "Where did you even buy this?"

"You can find it online." Fourth Master answered honestly.

Yi Luowa couldn’t stop laughing, clutching her aching stomach. "I thought you asked that younger aunt of yours for advice."

"Ask her? She’d laugh me to death." Tong Airui smirked slightly. "I bought over ten sets, so feel free to rip them."

"Then let me rip one now, just to hear the sound." Yi Luowa pretended to reach for the underwear.

Tong Airui quickly hid the underwear behind his back, "Don’t mess around! I haven’t worn it yet."

Yi Luowa glared at him coquettishly, "Didn’t you say it looks better not worn?"

"It looks even better when it’s worn." Tong Airui took a step back, putting the two pieces of lingerie away in the drawer. He then pulled out an exquisitely wrapped box. "Come over; I have another gift for you."

Tong Airui opened the box and took out a pair of ruby earrings. The design was sleek and simple, but anyone with a discerning eye could see that these rubies were worth a fortune.

"Let me put them on for you."

Yi Luowa smiled, her lips curling slightly. "Thank you, hubby! But if I wear these to your office for the internship, will it be appropriate?"

Tong Airui gazed at her steadily. "You don’t like them?"

"I do! I don’t like overly elaborate things, and these are exactly my style."

"Then wear them and don’t take them off lightly. If one day you get lost, I’ll be able to find you."

Yi Luowa glanced at the earrings, then asked suspiciously, "Are these the same style as the ones I used to wear?"

"No, those had miniature cameras inside. These only have location tracking."

"You’re saying I have to wear these all the time now? Does that mean I’ll have no privacy at all?"

Tong Airui’s expression was serious. "It’s for work."

"Abusing office resources for personal gain!" Yi Luowa pouted.

Tong Airui gave her a look, pulling her over to make her stand still.

This was Fourth Master’s first time putting earrings on a girl, and his big hands were a bit clumsy. But thankfully, both he and Yi Luowa were patient. After much effort, he finally managed to get both earrings in place. He smiled, "This design really suits you."

Yi Luowa smiled, leaning over to kiss his cheek. "Thank you."

"Thank me again tonight," Tong Airui said, playfully tapping her nose with his finger.

The two of them had barely stayed in the room for half an hour when Yuan Hang’s voice came from downstairs, "Master, come down for dinner!"

"Yuan Hang is pretty fast with his cooking!" Yi Luowa said as she pulled Tong Airui downstairs.

Tong Airui entered the dining room and glanced at the lavish dinner spread on the table, snorting through his nose. "You’re stealing my job. I’m deducting your salary this month."

Yuan Hang pursed his lips. "Typical case of getting a deal and still playing the victim! You two take your time eating. I’ll head out now."

"Call Kou’er over, let’s eat together!" Yi Luowa called after Yuan Hang, who was about to go out.

"You two enjoy. I’ll eat on the other side. Tonight, I’m giving you two all the space you need to enjoy your couple’s world." Yuan Hang laughed as he left.
