’So fast!’ Laura exclaimed inwardly, she couldn’t react if Alex used a spell now.

"Hey brat, don’t hurt the young lady!"

At this moment, a loud voice rang from the side. It was one of Laura’s guards. The two of them were rushing toward Alex with blunt weapons in their hands.

Emily was frightened by this but Alex remained expressionless.

"Didn’t anyone tell you that you shouldn’t charge at a mage if you value your life?" Alex snarled before turning his gaze on the two men. Their speed was slightly faster than normal people but it was nothing in front of Alex.

"Telekinesis," Alex chanted before suddenly waving his hand to the side.

An invisible palm suddenly slapped the two guards and sent them flying to the side like ragged dolls. They crashed into the ground and rolled for a few meters on the sand before coming to a stop.

Their bodies were trembling; they didn’t pass out but were in a lot of pain. They felt like they had been hit by a speeding vehicle.

This scene Shocked everyone who was watching. The young boy had dealt with two full-grown men with just a casual wave of his hand.

Mages were really the upgraded version of humans.

Emily was shocked as well and she turned to look at her brother’s face, her eyes glowing like a kid watching pretty stars.

He once again raised his hand and pointed at her.

But before he could summon his stars this time, a powerful voice sounded from above.

"Usage of magic is prohibited on the premises; withdraw your mana or face the consequence!"

The voice was so loud that everyone in the theme park heard it. They all looked up and saw a man in a blue robe standing on the back of a huge bird.

A glowing mark could be seen on the forehead of the bird.

Alex’s eyes flashed at the sight of the bird.

The appearance of the mage stunned everyone, Alex checked and saw that this person was a core mage, just like him.

After Alex and his sister left, the mage who had stopped Alex controlled the bird to descend and he jumped off.

He approached Laura to check her condition.

"Kids these days, causing trouble just because they can use some spells." He grumbled as he approached the red-haired girl on the ground.

Stopping in front of her, he crunched and placed a hand on Laura’s shoulder.

"Are you alright, kid?" he asked casually, not really concerned about Laura’s condition.

Laura slowly raised her head to look at him, and the Mage’s eyes widened when he saw Laura’s face; he recognised her.

Thinking of the red-haired kid who had hurt Laura and her guards, he couldn’t help but shake his head.

"That kid...I hope he has a strong backing," he sighed softly
