Beast World: A Fragile Beauty Blessed with Many Children-Chapter 167 - 166: Crowning Herself Queen and Shining with Joy
Zhi Le was still on his serious patrol when he suddenly burst into flames?!
Zhi Qi’s body pulsed with excitement. Just as he was about to pull her into a tight embrace and take control, Si Shuo flicked her wrist. A vine shot out, shackling his wrists and tying them to the door.
"Kitty, don’t take your games too far," Zhi Qi said, his voice husky with a helpless yet dangerous edge. He felt like a furnace on the verge of exploding.
Si Shuo, who hadn’t told them about her physical condition, chuckled softly as she set up an isolation Array. Leaning close to his ear, she whispered, "The kitties just ate, had their diapers changed, and are sleeping soundly. We have over an hour... to do something interesting."
"Like what?" Zhi Qi turned his head, trying to nip at her, but Si Shuo dodged him.
Si Shuo was an expert at adding fuel to the fire, relentlessly stoking the furnace that was Zhi Qi. Sweat streamed down his strained forehead, and flames danced in his eyes as he glared at her. All he could do was grit his teeth and spit out threats.
Even Zhi Le, who was on patrol, had to rely on his formidable self-control to keep from making any strange noises.
But the painful yet pleasurable Empathy made him wish he could Teleport back immediately and punish her on the spot!
Si Shuo had been abstinent for two months herself. Now, she was helping herself to an appetizer, deciding just how she wanted to "cook" this Snow Leopard.
When she wrapped her arms around his neck and leaned in for a kiss, Zhi Qi could finally reach her. He wanted nothing more than to devour her whole.
Just as Si Shuo was triumphantly taking control, establishing herself as queen, turning the tables on her master, Zhi Le flashed into existence behind her and wrapped her in a tight embrace...
The spark had become a wildfire. The towering inferno she’d started had turned around, surrounding and engulfing her. It roasted her over and over—she was truly reaping what she sowed!
The Snow Leopard, having eaten his fill, was utterly satisfied. He held Si Shuo, who was so spent she lay still as a corpse, unwilling to even lift a finger. Tears still clung to her lashes, and her voice was completely hoarse. He cherished the sight as he gently washed her clean.
"You just recovered and you’re already causing trouble. Did you think you could tease a male and get away with it?"
Si Shuo glared at him. ’He got exactly what he wanted and is still acting smug!’
Zhi Le was about to feed her a Twelfth level Crystal Stone, but Si Shuo snatched it from his hand.
She toyed with the verdant Crystal Stone and said with a light laugh, "I’ve never tried replicating a Crystal Stone before. This is the perfect chance!"
A Twelfth level Crystal Stone contained a great deal of Spiritual Energy, so she couldn’t possibly replicate it inside. Zhi Qi stayed behind to look after the kitties, while Zhi Le rushed out of the city to find a secluded spot and set up an Array.
Si Shuo teleported to his side and began the replication. Her Replication Ability seemed magical, but it actually worked by drawing an object’s components from the air and reassembling them, piece by piece, into a perfect copy—like knitting a sweater or constructing a building.
The amount of superpower consumed depended on the variety and quantity of components in the item being replicated, as well as the complexity of the principles involved.
A Crystal Stone, for example, is formed when its corresponding Spirit Element gathers from the air and coalesces into a tightly bound structure.
Si Shuo had a hunch she could do it. Sure enough, as she activated her superpower, the Wood Spirit Energy in the air rapidly gathered, swirled, and compressed at her fingertips. The Crystal Stone grew at a speed visible to the naked eye.
After replicating one Wood Crystal Stone, she felt no discomfort whatsoever!
Si Shuo happily showed it to Zhi Le. "It’s identical, right? Does this mean that if we get Level 13 or Level 14 Crystal Stones, I’ll be able to replicate those too?
That way, you won’t have to risk your lives collecting High level Crystal Stones for me and the kitties!"
Zhi Le was astonished. Crystal Stones were not only a vital Cultivation resource on the Beast World Continent but also the common currency among all continents.
As long as a Crystal Stone wasn’t used for absorption, it would last for millennia without decaying. People were only willing to consume High level Crystal Stones when a female’s body was weak or when a male was on the verge of a breakthrough. Otherwise, they were hoarded and passed down through generations.
Even among the great families and tribes of the Central Continent, Twelfth level Crystal Stones were not something their scions could afford to squander.
Si Shuo pulled three Thunder Element Crystal Stones from her storage space, placed them in a cloth bag to replicate them, and ended up with a second cloth bag containing three more Crystal Stones!
She had been mastering her Replication Ability for over three months and had already figured out all its tricks. For example, knowing she could only use the ability three times a day, she would put several simple elixirs into a bag to replicate them all at once, testing the limits of how much she could copy in a single go.
Crystal Stones had simple compositions and regular structures, making them fast and effortless to replicate. She only needed to focus on filtering out impurities during the process.
She could sense that she was capable of replicating ten Twelfth level Crystal Stones at once. So, she picked out two Crystal Stones each of the Wind, Ice, Water, Fire, and Gold Elements, placed them in a cloth bag, and used her third replication for the day.
Just as she felt her superpower run out, the replication of the entire bag was complete. She now had ten new Twelfth level Crystal Stones!
She happily shook the two bags, listening to the crisp clinking of the Crystal Stones knocking against each other inside, and said with a grin:
"Zhi Le, my body is completely recovered. From now on, let’s all use Twelfth level Crystal Stones for absorption!
Every day, I’ll replicate a bag of High level Crystal Stones for you to use for absorption and breakthroughs. And look, even though it’s replication, I can control the details. See how few impurities are in these stones? The Spiritual Energy is so pure. It will be a huge help to your Cultivation.
I know you believe true Combat Power is forged through hands-on fighting, but advancing a Level also raises your foundational Combat Power.
We can call it ’elevating first, consolidating later’! It’s like with the kitties when they were born. You know the saying, ’Good bones make for good flesh.’ It doesn’t matter if they start out a little skinny; with proper care, they’ll grow up strong and healthy.
It’s the same with your Cultivation... Why do you think the members of those great families and tribes have such high cultivation? Isn’t it just because they’re built up with a mountain of resources?"
Zhi Le smiled and nodded emphatically. ’His little female never wasted her three daily replication chances. Now she’s dedicating one to Crystal Stones and the other two to different resources.’
’Since they no longer had to worry about High level Crystal Stones, there was no reason to cling to his old ideas. He would raise his Level first and hone his skills bit by bit!’
「Back in the house.」
Si Shuo cleared her throat. "Don’t tell the others that I’ve fully recovered."
Zhi Le and Zhi Qi exchanged a look. ’Of course, they knew what she was planning. The others were about to "suffer" the same "enjoyment" they just had.’
’They were quite adaptable about it. After all, they all took turns caring for their little female. They weren’t greedy; just being with her was a gift!’
"Kitty, don’t be too mischievous," Zhi Le said, ruffling her hair with a soft chuckle. "Everyone’s holding back as it is. They won’t be able to handle you causing trouble."
Si Shuo pressed her lips together and glared at him. ’Could her mischief possibly be worse than his Clone Ability?’
By now, the kitties were full and content, calling out "Youyou!" as they played. Zhi Le and Zhi Qi each held one.
The kitties were growing quickly. They had more than enough formula, and they were always surrounded by beads their Fathers had strung for them, polished from all sorts of high-quality Crystal Stones.
Nourished by so much ambient Spiritual Energy, they seemed to change by the day. For instance, a layer of soft gray fuzz had already sprouted on Xu Ye’s little wings. The only problem was that he would sometimes flip himself over with too much force, burying his face in the blankets and needing to cry for an adult to rescue him.
