Lin Mei Yu was sitting beside the window, scolding Nan Xian Mu again. She was feeling irritable after quarreling with Nan Hai Yan not long ago and had no other choice but to return to her family home.

It was not like she didn’t want to go to the Nan Family Residence, but Old Master Nan didn’t allow her to enter. They didn’t even want to open the door.

Lin Mei Yu closed the phone and looked at the door. "Come in."

Mrs. Lin walked inside and nodded at her daughter. However, her expression looked unsightly. "What did you do again to make them kick you here?"

"Just some quarrel with that girl who come back." Lin Mei Yu snorted.

She had no good impression about Nan Hua, especially when Nan Hua was raised outside. For Lin Mei Yu, Nan Hua was nothing more than a stranger that came to her house and disturbed her.

Mrs. Lin walked inside and closed the door carefully. "The Nan Family is feeling guilty for her, you should treat her better on the surface."

"Treat her better? Is she worthy?" Lin Mei Yu snorted.

Mrs. Lin shook her head and sat next to her daughter. "At least, during this time, try to cooperate with her. If you keep staying in Lin Family, do you want your father to think that you can’t stay in Nan Family."

Thinking of her father, Lin Mei Yu sneered. Even though she was the one who hold the company in her hand and also the president, her father is the head of Lin Family. He had other sons and didn’t stop them from making troubles for Lin Mei Yu.

In her father’s words, as long as it was a healthy competition, he will open one eyes and close another eyes.

They could play some tricks and her father wouldn’t care.

But it was Lin Mei Yu who felt exhausted because there were troubles many times in the company. She had no time to care about the so called family and only monitored her son’s sleeping time or other things when he was on holiday.

"If Father is not so adamant on letting my brothers, sisters, and cousins to continue the competition, I’ll be happier." Lin Mei Yu snorted.

Mrs. Lin looked at her daughter and laughed. "But you still hold the highest power that controlled the company."

"Of course."

"Don’t worry, I’ll help you."

"Thank you, Mom."

"Now, just try to coax the Nan Family to let you return. It wouldn’t be good if the media reported that you keep staying here," Mrs. Lin reminded.

Lin Mei Yu naturally knew what her mother meant and nodded her head. If she kept on staying in Lin Family, people would start speculate whether her relationship with Nan Family was bad.

Occasionally coming home such as during holiday time was usually ignored. After all, it was common to spend time with their family members during some occasions.

If it was only one or two times, they might not pay attention. But too often would make them pay more attention.

"Good. Go to rest."

Lin Mei Yu watched her mother leaving and her eyes flashed in annoyance. She stood up and walked to the window to calm down her mood. Being the one in power was very tiring but she would never give up this power no matter what.

Nan Hua logged out of the game too and walked out of the cabin area. Ouyang Lin was sitting in front of her table, doing her homework with the help of her light brain. Yu Sui was on the other side, looking at her table, not knowing what she was doing but her expression looked ugly.

Nan Hua blinked her eyes and walked towards her own bed, ignoring these two.

There would be a practice battle tomorrow with Long Qian Xing and the others. It would be better for her to rest.

It was supposed to be a quiet night.

But early in the morning, there was loud scream that pierced the stillness.

"What happened?"

"The sound come from Block B."

"Who screamed?"

"Damn it! This is still early in the morning."

There was commotion and the students wake up one after another. It was only 4 AM and because it was Sunday, these students would rather sleep a bit late and wake up a bit later too. After all, they didn’t have practice on Sunday and could relax.

Who would be happy to be woken up early in the morning without any reason like this?

Nan Hua picked her jacket to cover her pajama and walked to the window, looking towards the building block B beside her. Many lights had been turned on, the students were all trying to figure out what happened too.

Dormitory Block C was right beside Dormitory Block B, but there was a limit to how much Nan Hua could see from this distance.

The instructors were alarmed and rushed over.

"Everyone go back to sleep. There’s nothing to see!" An instructor was in Dormitory Block C and glared at these unruly students who woke up.

Some who wanted to try going to Dormitory Block B, quickly returned to their bed, not daring to come out.

They didn’t want to be punished just because of their curiosity.
