Time passed quietly.

In the quarter of an hour, the operation was finished and Tang Si Qin took a deep breath. He flexed his hand and felt that it was no wonder the doctors generally don’t do operation on someone whom they knew or close with.

Because their own emotions might disturb their movements during the operation. So much that it could be difficult for them to do it well.

’I’m not close to either of these two, thought.’ Tang Si Qin shook his head and watched as Nan Hua moved the chip to the prepared tube.

"Would they even find out that it’s not connected?"

"Perhaps," Nan Hua replied. "But I’m not putting this in on anyone."

The leader he meant should be the leader of Mega Organization.

Tang Si Qin hated this person.

Even if he didn’t know who the leader is because he had never had the chance to see him, but it didn’t erase the fact that Tang Si Qin hated him. Feng Yu Hua opened her eyes and turned her head to look at Nan Hua. There was a familiar chip in the bottle not far from Nan Hua and then Feng Yu Hua felt a bit strange. She raised her hand and touched the lower back of her head, yet what she found was nothing more than her skin...

That felt a bit itchy.

Aside from the fact that the flesh felt a bit soft, Feng Yu Hua didn’t feel anything different. She didn’t even feel any pain from the back of her head as if nothing had ever happened. It was quite magical.

"We used the high concentration recovery liquid to let your wounds recover faster. It’s better if you don’t get injured in that spot for the next few days," Tang Si Qin said.

"I’m not that reckless," Feng Yu Hua retorted and then sat up. She looked at the chip on the bottle not far from them. "Is it a success?"

"Yes," Nan Hua replied. "Do you feel any different?" 𝒇𝓻𝓮𝓮𝙬𝙚𝒃𝒏𝓸𝙫𝒆𝙡.𝓬𝓸𝒎

"No."

"Then it’s good."

Feng Yu Hua smiled at Nan Hua’s words.

Nan Hua pointed at the door. "Call Qing Shu Lian inside."

Feng Yu Hua blinked her eyes and nodded dumbly.

For some reason, she couldn’t immediately adapt to the change on her. She thought that if the chip was gone, she would be able to feel it and then feel ecstatic. But the reality was that, she couldn’t even sense that the chip was now gone from her.

Feng Yu Hua stood up and then turned to look at Nan Hua, "So, I no longer have any restrain whatsoever?"

"In regards to the organization’s matter, yes." Nan Hua looked at Feng Yu Hua and nodded calmly.

Feng Yu Hua was stunned and then walked out of the tent.

She raised her head and saw Qing Shu Lian standing while leaning on the tree. Even though she was not paying attention very closely, she could see that Qing Shu Lian’s tensed up body seemed to relax a bit when he saw her.

The corner of her lips curled up slightly. "I’m alive."

"Yes." Qing Shu Lian nodded. He looked at Feng Yu Hua up and down and felt that she still looked the same yet somewhat different from before. "How do you feel?"

"I don’t know," Feng Yu Hua replied honestly.

She felt rather confused or maybe confounded because what she had been expecting to happen all these years just suddenly happened. Yet at the same time, it felt rather sudden.

Or perhaps, not that sudden.

After all, she had been preparing herself for this for a long time.

Feng Yu Hua tilted her head when she thought about what she might be able to do in the future. She smiled. "I guess I’m happy."

Happy.

Qing Shu Lian looked at Feng Yu Hua and nodded.

He had known Feng Yu Hua for a long time, but the two of them never dared to get closer to each other. Because they knew very well that if they dared to do that, the organization would make sure that nothing good would ever happen to either of them.

Feelings and so on were not allowed.

Even becoming friends alone can make the organization target them, so if it was more, then they had to be ready to be tortured.

"It’s your turn, what will you choose?" Feng Yu Hua asked, her eyes were staring directly at Qing Shu Lian.
