She didn’t want him to feel deceived in case he wasn’t willing to take risk in a place surrounded by numerous fierce beasts. Even if there were some chances for teleportation to Qingluan City, fortunately, no beastmen intended to leave.

They knew that once left, even if the base didn’t punish them, they wouldn’t be allowed to stay anymore.

On the other side, Old Wang was stunned when he received the message from the base.

"Old Wang, what’s wrong?" Duan Heng asked, noticing Old Wang’s sudden change of expression. His face became grave.

"I am going to the base. You all can continue to sell the fierce beasts’ parts." Old Wang sighed. Before Duan Heng could question him further, Old Wang already stood up and headed toward the teleportation array.
