After going through each item, Guan Jin could tell the shop owner had decent skills. Plus, from the shop’s size and pricing, it was clear that the owner didn’t have much capital and was running a small business.

Suddenly, he had an idea: if the taste was as good as it seemed, he would bring the owner into his own restaurant!

But just as he was about to place an order, he was shocked to find out that the owner had restricted transactions to local cities only, refusing to take orders from other Safe Cities!
