Angle's Arrogance? My Pact with the Succubus Queen!-Chapter 276 Dark Moon Battle Style, Pretty Smooth!
Judge Arthur sighed with a smile. "We thought it was an enemy attack, but it was just you, Logan, making Saint-stage familiar tamers like they’re factory products."
General Philip took a deep breath. "Three Saints in one day? You’re gonna make the Federation flip its lid."
Suddenly, the voice of old Corleone came through the communicator. "What’s going on? I got your emergency alert. Are there more enemies attacking the Federation?"
Judge Arthur sighed and replied. "No problem. It’s just Logan... making history."
In the underground space.
Logan explained to the Federation officials who had arrived: "This is the power of belief crystals, but the Federation’s belief power is limited."
When the senior officials heard that Logan had found a way to skip the supernova ceremony and let all familiar tamers have a chance to reach Saint stage, they got really excited.
That meant each of them had a chance to step into the Saint stage.
For a familiar tamer, this temptation was even stronger than the lure of a beautiful woman.
Seeing the eager looks on their faces, Logan paused and smiled. "I took half of the stupid god’s belief, plus my contributions against the Bone Clan and Shadow, so I could create three Saint-stage familiar tamers at once. Next time, it’ll take at least two years. The Federation’s belief power needs to build up again."
When they heard this, Judge Arthur, General Darwin, and General Philip weren’t disappointed.
So what if they had to wait a few years? They could wait.
At this moment, Logan took the chance to suggest to the leaders: "By the way, after I leave the Federation, the position of Principal of the Supervisory Council will be empty. I want to recommend Rebecca as the new Principal. General Camilla will be her advisor. This way, the Federation can build a new generation of leaders, and the power will pass smoothly and stay stable for a long time."
Philip and Darwin looked at each other, then both nodded in agreement.
Rebecca might not be as amazing as Logan, but she was Bell Major’s sister. She had already shown great talent in the Genius Training Camp.
Logan believed that with time, she would grow into a powerful familiar tamer, just like Bell and Natalia.
At this, General Philip said: "We’re getting old. It’s time for the young to take over."
Just then, the training room door opened again.
Fischl and Evelynna arrived at the same time.
Fischl was in black clothes, with shadow crows perched on her shoulder. Her eyes were cold.
Evelynna came with Kafka and Diana. Her angel wings were folded behind her, and the three of them looked like queens.
But the moment the two girls saw each other, the atmosphere got tense.
One was the Imperial Princess of The Black Church, the other was the Holy Girl of the Temple. They had been enemies before.
Logan saw this and knew he needed to talk to each of them alone first, to clear up old feelings, and then teach them new Battle Styles to help them reach higher stages.
...
Logan stepped forward, standing between Fischl and Evelynna. "You two behave. Go train separately for now."
Then he looked at Fischl. "You come with me."
He turned to Evelynna. "You wait in the training room. I’ll come find you in three hours."
Evelynna raised an eyebrow, but seeing Logan’s serious look, she nodded. "Okay."
Fischl didn’t say a word. She just took her shadow crows back into her familiar space and quietly followed Logan.
They went deep into the base, to a dark room.
It was completely sealed off from light. The walls were made of light-absorbing material, and even mental power scans were weakened.
Logan locked the door and got straight to the point. "Fischl, you know many Battle Styles, but none of them are perfect. Some even have risks. I brought you here to teach you a new one."
Fischl stood in the dark, almost blending into the shadows. "What Battle Style?"
"Dark Moon Battle Style." Logan took out a sealed black crystal from his space ring.
Inside was a trace of Shadow energy, saved from before the war.
He opened the bottle. A thick Shadow energy filled the room.
Fischl stiffened at first, feeling uncomfortable.
But soon, she adapted to the energy and her eyes lit up with excitement. "This is...?"
"The Shadow’s Shadow Energy." Logan said. "I want you to combine Dimensional Ambush, Slime Battle Style, and Summon Spirit Battle Style under this pressure. Your shadow crows shouldn’t just be tools for spying and questioning. They should become your strongest weapon."
Fischl took a deep breath, nodded, and then released her shadow crows.
Black crows flew around the room, making loud, rough noises.
Logan watched, then said: "Start!"
He released Shadow energy, creating a real battle-like environment.
Dark mist rushed toward Fischl, cold and dangerous.
Fischl was uncomfortable at first, but quickly got into battle mode.
She controlled her shadow crows, splitting them—one into two, two into four.
Logan shouted coldly: "Too slow. What’s the core of Slime Battle Style? It’s Space Restriction. It slows the enemy down! Let your crows not only collect info, but also trap, infect, and Self-Destruct!"
Fischl’s eyes sharpened.
She changed her way of controlling them. The shadow crows were no longer just for spying. They became tiny bombs, flying directly into the shadow mist.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Each hit caused a small twist in space.
That was the Space Restriction from Slime Battle Style.
Fischl moved like a ghost through the shadows.
She kept splitting her crows. Millions of them flew around the room, each able to move through space.
Logan increased the Shadow energy, making the pressure stronger.
Fischl had trouble breathing. Her Soul Sea shook violently.
But she bit her lip and kept going.
In a life-or-death situation, her wisdom was pushed to the limit.
She growled: "Space Restriction... parasitism... Self-Destruct!"
One of the shadow crows flew into the mist. It first trapped the enemy, then infected it, and finally exploded in a big blast.
Dark Moon light vanished!
The shadow mist was torn apart. 𝙛𝒓𝓮𝒆𝔀𝒆𝙗𝓷𝒐𝙫𝒆𝙡.𝒄𝓸𝓶
Fischl used the chance to attack. All the crows exploded at once, causing a chain reaction.
The whole room was filled with black light.
When the light faded, Fischl knelt on one knee, breathing hard.
But her energy had grown a lot.
Logan saw this and threw out a bunch of belief crystals.
In fact, Logan had way more belief crystals than Philip and others could imagine.
But of course, he saved the best for his own people—especially the girls he had been with.
Soon, 20-star marks appeared behind Fischl and started spinning wildly.
21st...
22nd...
She kept going until the 25-star lit up. Her energy finally calmed down.
25 Star Legend Stage. She was only 3 stars away from Saint Stage.
It seemed Fischl wasn’t like Natalia and the others, who had been stuck at Legend Stage 5 for a long time.
Breaking into Saint Stage would be easy for them.
But Fischl hadn’t even reached Legend Stage 5 yet. Her strength wasn’t deep enough.
Still, she was already strong enough to fight against a few generals at once.
At least, Duerer and Monet were no match for her now.
Logan stopped the Shadow energy and smiled at Fischl. "You did it. You’ve mastered the Dark Moon Battle Style. Your shadow crows can keep splitting. Once they attach to an enemy, they can trap, infect, and Self-Destruct in one move."
Fischl stood up and wiped blood from her mouth. For once, she smiled. "Thank you."
Logan stepped forward and wiped the sweat from her forehead.
Fischl’s body tensed slightly.
She looked weak for the first time. Her voice shook. "I used to think power was everything. Until I met you."
Logan gently touched her face. "Now you have more than power. You have me."
Fischl’s eyes got a little red. She thought of the night her sister Adela was sacrificed. She thought of the darkness in The Black Church.
She leaned into Logan’s chest and whispered: "I hate The Black Church. But I hate my own weakness more. If only I had been stronger back then...
Logan leaned down and kissed her lips.
Fischl’s body shivered, then she closed her eyes and kissed him back.
They held each other in the dark.
The shadow crows sat quietly in the corner, no longer making noise.
Logan said: "From now on, you’re mine. Don’t cry anymore."
Fischl leaned into his arms and nodded softly. "Okay."
Logan gently took off her clothes and laid them on the ground.
He lay her down and looked at her perfect body. "It might hurt a little."
Fischl turned red. "I’ll behave."
Logan kissed her.
They wrapped around each other, completely connected.
As soon as Logan entered, he felt warmth and tightness. "Huh!"
"Did I hurt you?" Fischl asked nervously.
Logan shook his head and kissed her lips. "No, it’s smooth."
Three hours later, Logan left the dark room and went to the training area.
Evelynna had already been waiting.
Logan wrapped one arm around her waist and pulled out his phone. The screen lit up with General Monet’s face.
Logan saw it and sent a message right away: "General Monet, I leave the training for Fallen Angel Battle Style to you."
Soon, General Monet’s calm voice came through: "Tell her to be ready. The fusion is painful."
Evelynna watched Logan and General Monet’s conversation and raised an eyebrow. "Is that all you called me for?"
Logan smiled and tapped her nose. "Don’t want to?"
Evelynna blinked. "I thought you’d teach me yourself."
