Chapter 74: Chapter 73: Layton Lewis’ Request

He only asked Layton Lewis to help him get his inheritance back and he only mentioned that he wanted to be apart from the Hanes family.

He didn’t expect that Layton Lewis would use the other things he wanted to leave behind and use it for the Hanes family to sign the severance letter.

His so-called relatives should have been agonizing over the fact that they didn’t have any more money, so they agreed to sever his ties with them.

If not for not having enough money they shouldn’t have signed to sever his relationship with them as they were all face-saving people.

Having Ryzel sever ties with them is disgraceful and with Ryzel’s relationship with Layton Lewis they could still use his name as a connection.

Unfortunately, because of their inadequate management of funds they don’t have enough money at the moment.

The rest of Ryzel’s inheritance was still considered large that should be the reason why they agreed with the severance of their relationship.

If they knew that he already planned to give it to them in the beginning their reactions would be wonderful. He wanted to see their reactions but he didn’t want to deal with them any longer so he could only let go.

The document is also already sealed by the government, so the document is already valid and effective.

It seems that the Hanes family can’t even quibble because of the deterrence of the Vespertine family.

So, they compromised and signed the severance letter to at least get the things they needed. 𝒻𝑟ℯℯ𝑤𝑒𝑏𝑛𝘰𝓋𝑒𝓁.𝒸𝑜𝘮

Now he finally doesn’t have any connection with the Hanes family, and he also finally achieved his goal for a very long time.

As soon as he read those documents it seemed as though some shackles in his mind were finally lifted.

He can finally be separated from the Hanes family. He doesn’t want to be associated with them any longer with what they did to him.

They don’t consider him as a relative, so he also won’t consider them as a relative any longer.

It has always been his goal to get the things his parents left behind and also to be separated from the Hanes family.

Now that he had achieved his goal, he was in a very joyous state.

"Wow, thank you!" Ryzel said and hugged Layton Lewis because of his excitement.

"I already said there was no need to say thank you between us. Besides I only did what I should do for you," Layton Lewis said as he held Ryzel who suddenly came for a hug.

"You said I don’t need to thank you but for these things I really wanted to say thanks. So, you can ask me something and I will definitely do it," Ryzel said after hugging.

Layton Lewis gave what he wanted for years and also solved his problems. So, Ryzel thought he really needed to give Layton Lewis a reward.

Sorting out Layton Lewis’ mental sea and other things can’t be considered as an exchange.

What he had been doing couldn’t be considered as an exchange as it was part of his duty as a guide. It can’t be considered as a prize or a reward.

So, he asked what Layton Lewis what he wanted so that he could do it as a thank you.

"No nee-, wait, I do have something in mind," Layton Lewis said as it seemed that he suddenly remembered something.

"What do you want?" Ryzel asked curiously.

He was really curious about what Layton Lewis wanted as it seems that he already has everything.

Ryzel thought that what Layton Lewis was lacking should only be about the mental power of high-level guides.

So, he should be asking him about something related to his mental power for himself or for others.

"What I want is very simple. It doesn’t take much effort from you to do it," Layton Lewis said with a smile.

"Really? Are you sure I could do it easily?" Ryzel asked again.

It seems that it is really related to guidance as it was the thing he could do easily for him.

"Yes. It is very easy but are you sure you are going to keep your promise?" Layton Lewis asked again.

"Yes, as long as I can do it I will definitely do it," Ryzel confirmed.

When Ryzel said something, he would always follow it.

As long as he said he would do something he would always do it.

His parents have always taught him that he should keep his promises all the time.

Ryzel have always been following the teachings of his parents and he also believed that doing what he already said was the right thing to do.

"Then, how long can you fulfill your promise?" Layton Lewis asked.

"As long as it isn’t hard, I will surely do it for a year as it is to thank you anyway," Ryzel answered.

He thought Layton Lewis might really be talking about additional guidance for himself or for other people, so he gave a year as a limit.

A year should be long enough to do something when it comes to mental power especially if it is sorting the mental sea of high-level sentinels.

"That’s good to hear," Layton Lewis said.

"So, what do you want me to do?"

"All you have to do for me is to wear the clothes Lyre bought for you every night.

And since they don’t appear to be enough, I’ll buy more for you to wear for a year. You will do that for me for a year, right?" Layton Lewis said with a smile.

As soon as he heard what Layton Lewis said he was frozen in place.

He thought he was having a hallucination. How can Layton Lewis really say something like that!

"W-what did you say? It seems that I misheard it. Can you repeat it again?" Ryzel said while focusing on Layton Lewis.

He wanted to be sure to he would hear what Layton Lewis would say.

"Ryzel, I said all you need to do for me is to wear the clothes Lyre bought for you every night.

And since they don’t appear to be enough, I’ll buy more for you to wear for a year. You will do that for me for a year, right?" Layton Lewis patiently repeated.

It seems that he really didn’t mishear what Layton Lewis asked him to do.

He promised Layton to do anything that he would ask because he knew that Layton Lewis wouldn’t let him do anything bad. He still believed in the morals of Layton Lewis.

However, it didn’t cross his mind that Layton Lewis would ask for something related to their night life.

"Ha, wear those things in a year?"

"Yes, it is very simple right? Layton Lewis said.

"Can you change your request?" Ryzel said.

Just thinking of the clothes Lyre gifted him made him blush. The things Lyre gifted to him were all very outrageous.

He knew that he would look good while wearing those things, but he still can’t help but feel embarrassed wearing those sexy clothes.

That’s why he wanted to let Layton Lewis change his request.

As they were still standing, Layton Lewis hugged him and sat on the sofa letting him sit on his lap facing him.

Ryzel wanted to get off, but Layton Lewis held him and said, "No I don’t have another request, so I won’t change it. Isn’t it very simple?"

"Yes, it is indeed very simple," Ryzel said while still trying to get off Layton Lewis’s lap.

"Then why don’t you do it? It’s your reward for me, right?" Layton asked.

"Of course, it’s because it’s very embarrassing to wear those clothes!" Ryzel finally said the reason.

Layton Lewis chuckled and leaned down. He nibbled Ryzel’s neck and said, "Why should you be embarrassed? I would only be the one to see it.

We already saw each other’s bodies and even did a lot of intimate things.

No need to be embarrassed about it, you should wear them boldly as I am the one who wanted to see it. Besides, you already promised to do it."

After saying it, Layton Lewis kissed Ryzel deeply and asked again afterwards, "You will do it, right?"

Ryzel was out of breath with the sudden deep kiss and answered while catching his breath, "O-okay, b-but can we shorten the time? A year is very long."

"Ryzel you are the one who said that you will do it for a year," Layton Lewis said while he was back nibbling Ryzel’s neck.

Ryzel felt itchy because of what Layton Lewis was doing but he still said, "But a year is too long. I’m sure we are going to different places later on; it won’t be convenient especially in the frontlines."

Ryzel found a reasonable reason as even if he already agreed he still doesn’t want to wear those clothes for a year.

And as he said they would indeed be in different places in a year. A year is long enough to be in different places.
