Ian also recalled that the ’geology’ on Far Shore Island wasn’t particularly ideal.

To be precise, if there wasn’t a Fifth Energy Level expert stationed there to suppress it, a geological disaster more terrifying than a Yellowstone eruption could erupt at any time.

If it truly is a Dark-Colored Rock incident, then the Tranquil Sea could be blocked by spewing mantle lava, turning into Terra’s largest Inner Sea, causing the entire West Terra to transform into a fiery hell.

Of course, with a Fifth Energy Level expert intervening, such scenarios are unlikely to manifest, even if the Dark-Colored Rock does end up blocking the Tranquil Sea’s Inner Sea, a strong person would forcibly blast open the obstructed sea area.

But then, who knows how many would die... Conversely, it could explain why Far Shore Islanders are eager to relocate to the New Continent.

The Second Layer of the Heaven Ladder is the celestial controller centered at the Imperial Capital, while the Third Layer is the atmospheric controller, additionally having functions related to the solar energy conversion layer of Terra.

As for the Fourth Layer of the Heaven Ladder, it’s the planetary magnetic field regulation device overseen by Yanjiang, Far Sword Port, and other countries, probably responsible for the Earth Core magnetic field.

The permission that Far Sword Port obtained from the Terra Dragon must relate to the Heaven Ladder, and this permission wasn’t given arbitrarily; it may be that Far Sword Port has already acquired relevant control facilities but lacks the permission to utilize them.
