A look of grief and fury surfaced in Han Li's eyes as he lashed out at Gu Huojin with his sword, and seventy-two arcs of purplish-golden lightning were sent hurtling toward him alongside a flurry of tremendous sword qi.

The space within a radius of tens of thousands of kilometers was torn to shreds and transformed into a golden pool of lightning that outshone everything around it like a radiant beacon.

Gu Huojin was swept up by the pool of lightning, and all of the chaotic mist around him was instantly eradicated, but even as his body was directly opposed to the arcs of purplish-golden lightning around him, he was able to remain completely unscathed as he strode directly toward Han Li.

Hence, it only took him a few steps to emerge from the pool of lightning.

"I knew you wouldn't be that easy to kill," Gu Huojin said with a faint smile, seemingly completely unsurprised by the Reincarnation Palace Master's resurrection, and he dispelled the dark red cage with ease with just a raise of his hand.

However, as soon as the dark red cage was eradicated, Han Li abruptly appeared by his side, having taken on his devilish deity form with three heads and six arms. His five time law treasures were glowing radiantly behind him, and they suddenly flew into his body in a flash.

His six giant arms began to glow with dazzling, golden radiance, and he unleashed six Great Five Elemental Annihilation Fists at once.

A series of chaotic vortexes emerged around Gu Huojin to meet the six Great Five Elemental Annihilation Fists with unerring accuracy and devour them whole.

Even the resurrected Reincarnation Palace Master was forced back into retreat, unable to offer Han Li any assistance, while the Devilish Monarch was also astonished by the tremendous power sweeping through the space within the spatial seal that he had created.

Right as Han Li's 16,720,000th punch fell, the accumulating pressure finally became too much, and it was released in the form of a devastating explosion.

A scorching, golden sun rose up from Gu Huojin's body before erupting outward in all directions, and the Reincarnation Palace Master instantly retreated to millions of kilometers away, followed closely by his Six Paths Reincarnation Plate.

The Devilish Monarch also withdrew his spatial seal without any hesitation and appeared beside the Reincarnation Palace Master.

In the next instant, the blinding radiance surging out of the golden sun swept over the two of them like an almighty wave, and the space around them was completely obliterated.

Immediately thereafter, a burst of immense suction force erupted out of the epicenter of the explosion, sucking in all of the remaining world's origin qi and the minute dust particles in the air, and only after what seemed like an eternity did the destroyed space manage to stabilize itself again.

Through his special connection with Han Li, the Reincarnation Palace Master was able to sense his location, and he cast his gaze in that direction to discover Han Li surrounded by a bunch of sword spirit children. He had no visible injuries, but he was panting heavily from exertion.

The sword spirit children were unable to speak, but they were flying around him in an attentive manner as if they were examining him for injuries.

After throwing over sixteen million punches in such rapid succession, he had been utterly exhausted, even with his newly attained power as a Dao Ancestor, and it was only thanks to these sword spirit children's lightning teleportation ability that he was able to safely escape from the epicenter of the explosion.

Han Li released his spiritual sense to search for Gu Huojin, but was unable to locate him.

Even so, he remained on high alert.

There was no way that Gu Huojin would be so easy to kill, particularly after he had taken in so much chaotic law power.

He cast his gaze toward the Heaven Controlling Vial to discover that it had reverted back to its original size and was hovering in mid-air while flashing with green light.

Much to his relief, the explosion just now hadn't damaged it in the slightest.

The Reincarnation Palace Master and the Devilish Monarch exchanged a glance with one another, then began flying toward Han Li, but right at this moment, a gray vortex suddenly took shape in the distance, and Gu Huojin stepped out from within, completely unscathed.

What was even more disheartening was that his aura had become even more powerful than before.

"You had some good surprises lined up for me, but let's see if you have any more tricks up your sleeves," Gu Huojin jeered as he reached out to make a grabbing motion, sucking the nearby Heaven Controlling Vial into his grasp.

Immediately thereafter, a burst of tremendous power erupted out of his hand as he tightened his grip around the Heaven Controlling Vial, attempting to crush it.

In response, a layer of dark green light surfaced over the vial to resist Gu Huojin's crushing grip.

A hint of surprise flashed through Gu Huojin's eyes upon seeing this, and he began exerting even more force.

An urgent look appeared on Han Li's face upon seeing this, and he instantly vanished from the spot.

In the same instant, a streak of swordlight came hurtling toward Gu Huojin from behind, aimed directly at his heart, only to be kept at bay by a burst of chaotic light that abruptly appeared behind him.

The streak of swordlight looked as if it were about to be devoured by the chaotic light, but in the next instant, it appeared beside Gu Huojin before racing toward his right hand, which was holding the Heaven Controlling Vial.

As it turned out, the Devilish Monarch had used his spatial law powers to redirect the streak of swordlight toward Gu Huojin's hand.

Gu Huojin's hand was severed at the wrist, and it tumbled down with the Heaven Controlling Vial still held within it.

Immediately thereafter, a spatial vortex appeared directly beneath the vial amid a flash of silver light.

Right as the vial was about to fall into the vortex, wisps of chaotic mist suddenly surged out of Gu Huojin's severed hand to reconnect it to his arm, and in the blink of an eye, it was reattached to his body.

Gu Huojin cast a cold gaze toward Han Li's trio with the Heaven Controlling Vial back in his grasp, and instead of attempting to crush it again, he slowly pressed it into the center of his own chest.

His skin and flesh slowly caved in, and the vial was devoured into his body bit by bit.

The Heaven Controlling Vial began to tremble slightly as if it were trying to resist, but its struggles were quickly stifled as it was suffocated by a cloud of chaotic mist.

Immediately thereafter, a burst of fiery, gray light appeared within Gu Huojin's chest to envelop the Heaven Controlling Vial.
