The cover story about the stimulant was decided upon after Jin Sha spoke with Jiang Qin.
The Federation didn’t want Jiang Qin’s true abilities to be revealed, hoping to keep her power as a trump card.
Jiang Qin, for her part, didn’t want the truth getting out either.
The fact that she was a C-level female was already enough to make those scientists drool; now, her status as an S-level had been made public.

He became so radical that as long as the potion resulted in an upgrade, allowed for normal use of spiritual power, and didn’t completely fry the female’s brain, he ignored any and all side effects.
For the sake of this experiment, low-ranking females on the Chaotic Star began to disappear one after another once again.
