The steps of the Guild Master, Leo, echoed as he walked through the halls of the guild, with Zoey and Sarina following closely behind. His presence made everybody who was talking and engaging in whispers, to stop immediately as his presence radiated with power and authority.

Many thoughts about where guild master was taking these two girls appeared in the minds of many, however, nobody dared to voice them as they continued to stare at them silently, their gazes making Zoey feel a bit uncomfortable as she didn't like being mindlessly stared at.

'Strange...' Zoey thought, 'Is the guild master that terrifying? Or are they just quiet out of respect?' She didn't know, but if she had to guess it would probably the first, just meeting him was already terrifying, it just showed how powerful he was.

They reached two large white double doors that loomed over them heavily, the sounds of fighting and intense sparring echoing out behind them, peaking Zoey's curiousity about the place.

"We're here. Time to see what you're made of, Zoey Monroe." Leo said as he pushed the doors and opened the room, revealing a large space with marble walls and a huge training grounds inside the guild, where multiple members where furiously sparring.

At the top of the training grounds where guard rails where lesser ranking Hunters watched in awe as a furious sparring match rang out between two Elite Ranking Hunters, the ground breaking and the air smashing with the intensity of their speed and power.

"You're a real pain in the ass, Jake" A woman with blue hair answered as she avoided a strong punch from her opponent, side stepping as a huge gust of wind and magical energy flew past her and impacted the walls of the guild, causing massive destruction as debris and dust spread everywhere.

"I could same the same about you, Lisa." The man with orange hair said as he blocked a fierce kick from Sarina that send him skidding back, the aftershocks leaving his arms aching hard as he panted for breath.

"It's almost as if you have unlimited stamina, that Talent of yours is making this very difficult for me." Jake said as he leaped back into action, closing the distance between them as he crashed his fist against the back of her palm, causing a massive shockwave, however, Lisa seemed unphased by his attempts.

"Lisa! Jake! That's enough!" The guild master's voice rang through the room as all the Hunters immediately stopped with their sparring as they turned to see Guild Master Leo, along with Zoey and Sarina.

Leo's face frowned as he observed the damage these two would always cause whenever they sparred, making it a pain for the clean up crew that always had to come by and fix this place right after.

"Forgive me Guild Master Leo." Lisa walked up to him as she apologized, raising a brow as she noticed Zoey standing behind him.

"Is this the new member that was going to joining our rankings?" Lisa asked Sarina, her voice filled with interest, whilst her face remained professional and unchanged.

"This is Zoey, and she'll be joining you among your ranks." Sarina said with a proud grin.

Lisa was secretely pleased upon hearing that, as having an A+Rank Talent in their midst would heavily boost their guilds power. She walked up to Zoey as she let out a small smile, extending her hand for a handshake.

"Greetings Zoey Monroe, and welcome to our Elite Rankings." Lisa said warmly, much to Zoey's suprise as she thought that she'd be hostile, considering her high status in the guild, but was relieved to find some decent people in the guild.

"Thanks, but I'm not part of your rankings yet, I still need to be tested to see where I stand among you guys." Zoey replied, modestly.

"Oh?" Lisa gasped slightly suprised as she turned to Leo who nodded upon seeing her expression.

"She'll be sparring with a C-Rank Hunter, and based on her performance shall we determine her rankings among you." Leo told her as he walked forward, his eyes roaming the crowd of Hunters that were silently observing their conversation.

"I'm looking for a sparring partner for Zoey Monroe, preferably a C-Rank Hunter, would anyone be kind enough to volunteer?" Leo's voice rang out, causing the silence to deepen further as it looked like there wasn't a Hunter willing to participate in a sparring match with her.

'Looks like nobody's up for it...' Zoey observed as she observed the crowd with [Heightened Senses], however, a hand shot up from amongst the crowd as a rough, robust voice answered to the guild master's call.

"I'll do it!" A man with glasses and a wizard hat walked up towards them, his blue pristine robes flapped as he approached in a graceful manner, the sharp [Ice Staff] in his hand emitting an aura of frost that made the air colder around him.

'An Ice mage?' Zoey thought, suprised as her eyes widened slightly 'This is the perfect counter to my [Fireball] Skill.'

"Good," Leo nodded, satisfied as he walked towards an open area for Zoey and the Ice Mage to spar. With Zoey and the Ice Mage quickly getting into position as they readied themselves.

"Oh? What do we have here?" Jake suddenly appeared behind Lisa as he peeked over her shoulder, looking at Zoey and the Ice Mage with peaked interest.

"A sparring match, that girl will be joining us and her position depends on this match as the guild master will be observing her." Lisa replied, crossing her arms under her chest as she narrowed her eyes in concentration.

"Try to keep up." The Ice Mage spoke with confidence as his crystal blue eyes glowed slightly, grasping his staff tighter as the air around him dropped significantly.

"Sure, just don't get burned to a crisp." Zoey retorted playfully with a sly grin as she summoned a few fireballs around her, that burned with a powerful intensity, crackling wildly in the air.

Leo observed how determined these two were, much to his pleasure as he raised his air in the air, before slamming it down as he yelled:

"Begin!"
