It still felt like a dream to Lucy.
She hasn’t been able to stop her disarranged mind, from asking any possible reasons for Nathan’s change of behaviour towards her.

He knew about the baby.
Yet,he didn’t do anything that she had figured out was going to be his first reaction, on hearing the news that she’s carrying his baby.
He didn’t shout at her or blame her for being at fault for getting pregnant.
Well,why would he do that?
It’s only an insane man that would go ahead to blame her for getting pregnant,when he’s being having sex with her for quite some times now without using protection.
But it’s partially her fault,she knew that she could have spoken up to him, and remind him on those few occasions he took her raw.Yet,she didn’t do that.
So,that makes her have a big hand in what just happened,she had gone along all day to pin the blame on him only.

Oblivious to the fact that he was about to be an uncle,had her mind going into battle with what exactly she wanted.
She asked him to give her some time,well,he shouldn’t have expected her to agree to his request immediately.No!
She would have to sort out her feelings,and think of what’s best for her and brother,and also for the child in her tummy.
"Sister,are you okay?"Jordan’s concerned face broke her out of her trance,as she forced a smile up her face immediately.
He’s not yet of age to understand what is going on,if she told him it might be really hard for him to understand why his brother Nat,was such a meanie to her.
"I’m okay sweetheart,I’m just..."
"Are you missing bro Nat?"His question knocked the air out of her lungs,as her eyes widened.
"What do you mean Jo?Of course not i don’t think of him that way,and you are still a kid to talk about this"She warned him, with a stern look but she had forgotten so soon how stubborn he can be.
"He was worried about you when you left"Jordan still insisted on talking about Nathan,even when he was warned not to do that.
"He was?"She asked, finding herself having an adult discussion with her six year old brother.

"He wasn’t able to eat properly, without asking me of any places you always go,you know i actually thought you ran away"
He said finally,but their discussion was shortened because her kidnaper...no her baby daddy came into the room.
"Big brother Nat!"Jordan yelled, coming down from the couch to leap into his outreached hands that twirled him around.
His giggles filled the air,and Nathan’s wide smile didn’t go unnoticed by her and she found herself smiling too even before she realized that.
