Coming into the interrogation room with a note and a pen was Detective John,who could say he knew the young Man had nothing to do with this.
But he had to obey state order and do his job as an officer,after all,he’s still a member of the family where the murder took place,he’s a suspect.
Who knows,it might not be a coincidence that he’s involved in this,the murderer can be someone else who everyone didn’t expect.
That was what Detective John tried to keep his mind on,but when Zaiden looked up to him with an unfazed attitude as if he was not bothered that he was taken in.
Yeah,he won’t be.
He’s Zaiden Knight’s,it won’t be a matter of time before this would be cleared and he would go back to his crying fianceè.
Sitting down in front of Zaiden,who watched him without uttering a single word,he was much more worried about how Hazel was coping at the moment than worrying about himself.
He knew who Nathan was,he wouldn’t think twice of using this situation to his own benefits,but that didn’t bother him at all
He trusts Hazel.she was not in any way going to let him brainwash her, into thinking that he had anything to do with what he was being accused of.

Zaiden should have known that Anna meant trouble rather than good in his life,not that he was actually blaming her for all of this,but he couldn’t help but blame himself too.
He made a mistake, keeping quiet when he found out that she was suffering too,but what would you have him do?

As much as it sounded as the right thing to do by reporting to the cops about the situation,Anna would not have appreciated that either.

Her agency was doing a good job, by believing what that scum of a boyfriend was saying, and had filed a lawsuit against him,God have mercy on their soul!

They should have investigated properly, before thinking of putting the blame on him because of silky pictures that made no sense.
It was not as if there was any valid proof, that made it more believable that he was last seen with Anna,aside from that picture that was taken of them unknowingly.

He planned everything out,as he had waited for the right opportunity like this to put the blame on him if anything happened to Anna,but the question which he couldn’t get any answer to, was the reason why he did this?

Yes,he knew that Anna was not over him yet, and had been looking for silly means to get them back together.
But he couldn’t see any sane man doing what Micheal just did, just to come back to him for dating Anna.
Their relationship was more complicated than he actually thought, for him to be in the hospital,but one thing is clear to him.
Anna was the one who did that to him,and she’s on the run and scared of what’s going to be people’s reaction, once they get to know of what she did.
That was an attempted murder.
She was scared and was hiding somewhere with her phone switched off,but he knew she wouldn’t hide for long once she saw the News.
He knew Anna,she couldn’t afford to see him take the blame for what he didn’t do, while her scumbag of a boyfriend goes scot free.
Besides,how long does she intend on hiding? It’s not going to change the fact that things had gone out of her control, and there’s nothing she can do about it,but face it head on.
Honestly speaking, Zaiden was relieved that it was not Anna that was hurt in her boyfriend’s stead,who knows he might kill her instead of hurting her.
That bastard was no human if he could beat up a lady,he knew what it felt like tormenting Hazel’s life,and he didn’t feel good about doing that till now.
The regret was still there ,and he was having second thoughts about their relationship, because he doesn’t by any means deserve her love, not after what he did.
No normal human being would think of staying with such a human being, talkmore of when that person was a woman beater.
He was just lucky,that’s why Hazel still chose to be with him,but that had also been because of his repentance.
But the case was different on Anna’s part,who knew what level of degradation and humiliation she went through in the hands of Micheal? for her to think of hurting him and running away.
He knew Anna,this was no normal hurting Micheal,she intended on killing him,but luck had run out on her ,that’s why he was still alive and she’s on the run because of what he would do to her if he finds her.
Would the cop believe him if he told him what all this was all about?
He would find him stupid,and heartless for keeping it to himself when he found out that she was suffering in Micheal’s hands.

Giving Arianna’s agency and Micheal the upper hand in these,all suspicion points to him while he had nothing to pull himself free from all these.
Besides,he doesn’t think detective John would easily believe him,not when he’s the officer incharge of the murder case.
This was like giving him more affirmation that he might have something to do with Hazel, and the murder, if his assumption was right for the look he was giving him right now.
But he won’t give him the answer he wants,what does he want to get from him?
That he knew where Arianna ran off to or he was the one who was behind the assault on Micheal.
Why is his dad taking too long to get him out of here?

Ten good minutes of him staying here as if he was some criminal,ten good minutes that would not have been wasted if he spent it with his girl.
"Zaiden Knights,ex to the alleged missing Model, Arianna kni...’’Detective John opened his file to read out the information,but was cut short by him.

" Photos that were taken by someone else without our permission?It was just Anna and i in that room,and not a photo of me seen kidnapping Anna,come on.you can do better than this’ ’Zaiden laughed at his underrated effort of him trying to do his work.
He didn’t need evidence,what he and the entire people of country Z needed was a brain to think.

Zaiden threatened,with a vicious look on his face which added more to Detective John’s suspicion that he might be the one stressing his family out.
It’s not everyday he tends to see Murderers this calm, and the only way he could find out,who exactly Zaiden was and what is his intention is pushing him to his limit.
They always snap when they are guilty,that’s what psychopaths do when they are in a tight corner.
"Was that what you did to your fianceè too?Threaten to kill her?"He asked, watching him keenly.
A raised eyebrow to Detective John when he figured out what he was trying to do,he did underestimate him.
How exactly is his grandpa’s relationship with him?Because he had no single atom of respect,and fear for what he was doing.
Detective John was treading on dangerous paths,which there’s no way out.
This had passed a normal investigations,and he could tell that he was Just suspicious of the whole family members,but to think he was the one who killed the guard and threaten Hazel just because this came up,that was too far.

"I would watch my mouth Detective, like i said earlier, i don’t fancy silly accusations.Especially when it has to do with my girl"
"She.."Detective John’s words were cut short by the door swinging open to reveal two men,who took out a paper and placed it in front of him.
"We are from the States"
"Sir"Andrew walked up to Zaiden holding up his blazer,which he took from his hands while staring dangerously at the detective.
"Who the hell are you to intr..."Detective John took the paper, which was directly an order from the upperheads
which demanded the release of Zaiden Knights.
What the hell?
Not when he’s this close to finding out what he’s hiding in his cupboard.
"A piece of advice from me Detective"Zaiden said, walking up to the angry face of the detective,he bent low and whispered words which were only known to the both of them.
"Have a nice day"Zaiden said,smirking lastly at the confused look on his face before leaving with Andrew and the other officer,while Detective John stared at his retreating figure.

What if he was only trying to put the blame on someone else?
Even if he chose to not believe the new information, Zaiden told him about Anna’s sudden disappearance,there was nothing he could do at the moment against him.
The state had ordered a quick release of him,without giving any definite reasons for doing so.
He’s still finding it hard to believe what Zaiden said,about Anna being abused by her boyfriend.
Just like he says,maybe it’s time to look at a different dimension,the question still unanswered.
