Just like Zaiden had predicted about this dinner appointment,it turned out that the two were much alike in some ways.
Because honestly speaking,anyone who might have walked into the place where they were having this dinner would have thought,It was actually Luke that was the Fiance and he was just nothing but a bench warmer.
They were such a good pair,that he got the initiative that Hazel won’t stop talking about Luke anytime soon.
"I didn’t actually know you would be a movie addict?"Luke asked,shaking his head in disbelief at how cool she was.
She was not like other girls who would try to act pompous and sophisticated,no,Hazel was carefree and that was what he loved about her.
She was verbal and was not how he imagined her to be, regarding how her relationship with Zaiden had started in the first place.
"No,I don’t pay much attention to that,but not when Stranger things is on Netflix,like that’s my kind of mo.."Hazel explained, finding herself enjoying this than she had initially expected.
"Wait,you also love that movie?"Luke asked,really baffled.
Remind him to set up an appointment with the couples next time,this time it will be at his home and not some hotel.
"Yep"She replied,Taking a sip of the drink in front of her,while rubbing on Zaiden’s hand which covered her.
He was unusually quiet and would always smile at her, assuring her that he was okay which she bought.
"Oh my Gosh! I didn’t picture you as the type to watch that kind of movie,you know ladies and their undying love for romance"Luke uttered,and got a laugh from Hazel.
"No,I don’t actually find myself enjoying romantic movies like the way i love horror movies, stranger things it’s just my type of horror"
"And I can tell,it’s definitely because of El,like who wouldn’t love El?"
"She’s murdered that movie,did you actually see the way Vecna was thrown off away from Max, when he actually wanted turn her into some ugly looking bag of bones?"Hazel was so engrossed in her conversation with Luke,that she failed to realize that her Fiance was watching her keenly all through their discussion.
Zaiden could commend,she was the happiest when she’s talking about her hobbies,and shane it was to him not to know that she loves watching horror movies.
He realized that there were a whole lot of things,that he didn’t actually know about Hazel,and it made him feel embarrassed about it as her Fiance and soon to be husband.

"Yeah, he’s no match for an annoyed El"She said,then turned to face Zaiden when he heard him dropping his fork down in a really frustrating manner.
"Babe,are you sure you are okay?’’She asked,deeply worried about his mood throughout tonight and he’s not admitting that he was off this night.
"Yes,I’m good,I’m just surprised you haven’t touched your food,Luke’s really doing a good job at distracting you"Zaidnen said bitterly,with a hint of Jealousy gracing his tone which Hazel figured out.

There was no point in him being jealous, when it’s obvious to the both of them that she would always choose him no matter what.
"He’s not a distraction babe,I just enjoy his company"She corrected the mistake he made,she knew who her hubby was,he won’t give a damn care about how Luke feels about his statement.
"Oh come on man,you know today’s actually my first time meeting her,don’t be such a jealous lover"Luke advised, smirking at Zaiden’s hateful look he sent his way.
Like, what the fuck is he jealous about?
It’s not like he’s stealing Hazel from him,it’s just for tonight,Luke knew what level his friend’s possessiveness was,but to also be jealous of his own best friend,was totally unbelievable.
He’s being tamed by her completely, because this was not Zaiden years ago,this was not the cold and arrogant Zaiden years ago,oh no.
This was a man in love,Zaiden was head in heels in love with Hazel and there’s no doubting that.
Luke could say he was jealous, because he hasn’t seen this level of affection between couples ,not at all.
Not only that,Zaiden was behaving so drunk in love,it was as if he’s being intoxicated by their love,he just couldn’t wait for the wedding.
Would Zaiden be the happiest man on that day?

"I’m not jealous"Zaiden snapped back at him,trying to deny the fact that he was,maybe he didn’t want Luke making a joke of him further in Front of Hazel.
But what he didn’t know was the amused look on his fianceè’s face,that had already figured he was lying when he said he was not being jealous.
"No baby,you are definitely jealousy"Hazel told him,smiling at his flustered face which he took a drink and gulped it down in one go.

This was another side of him that she hadn’t seen, and she knew it was all because of Luke who was trying to get her fiance to snap, at the way he was taking all of her attention for himself.
Okay,maybe she did like his jealous face.
"Oh,not you too"He muttered,looking away from the two as they both laughed at him,but Hazel surprised him by kissing his cheeks which made him surprised.
She doesn’t look like one who consents to pda’s,he has underestimated Hazel a lot more than he could think.
"You look cute when you are jealous"She moved along to his ears to whisper "it makes me want to kiss you right Infront of Luke,how about you show him who Hazel is to you?"She purred in his ear,smirking at herself when she saw him gulp hard at her statement.

Zaiden couldn’t help to ask, because this was definitely not the shy woman who stays in the same room with him.
Haxep can be a lot of things,it depends on her mood and goodness gracious!He was lovely every bit of her slutty side.

It was so sick seeing both of them showing their affection in front of him,seeing the both of them like this couldn’t help but make him feel oppressed.

"Maybe you are the one who needs to get married and stop being such a Casanova ’’Zaiden advised,and watch all color drain from Luke’s face at the mention of marriage.
He just hasn’t found his soulmate, because when he does,he’s not going to need someone to tell him he needs to tie the knot..
"Oh please!don’t act like a big brother,we all know it was my advice that paid off"Luke reminded him who exactly was the main supporter of this union at the very first beginning,when he was still finding it hard to open his heart to what he truly feels for Hazel.
"But the hard work and consistency was mine,"Zaiden retorted.
Meanwhile,Hazel was quiet watching the both of them argue about who’s thoughts it was that that helped in wooing her.
It was fun seeing this side of him,this was normal Zaiden conversing happily with his friend,and not the old Zaiden who she knows nothing of, except from the fact that he was her boyfriend.
She too, also admitted that there was more about him which she doesn’t know,but that would be fixed soon.
His willingness to change just for her, would also help the both of them to make right decisions even though there would be times, things wouldn’t go the way they want it to be.
But they would work it out together,as one, that’s what makes them a couple and love each other right?

It’s been a long night,and they had stayed out more than they had originally planned as a result of Luke’s non-ending conversation.
