365 Days To Love-Chapter 144 - ONE HUNDRED AND FOURTHY -FOUR:I Don’t Like You.
Nathan was done for the day,and was really tired from stressing himself out to the extent of having a headache.
Earlier this morning,he had left before everyone was prepared for breakfast simply because he didn’t want to see Hazel.
Not now,at least until he calms himself down because he couldn’t get a wink of sleep last night,the thought of him seriously injuring Hazel had kept him awake the whole night.
His uncle had added much to his frustration,by asking him to go see for himself as if he knew he was the one who put her in that sick bed.
Zaiden was no where to be seen,since last night,which baffled him because he was waiting for him to attack him for what he did.
His dad had filed him in, on what was crossing his mind and he overheard their conversation,he knew that the situation right now was a tense one.
Not only had he fucked up,he fucked up big time because right now coupled with the anonymous messages,which the family know knew of.
They were trying not to believe that someone was trying to set him up,he saw the disbelief in his uncle’s eyes as if he didn’t believe that someone was trying to set him up.
Likwise his grandpa,they all were trying to get a rection from him about the messages so that they can pin it down on him, that he was the murderer.
When it was not him,it was his mother’,it was all his mother’s doing but he would be the last person to let them get his mother. 𝕗𝗿𝕖𝐞𝐰𝗲𝕓𝐧𝕠𝕧𝗲𝐥.𝚌𝐨𝚖
Maybe it was better like this, that everyone thinks it was him that was behind everything that happened,at least that would keep them off his mother for the meantime.
He just prays his mother doesn’t fuck up again, remembering her threat towards him and Hazel,he knew his mother was dead serious when she said that.
The look on her face was something which he hadn’t seen before,but still he’s trying hard not to believe her words.
Yeah,she wasn’t stupid to think of attacking Hazel when the securities were now strict around her,which he was glad about,giving his mom no chance to do what she wants to do.
God! I’m stressed!
Nathan muttered to himself in the elevator,while touching his temple,he couldn’t exactly say if it was just normal headche or the fact that he had nothing to eat since yesterday night right till now.
Maybe he’s hungry?
Coming out of the elevator,while tugging his tie loose,the ringing of his phone distracted him from the girl who collided with him, as his phone fell out of his hands and also the papers in the girl’s hands.
"What’s the .."
"I’m sorry,I’m really sorry"The girl apologized while she grabbed his phone from the ground,and gave it back to him who had an annoyed look on his face.
Nathan could swear he nearly lost his control and shouted at the girl,had it been she didn’t look so gorgeous.
"I’m so sorry"She said,packing up the papers as she stood up looking down in fear of what he would do.
Nathan smiled when he saw what she was doing,just like rest she too,was also scared of him.
Which annoyed him,no one was like Hazel,no one.
"Watch where you are going,you won’t he too lucky next time"Nathan cautioned,more like threatened as the female bowed her head in fear which amused him.
"Ye..s sir"She said, as Nathan smirked one more time before leaving her in the hallway.
Once,the girl was sure he was gone,she raised her head up, arranging her locks while biting her lips in an annoying way as if she made a mistake by allowing Nathan to talk to her that way.
Removing the ugly looking spectacles which she put on to not have her cover blown up,while walking to the entrance leading to the exit,she took out her phone,from her bag and also a bubble gum.
"Vanessa,how did it go?"The voice asked through the phone.
Hailing a taxi when she came out of the company,she tured and looked at the skyscraper which belongs to the Knights.
"Done boss"She said,smiling mischievously while she entered into the taxi that hurried away from the company without anyone knowing exactly who she was, what exactly she just did or why she approached Nathan.

"Have a nice meal"The waitress said seductively,flashing Nathan a smile which he got the meaning of.
She took the wine and popped it open,bending low Infront of him and exlosing her cleavages to his lusty eyes while pouring the wine into the glass.
"Such a nice view"Nathan complimented,taking the glass up to cheer at her as she licked her lips at Nathan’s comment.
Seriously Nathan?
He could have just ignores the waitress,but the Casanova in him couldn’t do that,rather he played along which bugged Mary who came into the restaurant to see someone who she didn’t want to see.
Atleast for now,while she was in a good girl mood and not her normal attitude,but seeing what the both were doing especially Nathan,who was stupid to give his attention to the waitress while someone else needed his attention.
Yes,her,Mary Brown.
An idea popped up immediately,as she put on her shades,releasing her hair from the band which she packed it and letting it fall into places as the men who were in the other parts of the restaurant started gawking at her with lustful eyes.
Not excluding the waiter, who used his hands to cover his mouth from saying anything about the gorgeous lady in front of him.
Mary knew too well what she was doing and she was loving every bit of it,to hell with being a good girl,it was boring being one,besides Nathan need to know he can’t mess with her and go scot free.
Walking up to the duo who was not aware of the danger coming,she stopped and dropped her bag in the chair as their attention shifted to the figure.
"I’m so sorry for coming late baby"She apologized,pecking Nathan’s lips infront of the slut who was hiding herself in a waiter’s uniform.
Taking her glasses off,she saw the smirk on Nathan’s face widening when he recognized her.

Turning towards the girl who was still standing in front of them,she asked Nathan"What else is she still doing here?"
"Waiting to take your order,Ma"The waitress said more like mocked her when she called her ma.
Nathan didn’t drop any statement at the two ladies who were draging his attention,rather he kept his mouth shut and was eating.
He recognized her face,who wouldn’t?
His blinddate.Mary Brown,the sassy princess.
"Sure,that’s what you do,taking orders"Mary attacked back"I hope you do that and stop looking at my boyfriend you greedy cunt!"
The manager came running over to where they were when he heard Mary’s loud voice,knowing fully well how much of a trouble maker she was.
"I apologize if there’s any problem miss"he said, looking at the waitress,who bite her lips hard for what she was about to do.
By now,Nathan was no longer eating, because it was too loud and nosiy which he hated,and Mary was such an attention seeker,maybe more than him.
"My apologies ma"She said,leaving not waiting any longer to take her order which the manager ended up doing.
"Was it fun?"Nathan asked Mary who got a mirror out of her bag to check her makeup.
"What is fun?"She asked,looking at him before moving her attention back to her face, suddenly getting what he meant,she dropped her mirror while flashing him one of her cute smiles"of course it’s fun,I love troubles"
"Really?"Nathan asked folding his arms and studying her features,she looked good.
The first time they saw each other, he was in no mood to check her out but today he has a lot of time to do that.
Surprisingly,the stubborn migraine was gone after watching the two women dragging his attention.
Just like he had earlier said,he was just hungry. That had been the reason for the migraine.
"I like you"He said,waiting for her to blush like other girls,which was exactly the truth,just like Hazel,Mary wasn’t intimidated at all by him which fascinated him.
Moreover she likes trouble,the craziest idea of what they could do together crossed her mind,but he didn’t think if Mary would be the right one to do that.
He was lucky to catch Lucy in his web of lies,feeding the girl with nothing but lies which she had no other option, but to believe him because he kept to part of his deal.
Her brother was receiving good treatment thanks to her,but that could be changed if she didn’t do exactly as he said.
Lucy had nobody and she’s weak,timid and Naive.
Mary had everything,and she’s not weak, not timid,too exposed for his liking and definitely not scared of him.
So how exactly are the both of them going to work out?
How exactly is she going to help him get Hazel for himself knowing that she too likes him?
Its a No for Mary.
But yet,he could still have fun with her,yeah,he really did enjoy her company and would have loved the fact if it was Hazel that was here fighting for him and not Mary.
"That’s the problem"Mary said, stroking his cheeks as they both were staring at each other.
Right infront of his face,she boldly replied the words which she knew wasn’t the truth.
