"Do you live here all by yourself?"Sunny asked Ethan,who was very much annoyed at hearing her voice.
She was too chatty and so loud, and too rough.
Ethan couldn’t wait any longer for Tyson,he had called in earlier that he was stuck in traffic.
Out of all the days,it has to be now,he’s sick and tired of this annoying lady.
Yh,he gave up.
There’s no way Sunny would spill anything concerning Hazel without suspecting him,not only was she too talkative,she also was an accident walking zone.
Earlier,after the both of them had insulted themselves by saying that none of them was up to their standard,she had offered to help him wash the dishes.
Which he should have declined, but rather he was too charmed by her beautiful face not to realize that she was just trying to get her revenge on him for what he did upstairs earlier.
Sunny had intentionally poured the water on him and concluded she missed her steps,when there wasn’t any water on the floor for her to slip and pour water on him.
She had even tried to help him clean it off,but rather headbutted him that he could confess he saw stars,he was probably sure this was revenge.
His forehead was aching tremendously from her attack,he had taken aspirin for the headache and had gone downstairs where he saw her with her lips pouted and with a sad expression on her face.
He wanted to ask what was wrong but declined against it ,he wasn’t ready to hear her voice at least for now.
But no,Sunny wasn’t the type to give up that easily,yeah she knew quite well that Ethan was avoiding her but who are you kidding?
She’s still trying to get him to talk to her,which she’s sure he’s going to do as she sees his back flexed from her question.
He had his back turned to her, as he was trying to concentrate on the newspaper he was reading,it was really a bad idea approaching her just to get information out of her.
He’s the one who needed to talk to her but rather he wasn’t interested any longer, Sunny was too annoying,but she’s beautiful.
That’s just the point.
She’s so beautifully annoying, that he can’t seem to get angry at her for what she did intentionally to him.
Although he knew that she was only trying to get her revenge on him, for what he said and for his attitude earlier which he tried apologizing but couldn’t.
It was hard to apologize to such a sassy princess,and now she’s adding more to his frustration of not seeing Tyson by asking him silly questions which were none of her concern.
Who the hell is this lady?
Maybe he should have ignored her yesterday and looked for another good time to talk to her,but yesterday felt like the perfect time for that.
Which he’s now regretting,she wasn’t someone to feel intimidated that easily and wasn’t like Hazel who was soft hearted.
Rather,she was wild,much more wild than Hazel,had it been he hadn’t done research on her about her being a model,he wouldn’t believe that she was one.
"Are you married?’’Sunny asked even after another failed attempt to get him to talk,but these questions seem to affect him because he turned and glared at her.
She wasn’t scared a bit, rather she was amused and was trying to hold in her laughter after seeing his inflamed temple. It was really reddish.
Okay,maybe she had gone a bit far,but that’s not her fault she was only trying to let him know that he can’t walk over her and go Scot free.
She was not even in her best mood to talk to him or see his face,after Hazel failed to pick her call and his bodyguard’s inability to get her clothes on time due to traffic jam,she was left with no decision to seek for human company.
He had shouted at her to stay still, and try not to touch anything which she did exactly the opposite of what he said,she went along to explore his house.
The garden was the only place which she fell in love with,she had spent a couple minutes there and did a little video and uploaded it to her Instagram account,which surprisingly Mason liked and commented on it too.
She knew what he was trying to do,Mason was trying to see if truly she was affected by what he did,but she won’t give him the reaction which he wants,it’s definitely not going to happen.
She’s going to go to work tomorrow, with her head raised high as if nothing happened and get back her role which was stolen from her.
She had the evidence and if the director didn’t want to agree to her terms, she had no other choice but to upload the video of the ill treatments the upcoming models go through just to survive in the industry.
He can’t just use her for his selfish needs and abandon her as if she’s some trash.
She had walked in earlier and sat down,a tired look on her face because she has never been this bored all her life,that was until he walked in with the papers in his hands.
She really was curious to know who exactly he was,but seeing that he was in no mood to talk to her it was going to be difficult getting his name,but one thing was sure to her,he’s rich.
For someone who had to afford such an expensive house,he was a normal gentleman,no he’s not gentle.
Judging from the absence of any feminine touch here,he wasn’t married yet,he looked too young to do that but he has a girlfriend which she felt bad at the thoughts of him, with a girl that made her ask him. 𝑓𝓇𝘦ℯ𝘸𝘦𝑏𝓃𝑜𝘷ℯ𝑙.𝑐𝑜𝓂
"Are you engaged?’’She saw him keep the papers on the table,turning to her with an amused smirk hanging on his lips that she regretted asking him that question.
Now,he’s going to think she was jealous or was such a pretender and a hoe to start asking about his private life just because he was rich.
Seeing him and the smile on his face reminded her of Zaiden, there was no difference between the both of them,figures! They are rich and have everything so what are you thinking Sunny?
"What if i said i was? Are you jealous?"Ethan asked,getting surprised at her question,for someone who said he wasn’t her type she shouldn’t be asking him this.
"Don’t be so full of yourself,I was just...curious"Sunny lied,but she’s sure he couldn’t see through her lie,she’s been cool and not bothered about it.
He was such a manipulative freak,she knew he might lie just to get to feel bothered with the fact that he had a girlfriend, after all,he’s still trying to get revenge on her for what she just did to him.
"Yeah,that’s what they always say but end up feeling bad about not confessing their feelings"Ethan muttered to himself,a sarcastic laugh escaped his lips.
"Hey! I have a boyfriend"Sunny snapped when she heard what he said,just like she had predicted,he’s so full of himself that he thinks she’s attracted to him.
She needs to leave before things get complicated, whoever he was,he was getting on her darmed nerves.
"Yeah,says someone who nearly committed suicide because of the so called boyfriend"Ethan blurted out immediately,without blinking an eye or stop to think of any repercussion of what he just did.
He didn’t hear her talk anymore and that’s when he looked at her to see something that tugged at his heart,that made him regret spilling the secrets he had bottled up inside of him.
She was hurt.
"Hey.."He tried apologizing,yeah he tried.
"Was it fun knowing that i nearly did something stupid?"Sunny asked, standing up the tears forming at her,she didn’t really stop to think that he would use her past against her.
What was she thinking?
That he won’t talk about last night,she had nearly forgotten how heartless and brazen he was,just because his life’s perfect doesn’t mean that he can make fun of others.
"I didn’t mean it that way,I was just.."
"But you did bring it up,you know I’m not exactly mad at what you just did,"Sunjy said,smiling and looking away from him.
It was too embarrassing to cry infront of him."I realized i was more stupid to think of ending my life because of some jerk,Have you ever loved someone?"
"What?"
"You haven’t i guess’ ’She slurred,taking her phone on top of the chair,she was about to let him know that she was leaving with his clothes, but Tyson came in immediately,breathing heavily.
"Boss"
"Thanks for this short while"Sunny grabbed her cloth from Tyson,that he watched her with gaped eyes and knew something was wrong.
"Wait.."Ethan tried stopping her, but she was out before he could even talk,he made a big mistake.
"Fuck!"He threw the god-damned papers angrily as Tyson watched but couldn’t ask what was wrong.
His assumption was right,he likes Sunny.
